21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: What top five alt coins to catch in this BTC dip. on: February 25, 2018, 04:46:09 PM
What I looked for when looking to catch a dip of a good project  is the  volume, if the volume of a coin is reducing, that is possible to frustrate some holders that are looking to cash out and dump their coins which is likely going to trigger some sell order

That is a great idea too.  So many different coins out there.  I think I sometimes do that with GRS coin, which is a great project and will be rebranding this year.  However, it never seems to fall below 5600 sats.   Being such a great idea, I imagine there are many people that think along this path.

I've been endorsing this already in the past, as I really like profit-sharing coins, like COSS and KuCoinShares. They give a percentage of fees to token holders, so the higher the trade volume on their respective exchanges, the higher is the dividend given. It's like staking but has more potential and is automated.

I never knew anything about that.  That idea is brilliant.  I will check into it.  Thanks!   And thanks to the rest of the bitcoin forum members replies.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Question about B2X token. on: February 25, 2018, 03:11:30 PM
B2x token.  So I read its a fork of bitcoin that was done by enthusiasts.  I can find hardly any info online about it.  Is it a dead coin?   A worthless coin?  There are so many out there.  I was looking for BTX and bought some of these by mistake (not many and they looked cheap off etherdelta).   Seems there telegram channel is offline.   Anybody know anything about this coin?  B2X

Thanks everyone for your replies.  Some of these coins suggested, I never heard of, and I am investigating them, which is exactly what I wanted to know.  All of them suggested show much promise.  And although, I mainly used Bittrex, I re checked out Binance, and I am taking my trading there.  They have a vastly better selection of coins.  And it looks like its quite active.  Thanks again, and good luck to all.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Opinion: What top five alt coins to catch in this BTC dip. on: February 24, 2018, 08:29:10 PM
BTC is dipping now and some sources say it could go 8800.  I am asking for professional  opinions on five top alt coins people are trying to catch on the dip.  Please list exchange.

Mainly interested in Bittrex and Binance exchanges, but your professional opinion matters.

I always look at SC, ruby, tix, grs, and pot coins on bittrex.   But volume not so great on the last four.

Any help appreciated!

27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ENT] Eternity - X11 - No Premine on: February 23, 2018, 01:07:10 AM
Hello, I mistakenly bought 400 ENT tokens off etherdelta exchange at the rate of .002 Eth.   I know, big mistake, I paid about .7 eth too much.  Will never be so hasty again.

At any rate, I still want to put them on an exchange but I can't seem to do this, because it keeps saying invalid address, even though I know that ENT deposit address is correct on Yobit and livecoin exchanges.

I can't seem to find the right contract address to add this as a token.  Is this even an ethereum based token?  What am I missing?   How do I add the token to myetherwallet?  Is it even a token anymore?  Please help!  This is driving me crazy.

Right now they are in my etherdelta exchange personal wallet.

No offense taken, sir.  I got some good information from this post and am thankful.  Have a good day!

Oh and yeah, you never know with altcoins these days Smiley
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: So, ETH difficulty went ballistic. on: February 11, 2018, 05:36:21 PM
Thanks, Digital !  Never thought of that.  I going to send you a PM with a question if that's ok.

But yes I bought an Eth Miner for $800 brand new in 2016 that was plug and play and had 6 graphic cards.  I was make 1 eth a day almost.  I sold all my eth at 50 dollars each.  And the miner seven months later.  What a mistake!

It's funny when you trolls say it was a mistake cause you sold it low. Selling or buying at current price is never a mistake, learn that first then you are ready to play big.

If I thought like you I would have committed suicide millions of times cause I sold many things low to what that coin cost right now, btc for example, sold thousands for $5.

I do see your point, sir.  I guess Eth could have plummeted and I would have been at a deep loss.  Hindsight is 20/20 they say.  Just curious as to why you label me with a troll?

I am curious.   Not much of a tech miner, but I bought an eth rig years back and sold it along with the eth I made.  Serious mistake!  I could have been 30k richer.   Anyways, what are the most profitable alt coins to mine with a rig that uses 3 high end graphics cards?

Is it plausible to think that it will fall under 7k this month?  I just got my taxes back.

I used to have over 100000 opal on that exchange with the Big Vern scam.   It was a long time ago.  I liked the coin.  I would be interested where it could end up.  I will join that discord channel.  Thanks.

I will say that their team is very good at handling support issues on the telegram channel and are quick to answer questions.  They have been since pre ico.  I hope things pick up this year soon, and I believe they will.  They look to have a very strong team.  Also take a look at their road map on site http://www.medibond.io/    This is high tech stuff in a massive industry.
37  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can I earn bitcoin using facebook, youtube, or in any social media? on: February 10, 2018, 04:32:19 PM
There is a telegram channel called Crypto Airdrops that lists all kinds of token bounties everyday.  Like the previous posters said they mainly want you to join their twitter account and what ever social group they have.   You will need an ethereum wallet for tokens, because they ask for your eth address.   Parity, Imtoken, are a couple of wallets.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Ethos ethermine wallet. Does it create wallet? on: January 08, 2018, 09:05:18 PM
Not sure if I am posting this in right place.

Hello everyone. A year ago I used to mine ethereum on a rig that used EthOs. I sold the power supply and the cards on the rig a year ago(big regret), but I discovered I have a balance of 1.8 ethereum when I clicked on my old address link. I have a key file and installed v.9.3 ethereum wallet a few days ago and its showing the balance in what is says to be an etherbase address. But I can't send anything because it needs a password, and I don't remember setting one up.

Its been so long, I can't remember if ethos (that was preinstalled on my rig) created my wallet for me or how the etherbase wallet was created. Does ethos create the wallet? Does it encrypt it with a password? Any suggestions on how to get password?  I probally have old miner ip address.  Help would greatly be appreciated, thats about 2 grand of money locked up.

Thanks in advance!
