Still no buyers for your 1.3M NXT?
There were some but noone could afford to buy all 1.3 at once and I didn't wish to split it. I only have like 60 BTC at the moment :/, not many people have 100k in BTC laying around.

Weekend project, let's build a DNS system guys!
Here is what I propose, we encode HTML webpages in base64, the base64 is then truncated and sent. the transaction ID's are retrieved and a master file with the locations (and format) of the truncated html is formed. The masterfile is returned and can be used to access the data.
Multiple master files can be formed (due to 1k data limit) and put into one, etc... unlimited amounts of data could be stored this way.
If a dynamic webpage is needed an account could be created and reserved for "hosting" the latest message sent by this account could be the updated website data. Accounts could be used as domain names in a customized browser.
I already have the truncation programs written, but who wants to join me and make this work?
I have a 100k nxt budget for this project (can be increased).
PM me if you are interested.

thats bullshit.. your money so you can withdraw what ever you want! id have a shit attack if my bank said i couldnt withdraw my own money in person in the bank.. id understand a few hundred thou or a million but not just a couple thou... there all goin buyin bitcoin from zipzap lol Yeah, it's scary. If a well capitalised bank like HSBC is not letting customers withdrawal 7,000, then the finance world is in a really bad state! That's not a conspiracy theorist article either--- it's BBC! ya every thing is made out to be fine and dandy an by the time the majority of people find out theres a serious problem, its too late. if i was that guy i would withdraw every penny from his bank accounts even if it ment going into the bank everyday for a week! shits guna hit the fan sometime this year.. i just hope everyone sees it coming and gets out (not guna happen) edit: BOO YAA in yo face! check mate apple! your move! http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/2014/02/07/millennius-stops-all-sales-iphones-protest-apple-removal-blockchain-info-ios-app/I tried doing that after Chase started imposing withdrawal limits on one of my corporate accounts, about a week in they froze 25k, two months later I get a check for 11.2k and the rest was kept by chase because of "suspicious circumstances". I no longer keep my money in banks, just about 30k to cover living expenses.

It has been an interesting few months, there are a lot of new players in the arena.
What are your one month price predictions?
Here are mine: Bitcoin: Recovers to 1,000 USD roughly, double bottom reversal.
Litecoin: Goes to 25-30 USD, it is technically superior to bitcoin and has a decent chance of replacing it.
Peercoin: Drops to 4 USD if no advancements are made, alternatively it could go to 5.4 USD if there is a new development.
Dogecoin: Wildcard, it might crash and burn, but if it catches on it could increase 50%-75%.
NXT: If there is a functional testnet up of the asset exchange for public use it could jump from 50-70 million to 120-150 million in total market cap.

will trustless high frequency trading be possible when1000 transactions per seconds are possible
No. There is a 60 second gap between blocks. U can't call it "high frequency trading". After TF is initialized there wouldn't really be a need to forge a block to complete a transaction, right? A privately signed IOU certificate could be passed along the network, verified by peers.

CFB, I'll take 30-40 BTC's worth!
Too much movements, sorry. Only all for 100 BTC. Let me see if I can withdraw 60BTC at once from my BTC-e account.

I have a UK account but wouldn't use it. .. Mine was blocked just because I went on a online shopping spree. Had a phone call claiming to be the fraud team ...
That happened to me too, yesterday actually ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) .

In tears laughing my ass off at emule, I have a 300k sell order racked at .00001, buying a new nissan 370z ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) . Keep on selling, the lucky guy that bought your 1 million will buy an island one day because of your stupidity. ok im lost here... not that Im all aware on trading in the first place though.. but if you have a sell order for 300K NXT set for .00001 isnt that bad for you for the price to fall? Well, in the short term yes. However I think it will pass .00001 very shortly, despite Emu's "dumping."

I have multiple voting methods coded for community testing (per utopianfuture's proposal) I just need a way to send and receive API calls in PHP. The below example returns NULL... Suggestions? <?php function get_web_page( $url ) { $user_agent='Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0';
$options = array(
CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST =>"GET", //set request type post or get CURLOPT_POST =>false, //set to GET CURLOPT_USERAGENT => $user_agent, //set user agent CURLOPT_COOKIEFILE =>"cookie.txt", //set cookie file CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR =>"cookie.txt", //set cookie jar CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER => true, // return web page CURLOPT_HEADER => false, // don't return headers CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION => true, // follow redirects CURLOPT_ENCODING => "", // handle all encodings CURLOPT_AUTOREFERER => true, // set referer on redirect CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT => 120, // timeout on connect CURLOPT_TIMEOUT => 120, // timeout on response CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS => 10, // stop after 10 redirects );
$ch = curl_init( $url ); curl_setopt_array( $ch, $options ); $content = curl_exec( $ch ); $err = curl_errno( $ch ); $errmsg = curl_error( $ch ); $header = curl_getinfo( $ch ); curl_close( $ch );
$header['errno'] = $err; $header['errmsg'] = $errmsg; $header['content'] = $content; return $header; }
$result = get_web_page('http://node6.mynxt.info:7874/nxt?requestType=getBalance&account=10006970057300228034');
var_dump($result);
?>

Does anyone know how I can call an account balance in PHP? I need something like... $TokenResponse = json_decode(file_get_contents("http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=decodeToken&website=" . $rand . "&token=" . $token"));
$balance = json_decode(file_get_contents("http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=getBalance&account=". $TokenResponse[account]"));
pass account ID not token. http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=getBalance&account=6669070404060812420
remember results are "multiplied by 100" also, you'll probably be interested more in guaranted balance: http://localhost:7874/nxt?requestType=getGuaranteedBalance&account=6669070404060812420&numberOfConfirmations=10
Right I understand the API, I was just giving an example -- what I meant was connections are refused when I send json requests, and curl is returning "NULL".

Does anyone have a timeline of the implementation of transparent forging? Speaking of voting, here is a basic working php script of my voting system... <?php $randomToken = rand(000000000, 999999999);

This chart was posted dozens of times about bitcoin and it didn't crash.
Actually it did, before recovery. Were you following crypto's from January to July?

It's an interesting idea, but it is going to crash in the short term, long term it may recover however... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.buyinglitecoins.com%2FS.png&t=663&c=dO5IJbLOSUmmug) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.buyinglitecoins.com%2FSB.jpg&t=663&c=U1sjxNvbfCrbtQ)

I don't think vanity generators are secure.
Since the number generation algorithms aren't truly random there will probably be a few addresses that are generated by two individuals with similar environmental variables. A hacker with a powerful computer could generate 1000 shortened addresses and try opening each one until he hits an active account.
