21  Economy / Economics / Re: Asteroid mining company Planetary Resources acquired by blockchain firm on: November 09, 2018, 11:01:59 AM
I understand they want to go big however asteroid mining is so far away right now that probably the founder will not be alive by the time humanity can actually mine any asteroids. Is it really smart to make purchases like this? I mean shouldn't they focus on getting bigger by acquiring other blockchain based software companies first? They are big I will agree to that as a blockchain software company built in 2015 they are one of the earliest ones and most successful ones however no matter how big they get they will have competition so why not take out the competition by buying them out like the big silicon valley companies do? This new purchase seems like a waste of money, I can't see this new company helping them in any way at all and it was just money spent badly.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: the future real money on: November 08, 2018, 11:02:26 AM
[bif i see lately there are lots of altcoins popping up, especially in the digital world and whether for the next few years the function of real money itself will be eroded by the presence of virtual payment equipment ...? I had time to think whether in the next few years we would be making virtual money payments ...?[/b]
Cryptocurrency is like other online payment systems and there is no difference. The only reason we have them is for them to serve as electronic alternatives to the traditional paper methods such as cheques and the rest of them. So they are not going to replace our monetary system with cryptocurrencies. Another thing you got to know is that most of these altcoins don’t even last, or haven’t you heard about that? Most of them don’t succeed cause the competition is too much.
23  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling items online for Bitcoin or crypto on: November 05, 2018, 09:26:08 AM
There are so many sites which are already receiving cryptos in exchange for their services. It will be very good to see you amount such people so as to help inform the general public.
The time has started that people are using their coins in international markets. Gradually the whole world will eventually use only bitcoin or cryptocurrency for their needs. I like to use my cryptocurrency all over the world. I am anxiously waiting for the time that all the people in the world will use only cryptos and other currencies will disappear from the market.
I don’t know the process of online shopping. First you will send then your money and then they will send you the product or first they will send you the product and then you will pay them. Will both seller and buyer trust each other? The main question is that. If there is no problem and issue for this thing then it is good idea and by this way you will promote both bitcoin and your business as well.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think about crypto currency issued by the government? on: November 01, 2018, 10:31:54 AM
It is said that central banks plan to release their own curypto currency in some countries, for example Japan..

How do you think about these crypto?
the government is always opposed to crypto, but I am sure that someday crypto will become the big spell that is accepted in all countries, crypto users will continue to grow
It will be good than investing in bitcoin and Altcoin for governments, because investing now means money laundering. You will have to put your money in exchange and they will provide you cryptos. It is not overall good for the economy of a country. If the local banks have no or very small reserves, it will definitely affect the economy of a country. Government owns crypto will save them.
25  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: November 01, 2018, 07:18:54 AM
I prefer traditional gambling, coming to the casino meeting people and playing there for me is very fun.
Extrovert people would love to go to traditional casino's but introvert people doesn't.

Being a lazy gambler, well I'd choose to stay at home and just gamble online. I don't even have to go outside my home and just stay at my home comfortably. If you really an outgoing person you'd love to go with traditional casino's.
I think it would be different if the person really love gambling, even if he is an introvert, he will still go to the casino just to feel the experience of gambling in real casino.

