Skip crycurex, all he has to do is give clear messages (  ( why not here ), not only in the IRC channel.
I have confidence in the upcoming VOX Exchange. It takes Some time, but hey, can only mean they Will got it right & working  Wink
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE][REALTIME] Crycurex.com exchange on: January 23, 2014, 11:32:03 AM
I understand the urgence but in the letter one can read exactly what the lawyers are reffering to.
So, maybe use Koye now ?
Shutting down everything of this coin is not the solution for anything, just frightning to see how far the influence of a heavely overrated misfit can reach.....

What's up with dedicated pool? No blocks in the past 80 min...  Huh

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DXcU7jhUG8

I think there is something not right, dedicated, coinye pool has almost a 3rd of networkhashrate. Normaly on average 13 blocks are found/hour. It,s now almost 3 hours since last block found, that is not normal!!

Thanks and DannyRR for the help yesterday.
Finally i have it up and running.
Indeed was the problem the OpenCL. I dowloaded it, but did not install the drivers.
Everything is ok now,  Cheesy
Indeed, as you said yesterday the hashrate is around 150 Khash/s. Now the tweaking begins tonight and i Will try to pull it up.

I'm happy I could help and everything works now, now we only need pool.dedicated to get his frontend up and working again. I think the whole site is broken now. Miner works still though and summiting shares.

I couldn't get on dashboard of dedicated, but the miner is still working, let's hope site Will be up and running again

@Dinozzo

Your gpu is a vliw5 design with 800 shaders that makes for thread-concurrecy a minimum of 4000.  Your from the Netherlands or Belgium? If so you might try this server instead of the east1, in my miner it seams to be dead at the moment: coye.dedicatedpool.com with same port 3356 or use the west1.us server.

Thanks, Netherlands  Grin, cgminernogpu.exe is now working. But is says only from pool 0 new block detected ( several lines now ) but it doesn't show any Mhash/s, the most upper line is completely empty...
On GUI miner i set coye.d.p.com and the thread -concurrency up to 4500 but it remains only "connecting "
^%$^# makes me wanna throw it out the window *&^%

Yeah, I'm from the Netherlands too. Don't use thread-concurrency 4500, you can't divide it by 800 (shadercores for 5770) start would be 4000  and then up but it must be dividible by 800 and 5. Why would you use cgminernogpu, cpu mining is not profitable and not power efficient and gives you only between 60-80 kh/s. your gpu can do between 150-200 kh/s, never will you get with your setup mh/s for scryptmining.

Top !, normal cgminer is now not starting anymore, it just shut down when starting...... that's why i used the other one.
So up untill now the only thing that worked was the orange version of GUI miner.
The scrypt version is still connnecting....., and cgminder won't even start up anymore.

I tried the bat file, cgminer starts up and says "unexpected command lines detected "and shuts down again.....

Sorry, was out for diner !
I can't get a snapshot of Guiminer into this message....
But my screen looks identical to your settings...
I am going to look again at the startup commands thanks  Grin

Thank you for the reply's !
When i use the scrypt version ( green ) it now says : could not use server, exciting !
But with the Guiminer orange version ( so to say ) it seems to be working fine...
I am wondering what the everage share must be with a display hashrate of almost 5 Mhash/s.
Is it normal to have 18 shares in almost 4 hours ?

like i said the orange version is only for SHA 256, Coinye uses scrypt, you only get rejects when you keep using that and a chance that the pool bans you. so you have to use Guiminer-scrypt or cgminer 3.7.2 or lower. And with the right setup for your card you should get much higher shares/h. which pool are you going to mine for coinye?

If you otherwise want to try cgminer 3.7.2, you find the correct one here.

http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/3.7/

its the 3.7.2-windows.zip one you want.

OK, i skipped the ornage version and started up ( again ) the one you said ( green )
The thing is, it keeps saying "connecting " but just doesn't.....
I am using east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com ( or west1 if so )
Guiminer seems to NOT recognize my AMD Radeon, it only gives the option of juniper 0-0, it does recognize my CPU ( I7 core8 ), but i have set on juniper.
I run the latest AMD drivers and do have Open CL. So i just don't get it what is going wrong
On summery it says Listener for "default "started, but is already does so for more than one hour....

Thanks !!

just started mining away for COYE. A bit ignorent though with only 4,5 Mhash.
So if you wanna help out :

Let's make it worth it !

Thanks  Smiley

4,5 mh/s will give you 3 million Coinye per day at current difficulty.

Huh, with 4,5 Mhash/s ?
That would make my day. Grin
Considering i work with just a desktop with I7 8 core and a AMD radeon 5770
thanks.

I think you have scrypt and SHA256 mixed up. Coinye is scrypt based like Litecoin, unlike Bitcoin that is SHA 256. Scrypt is a different algorithytm and for your gpu it will give some between 150-200 kh/s depending on settings and overclocking.

Thanks for your reply, any help on this, is more then welcome.
I am using Guiminer and mining from dedicatedpool right now.
Guiminer says i have around 4.5 Mhash/s in the display.
I see no settings for my AMD RAdeon but it'is working with my I7 core 8 with all 8 cores selected.
I now have 12 shares in a few hours. But I think ( up till now ) that is minor.... Embarrassed
Don't forget that CGMiner 3.7.2 was the last version to support graphic cards.. Use that version or lower otherwise your GPU wont work and it will switch to CPU
Thanks, so i tried to download 3.7.2 and lower ( i work with Win8 ) and it says Unable to open folder ?, so that doesn't work.
Someone knows another adress for cgminer 3.7.2 ?

You're welcom, but I still think you have set it up wrong, first it is much more power efficient to mine with your Gpu and second it will also give you more kh/s and third you have to setup guiminer to use scrypt instead of SHA256. I myself use cgminer 3.7.2 and a batchfile to start it up.

I believe you have to add a flag for scrypt in Guiminer. Add in the box extra flags:  --scrypt

I believe you have the wrong version of Guiminer, the one you use is probably the one for Bitcoin and other coins based on SHA256. You need this one.

http://guiminer.org/guiminer-scrypt.html

I think you are right. I have installed the orange version because i couldn't get the green one ( scrypt ) to work.
Again i am trying the scrypt version and CGminer. Will see what works !
Again, thanks for your reply"s and help !
