I feel that most of the nations around the globe don't see bitcoin as a risk. The issue with government and bitcoin is the inability of government to regulate bitcoin as they want,that's why bitcoin has always been a threat to them.

I dont think some countries ban it because it is dangerous, but rather because crypto is decentralised and they will not have control of it. So the government difficult to track someone's wealth.

Unfortunately, criminals can always find many ways. Criminals are always present in every time and society, they are using different currencies for their different purposes. And bitcoin one of the tool they use for criminals.