I am introvert and it is really hard to be on these types of places even if you say that it is fun gambling there with other people are winning in the real casinos, it is really uncomfortable the longer the time I was in there. More and more people come, sit with you and talk to you and I am not used to that. Even as a teacher, I am still introvert but not in the school but in the places where I am spend my "me" time.
In my country there is no casino and I gamble mostly online but for very short time, I know that regular and continuous gambling will destroy my life and will take all my money. Therefore I just give very small time to online gambling and not every day but once or twice in a week. I know the consequences of gambling no matter traditional or online both are not good.
I also prefer traditional gambling in physical casinos. There is lot of difference in online gambling and traditional casinos. If you really want to gamble then you should visit casino instead of online gambling. Online gambling has no fun and entertainment and you cannot enjoy online gambling. Other bad thing is online gambling is that there is no time limit for gambling. You can gamble anytime which is not good.
There is no comparison between online gambling and traditional gambling. Online gambling is for those who have no time for friends and community. He can play from his home but I normally like traditional games. It has more fun and entertainment than online gambling. I meet with my best friends and once in a month because I am not regular gambler.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam ICO with Fake team is lot more than you can imagine ! on: October 31, 2018, 09:50:54 AM
The best projects I've invested are ones which I had the ability to communicate with the CEOs and founders of the projects in their community channels.
Make sure the founders are engaging with the community.
In fact it has become too much difficult to recognize a good project which is not a scam and in the end can give you a good reward, I think that it is very good if you have direct contact with the CEOs or other team member who can give you response to your question  and can clarify everything to you so easily.
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor Internet Services Could Cause Hamper Crypto Adoption in Africa on: October 30, 2018, 11:58:42 AM
Well here in Africa, Nigeria to be specific, the number of people who have access to internet is more than the whole population of some European countries.
And currently Nigerian is the 5th largest country where bitcoin is traded! ...The only thing that could hamper the growth and adoption of crypto and blockchain in Africa is the skepticism of the people towards the technology. Which can be easily resolve with good amount of educational programs,
crypto and blockchain conferences will also do a lot of good in the space.
I guess I can say the same over here as well. I am not a Nigerian, but I have been to Nigeria, and even though I could say I was just in some of the major cities here on some philanthropic mission, I would say it is not very bad to the point at which a lot of people put it generally like Africa is just some bush with no one having an access to internet.

It may be low when compared to the population in general, but it is not that bad when comparing the statistics of those who have access to internet in Africa and in the global space. Like you said, with good educational programs, and more exposures, this is something that can easily be adopted by a lot of people in this part of the world.
In fact that is not only a problem in Africa but in most of the country people are facing such problems in my country in villages there are always lack to internet facilities which are really creating problems for the people to use bitcoin or other online shopping etc.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: October 27, 2018, 12:30:33 PM
Bitcoin will help to fix it with easier transaction and faster. And Bitcoin always depending with fiat money because we still need fiat money to make daily payment and to buy crytpo coin
I hope that both bitcoin and etherium are good for holding, we can see the etherium and some other altcoin prices are also depending on bitcoin price, when bitcoin price start increasing we also see some good increase in such coins, therefore I think that holding bitcoin is also a good decision.
29  Economy / Marketplace / Re: "Bitcoin mining is a Big no!" on: October 27, 2018, 11:57:11 AM
why can't it be big ...? , because bitcoin has not been officially used as a currency, and many do not know bitcoin, therefore bitcoin cannot be perfect yet. If bitcoin can often make campaigns, it is likely that bitcoin can be a big mining
No the reason is not that it is not centralized but the reason is that miners do not get profit because of low price of bitcoin. When the price rises up miners make more profit because they receive big money for their bitcoin. Now the expenses are high and profit is less. If the price falls a bit more they will definitely stop mining. Not earning is better than losing money and time.
Yes that is right to say that the minors are currently not getting good profit from mining, I think that they should continue mining and should hold the mined bitcoin for some time, I hope that 2019 will be a good year for bitcoin and we will see bitcoin price touching 20000$ again, and at that time I hope that they will get a very good profit from there.
30  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you still believe in btc price predictions? on: October 27, 2018, 09:18:04 AM
I don't always believe in bitcoin price predictions from anywhere, but I always compare some predictions and after that I try to study them so I can predict myself without seeing other people's predictions.
I also do not really believe, but I am sure that the price will rise. well, the development of bitcoin can be said so fast, even in a few years, the price of bitcoin has reached thousands of dollars. so I think that in a few years, the price will definitely be higher.
I think that there are so many experience people who have spent a lot of time in the market, for most of time their expectation about the market proves as correct, therefore we cannot totally reject their prediction, I think that we should keep their prediction as an option.
31  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: October 27, 2018, 08:13:50 AM
We can make people to start using bitcoin by we ourself start using it as a mode of payment for good and services as this is the major ways people will adopt it.  Bitcoin is the money of the future and we just need to tell people this.
well, we can't force it, because using bitcoin as a payment tool is an awareness that we can benefit by using bitcoin as a payment tool. well, for now, there have been so many trades that use bitcoin for its marketing tools, because bitcoin can be used as an investment tool, like gold.
Yes I also agree with you, I also think that it is not so easy to convince people about something where they do not have any practice experience. I think that it will take a lot of time when people will get knowledge about bitcoin and will start putting trust on bitcoin for investment and to use it as currency.
