Such an error occurs sometimes when the Sportsbook department changes the odds, which is normal in the Sportsbook.

In case you feel that such an issue takes too much time, feel free to pop to the Livechat so we can investigate this. Cool

How can an error be considered normal? In a comedy of errors, I suppose.

Similarly, if your errors are wasting too much of my time, how about wasting some more in live chat? More like Lie Chat, where we admit something is our fault, tell you we'll fix it, and never do.

To the trolls: You're salty because the evidence of a failing / cheating sportsbook is overwhelming. You can't dispute the mountain of evidence I've presented that shows a sportsbook that's unreliable at best, and more likely unethical / cheating.

To everyone else: If you want a sportsbook that reliably takes your action and doesn't try to cheat you, BitCasino ain't it.

Here's a homework project for our 2nd-grader (special needs), TooslowSeal:

Fix the algorithm of the Raffle to be fair (a player can't win twice until every player has won once).

Don't worry: If you fail I'll provide the answer (and we won't seize your funds).

I just won 3 x 100 mBTC  Shocked Shocked in the Valentine's day promo! Many thanks xD

How did you manage that, if all the prices were 100mBTC? I won nothing and I had 2 out of the 3 tickets you could get? The rules states 1 per household / IP address. This is a bit unfair, is it not? The guy who introduced me to this casino won 100mBTC so I am happy for him.

Oh, well Congrats. ^hmmm^

Hear hear. It's obviously absurd for a promo like this to let someone win 3x when another person wins zero. But like I've been saying these guys not only don't care about fairness, they're willing to cheat.

Speaking of absurd, there was a pretty big NBA game last night. I knew who would win, so I logged into BitCasino to sting 'em a bit. Here's what I saw in their book:

I came back 10 minutes later... and

The reason? San Antonio's best player was out and a lot of smart bettors wanted to fade 'em. Every ethical sportsbook was still taking action, but not BitCasino! They run from winning bets, just like,

*** WARNING ALL PLAYERS ***
BitCasino may cheat you like they did to me!

Here's the short version of what happened:

  • BitCasino sends me a promo asking me to make a multibet on Juventus / Napoli and Arsenal / Leicester. So I decide to give them another chance in spite of the fact that they did not honor my sportsbook winnings previously. (seized the funds which were fairly won in the sportsbook, see below)
  • I try to make the wager, Juventus X Arsenal (90 min) repeatedly and their system rejects it every time.
  • I report it to live chat who doesn't fix the problem but promises to. I get an email follow up promising to fix the problem. I get another email saying the problem is fixed.
  • I try to make the same wager, now 7 hours after it was reported. Still their system rejects it.
  • My wager, which I clicked submit / "place bet" on over and over, would have won 265 mBTC.
  • BitCasino acknowledged that their system was at fault, claiming it had been fixed but it had not.
  • BitCasino offers me a lotto ticket to keep me quiet about this, claiming it's worth 250 mBTC. But this is a lie -- the actual value is nowhere near that.

I wanted to keep this post relatively short because I'm going to repost it every single day in an effort to steer players away from BitCasino. However if you want to see the full, documented and evidenced logs of what happened, please follow this link: Full Evidence.

*On a previous occasion I won almost 200 mBTC fair and square in their sportsbook and the funds were seized when I cashed out. They claimed that my IP address had been used previously by someone else, which is ridiculous when you understand that IP's are frequently shared and reused as a limited resource (I use a VPN so obviously another person could share mine).

The beat goes on people. To Seal, sorry you spent the time to write me an essay bc TL;DR.

Funny how BitCasino is suggesting that my bet got rejected because of my VPN. Total hogwash and they know it. You already accepted fault for the error AND CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED IT. So don't backtrack and make up lies about VPN. Hilarious how you say VPN is against your rules and then immediately reverse on it.

Also, saying you refunded 100 losing bets in the promo is funny because it shows that you were ACCEPTING LOSING WAGERS -- mine was the best possible winning wager. Even if you were accepting some winning wagers from other players (possible but so far unproven, and even if someone claims they won it still doesn't prove anything), you still rejected mine every single time over the course of 7 hours including my attempts after you admitted fault and said you fixed it.

That's cheating folks.

BTW, I'm not violating any of your terms including multiple accounts, so it's straight up slander for you to suggest it.

Stay Classy BitCasino.

If your team would of lost would you have demanded they take the bet you were trying to place even though it rejected it? I don't think so.

Shit happens.

No, I'd be emailing them to get the bet refunded because that was the point of the promotion. If you lose, you get it refunded. I should note that you had to email them in order to get it refunded -- so it's highly likely some players would lose and forget / not know to do this and be out their stake. I find this in itself to be slightly unethical -- why not just automatically refund the losing parlays?

And obviously a bigger problem is they weren't accepting any optimal winning bets.

There's another huge problem with your trolling here though -- MY BET WON!!! Your trolling is not only wrong, it's unfounded.

You trolls are all the same... but thanks for the bumps! It's great that this conversation is staying at the forefront, as I'll make sure it does for many weeks to come.

