Your wire is ready to go out but we still require a few more missing document(s) (see at the bottom of this mail) to avoid delays.

As we are implementing additional KYC / AML policy requirements based on requirements in Hong Kong, we also reviewed all the past data provided before by yourself.  Unfortunately the data provided by you in the past is not sufficient anymore based on the updated requirements we need to follow.

Therefore in order to avoid any delay in processing your payment(s) that are pending, can you please fill out the updated KYC form.

Please also ensure that the additional documents are clearly scanned (no photo's by mobile phone):

The updated requirement is:

A – 2 X photo ID (passport and national ID card copy)
B - recent electrical bill / property tax / telephone (no other type accepted)
C - copy of a bank statement / bank account in your name - should be the same account from which you receive / send funds
D - occupation detail and source of income explained on the form

We look forward to continue to support the business with you but we also have to ensure our documentation is in accordance with regulation, I trust you understand this being a professional.

Below are the documents (missing details) you still need to provide in addition to the ones you sent before.

Thanks and best regards,
Jean

My account is a verified account. They asked for additional documents for my withdraw this time. It is strict. I can apply them, but it makes me feel warning. Do they do this to slower payment? MTGOX also did this, slow and complex AML procedure.
Did you guys met it? How you think about it?
Not every one have second ID. Not every one have paper bankstatement. Not every one have  electrical bill / property tax / telephone (no other type accepted). They will delay your withdraw until you supply them. It is rouge.

How too keep my brought BTC in margin trading?

I brought BTC in margin trading. But I can only close the transaction by sell it out. I want to keep the BTC I bought. How to do that? I click claim button, but I only get the warning message "You can only claim your position once you have enough profit to cover the borrowed margin and the swap",  I have money in my trading wallet. Why can't I take some loose to keep the brought BTC?

How to do that?
24  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitstamp slow payment? on: March 10, 2014, 06:16:42 PM
I applied a withdraw on March 4th. It showed paid on March 5th.
Today is March 11st. Still no money show up in my bank account.
Is that normal? How can I chase my payment? I try to contact bitstamp on support. No one answer me for that.
Is that possible they did not pay or payment blocked? How can I do something?
25  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Wire Transfer to Bitstamp delay? on: March 10, 2014, 10:02:07 AM

27  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BITSTAMP.net Bitcoin exchange site for USD/BTC on: March 10, 2014, 03:24:01 AM
I have a payment sent from bitstamp on March 5th, Today it is March 10th.
Still I do not see it from my bank. I know bitstamp set value date to their payment. But it is too long this time. Do you think it is normal?
Is there anyway to chase the payment?

Any information?
29  Economy / Service Discussion / Want to sell bitcoin to neteller, safe is the most important on: March 07, 2014, 04:27:18 PM
I used to use virwox to sell bitcoin to neteller. They are expensive in fees but safe and quick.
Now virwox stop accepting neteller.
I need to find alternatives. But it seems I can't at current time.....
I know localbitcoins and bitcoin-OTC, but I understand the risk neteller is reversible and It's not easy to find the safe person to trade.

Any alternatives to virwox? Safe and quick.

My comission paid in bitfinex is bitcoin.
I buy 10 BTC, they deduct 0.015,then I get 9.985. I don't like it. I prefer they charge me usd like bitstamp.
I contact support,support don't help.
Any one knows is that possible they charge me usd as commision?

Thanks in advance.

Account settings ----> default currency. Or does that just change the interest paid when margin tradings to be paid in USD?

I already set the default currency to USD. It is not useful in exchange. Still btc deducted as fee.

Insurance take 20% of swap income. I'm a newbie, I don't know exactly how big the risk is.So I can't calculate whether it worth it.
Any advice? Did you lost in swap because not buy insurance? I can see the insurance fund is only 50000 usd, it seems not very helpful if there is a big loss
Also  what is  Flash Return Rate ? Flash return means I can getback my lent out money at any time? If so, maybe useful

Thanks for your advice in advance.

36  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Broken BTC Withdrawals on Gox -- 2230 EST, 28 JAN: 1654 broken TX!! on: February 03, 2014, 01:35:46 PM
I contacted a lawyer in Japan about MtGox withdrawal "problems".

I was surprised he already knew the case because someone already contacted him about it Friday. He said he will be able to take the case. Also, customers grouping dramatically increases chances of success. If you are interested, please reply to this post or PM me.

We must act fast, as time flies, our chances of getting our monies back decreases significantly.

btc or jpy? i have btc

does the layer understand what is bitcoin and how can he make gox pay?

In my case, I have BTC stuck in outstanding withdrawals, and USD balance. The lawyer is already aware of bitcoin as some users already contacted him about the problem.

they own me 20 btc in stuck. I will join you. What is the step?

No doubt
They will be closed very soon.
Every kind of withdraw will be slower than slower. It seems they are not dead, actually they are. You can't get anything out at the end.
38  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my mtgox account has been robbed this night. on: January 30, 2014, 01:46:05 PM
It is even more funny that your stolen payment went through.
Do you know how many of us stuck bitcoin withdraw in GOX at current time?
39  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp - wanted to withdraw money and was hit with these weird KYC questions on: January 29, 2014, 03:28:00 PM
Did anyone else receive such a message from support when they tried to withdraw money recently?

Quote
We received your withdrawal request. As your withdrawal request met some of our volume and frequency thresholds, we will have to kindly ask you to help us better understand the nature of your relationship with Bitstamp. In order to do so, we require that an additional KYC (know your customer) procedure is completed before we can proceed with the processing of your transfer.

We kindly ask you to answer the following KYC questionnaire:

1. How did you learn about Bitcoin?
2. The purpose of trading on Bitstamp?
3. What is the origin of the deposited Bitcoins? If mining, please specify your hardware specifications and submit a receipt or an invoice for your mining equipment.
4. When and how did you obtain your Bitcoins?
5. What is the reason for your activity - depositing BTC, selling, withdrawing?
6. What are your future plans and activities planned on our exchange?
7. Do you plan more of such withdrawals in the future? If yes, how many and why?
8. Which bank are you using? Please provide the complete address and SWIFT code.

We kindly ask you to submit your answers and documents in a reply to this ticket.

First of all, I exchanged money on Bitstamp exclusively since last spring. Withdrawals were less frequent during these last few months, but I had withdrawals both larger and smaller than the one I tried making now. I'm a verified customer with them.

Second, while some questions kinda sorta make sense, others are rather useless, redundant or impossible to address accurately. And some of their requests are downright audacious, not to mention grossly lacking respect to personal security. If I mine it's none of their goddamn business what the hell I mine with, what are the hardware specs and sure as hell they don't need to get invoices to every  piece of hardware I mine with.

So, anyone else?

They do not only ask for question. They are asking documents. I really don't what documents is suitable.

"Thank you for your provided answers to our questionnaire. However, in order to be able to finalize the process, we would kindly ask you to please also send us any financial documentation, which can confirm how the funds you will be sending to your Bitstamp account were acquired."

What kind of financial documents can prove that?
