I see that registration for beta is opened.Does that mean everyone will get invite,or just that everyone can apply?

All workID users will have immediate access to workPAY once it is available, and by the look beta of workPAY could be available before planned(Q4 2018). |

How come you decided to change CEO? Current COO speaking here, ex CEO. We don't call it exactly a change of CEO, this is more like bringing someone more senior into the team. Long story short, Ryan was supporter of the project from the start as lead investor, he had insights in what exactly we are working on and how and he recognized this as an exciting opportunity to be part of a project alongside a world-class team. As CEO at that moment, for me it was an honor and I knew that he would be better person for position. And what is good CEO without good COO  |

WorkChain has a lot of room for market development, and the future of WorkChain coins will bring investors huge returns. The project team redoubled its efforts to bring some good news as early as possible.
Hey wangxiaoyan888666, lets keep it real. We believe that we have good predispositions: proven team, real problem that we are solving, awesome solution, good business model, etc... But to get from Alpha product version to mass market adoption we will need time and thats reality! I hope that community has learned that things are not going to happen over night! |

What will be the main purpose of WATT token?

However, if their employer is not using our system, funds will be advanced from a lending pool. Employees who stake WATT Tokens will get first priority to the funds available through the lending pool.
Validators — To be able to provide more validations (proof of work records) validators will need to stake more tokens. Similar to API services where different tiers allow a different number of requests per second.
Employers — To enable real-time payroll for their employees, businesses won’t have to pay a monthly subscription or payroll processing fees. But they will need to stake a certain number of tokens equal to the number of their employees on the WorkChain.io platform. Staked tokens also provide premium access on the platform.
Lenders — To be first in line to loan money, lenders will need to stake tokens. By staking tokens both users and private and institutional lenders will get priority access to the top-rated lending opportunities. Plus, receive first access to new product functionality released on WorkChain.io |

I saw in your roadmap that in Q2 you planned to make the World’s First Immutable CV Created with workID. Did you manage this goal?

Can someone explain what's the benefit of immutable CV? workID(World’s First Immutable CV) is ready and you can get yours here: https://workchain.io/registrationWhen you are hiring, first round of selection is almost always based on CV. It really is easy to cheat there and add few fake statements which makes first step in hiring process inaccurate. workID have each statement hashed on blockchain and backed by proof of work records(one shift, one task, one monthly contract) so there is no more guessing if that statement is true or false. |

Is this project is also applicable to those people who participated in bounty campaign? I mean, if I am bounty participant from other project and I am capable of receiving paycheck for the service I did, can I use this application?
That is a good question. I guess the other project needs to cut a deal with this one and use their platform. Not sure that can be done.I think this relates to blockchain projects with products and use case, not projects that are still in the making.Usually those projects have bountys. I see, but I think it would be a better project if they will include that idea to their application. Because a lot of users here that also bounty participants and those users will be their potential target market. I think that companies will be the main targets not individuals. This is something we might consider in the future, thinking about bounty hunters as one-time employees. We are focused on long-term employees first, since they have longer relation with employers. For early adopters we will target successful blockchain companies, since they already understand technology and how crypto works. |

What I have to do to join the sale, do I have to go through KYC?
Almost always when there are white sheets for participation, complete identification of the person is needed. So I think so you need to go through this procedure of complete KYC. Yes i think all ICO investors should be used to that,its a must have now. If the goal as a project is to stay compliant and don't have any conflicts with authorities then yes, you have to pass KYC for your buyers. Thats true,but lately many projects are asking for that,unfortunately. I personally dont mind KYC when im investing,but im not fan of that when im doing bounty camapign,as sometimes reward is so small,that its not worth iot to share your personal details for 10 dolars worth of tokens. Bounty campaigns conducting KYC is not logical as you are not an investor. You perform some work for them. Thats true,but lately many projects are asking for that,unfortunately. This is usually because projects don't have Token ready yet and there is clearly no utility. Our project and token utility is ready and you can see it. @BonTonPlease investing your time is still some kind of investment, it doesn't always need to be in terms of $/ETH to call it investment. |

I think that team should be very caerful with adding new advisors.So many projects just keep adding those namaes without any purpose.Im sure team will react if they need more people. There is clearly difference between employees and advisors. Sometime it makes sense for advisors to become key employee of company, but thats not always the case. I really can't compare freelancers with both employees and advisors. |

Few of us are testing ALPHA version at the moment. Starting from September everyone should be paid in stable coin. So all team members will be paid in your own token? so that means that there will be a lot of team tokens on exchanges? I'm not sure about that. I think those tokens will be locked for some period of time to prevent early dumps. Yeah, that is pretty much standard these days. Hey guys, sorry for late response. We won't be paying our team members in our token. As I mentioned in quoted post we will be using stable-coin like TrueUSD: https://www.trusttoken.com/trueusd/Its token that is 1:1 with USD, so employees don't need to worry about volatility. Good to know this because the usual team tokens are locked so this is something fresh to look forward. May I know what company is your first client to try your app? And sorry for ignorance, is this a utility or security token? We are our first client and there are few other companies from our surroundings that will be testing it. Our first clients, also early adopters, are going to be ICO projects that have raised successfully, since they understand this technology and we believe that it won't be hard for them to adopt such a product.