Also, thanks to Seal for pointing out the Betcoin shill account. I suspected as much myself.

You know what's a good assumption to make?

If a reputable sportsbook invites you to wager on something that they're willing to accept winning wagers, not just losing ones. Hence why BitCasino isn't reputable.

You know what's a good assumption to make?

If you report a problem placing a wager, the sportsbook accepts fault and say it's fixed, that you'd actually be able to place a winning wager after that. But you wouldn't have been able to, hence why BitCasino isn't reputable.

You know what the best assumption to make is?

If you couldn't understand what happened in plain English, you're illiterate.

I clicked submit / "place wager" a ton of times over a 7 hour period. I contacted support early on and they accepted blame for the problem and said it was fixed -- wouldn't happen again. I did literally everything possible to get that bet in, but they blocked me.

They were emailing all their users, begging for action on this game in the form of a parlay. But when you went to place the optimal winning bet it wouldn't work!!! If you don't see how absurd and evil that is, you've got another thing coming.

I'd like to thank TouchySeal and all other trolls for their bumps in advance.

Every time you bump it's drawing more attention to BitCasino's unscrupulous behavior.

I'll be keeping this active myself anyway, but the more the merrier.

PS: The fact that Seal doesn't address the more recent complaint shows that she agrees with me there  Grin

Just wanted to report that BitCasino stole from me -- seizing 250 mBTC and closing my account without warning or recourse.

Here's what happened:

  • 1. Someone tells me about their Holiday Raffle giveaway, so I participate in the free portion of this, earning a couple tickets for finding the snowman and taking the quiz.
  • 2. I win 100 mBTC. I'm happy.
  • 3. I make a few bets on sports; BitCasino happily takes my action. I now have 250 mBTC.
  • 4. I request a cashout on my account. BitCasino closes my account and seizes my funds, saying that someone else used my same IP address.

But here's the thing: I USE A VPN ALWAYS AND EVERY TIME I'M ON THE INTERNET FOR SECURITY AND PRIVACY. It's a well known, popular VPN, and I simply connect to the server with the lowest ping. So obviously someone else could be using TigerVPN and betting with BitCasino.

What makes their action more egregious is that they chose to award me the initial amount - 100 mBTC - AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ACCEPT MY WAGERS for days after that. Only when I actually wanted to cash out did they decide there was a problem.

I don't take being stolen from lightly -- so I'm going to keep posting about this in BitCasino's thread until they decide to pay me.

Update... thanks to the trolls for keeping this topped.  Kiss

Not a word from BitCasino though, which isn't terribly surprising since they're obviously in the wrong. You would think they'd just settle with me though, since the bad publicity here will obviously cost them far more than the 250 mBTC they took from me.

I can confirm that one review site is helping with this. They said they'd help me look into dealing with the Montenegro sanctioning body who purportedly licensed BitCasino. Said they're sure BC wouldn't have a leg to stand on if it goes that far.

Staying optimistic.  Cool

Guys Trolls, thanks for the bumps. As long as you keep topping the thread it's a win for me and a loss for BitCasino.

I'm intending to keep posting a daily update as long as humanly possible or until they pay me my winnings. So I hope you stick around and keep bumping it up.

Thanks  Kiss

Update... Still no money, and not a peep from BitCasino. I went ahead and reported this to some Bitcoin casino review sites as well, and at least one of them said they'd try to help and / or stop recommending BitCasino.

There's nothing shady or illegal about using a VPN -- it's just smart. Also, IP addresses are commonly shared among neighbors and friends and in public places and with VPN's. IP addresses are running out so there is more sharing of them the more time goes by. It shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the internet to enact a policy like this.

That said, if BitCasino had said they're going to un-award the promotion credit and pay out my winning sports bets, I wouldn't be here complaining. But if you accept someone's sports wagers, you pay them out. If I had lost all my funds, they'd be adding it to their bottom line and reporting a profit to their shareholders.

Bottom line -- be careful with BitCasino. They reserve the right to zap your balance down to zero even though you *think* you've been winning in their casino / sportsbook.

I have XCP and I'm trying to buy BTC.

Due to the lag in settlement is the market book actually not an indication of what the current offers are?

That's not it. Rather, all transactions involving BTC take a long time to settle, and are somewhat unreliable still (because the person selling BTC has to stay logged in to Counterwallet for the trade to go through).

Wow seriously? Is it even safe to attempt to use this? I had some orders partially matched and haven't received the BTC. Are people getting paid my XCP with no guarantee that I receive the BTC?

The problem is compounded by the fact that I can't cancel orders - my XCP don't get refunded.

What's up with the distributed exchange? I've been trying to make trades last night and today and have been hugely frustrated. Issues I'm encountering:

  • Orders don't match, even when made at market price.
  • Matched or partially matched orders don't pay out the purchased security.
  • Cancelled orders don't return the indicated funds.

What is up with this? Is there any expectation that this thing actually works? Very disheartening.

How did this turn out? $37,000 loss? This is why people deserve an accounting of your results BEFORE they invest in you. Because now everyone feels scammed, like they gave you a bankroll to go gamble away in Vegas.
