Dear Sir,
I am so sorry.
The YAC wallet doesn't work well/

We are working on it.

The address will show when the wallet works well again

Thanks for your patience

And situation continue...

Wallet works just ok but why bter can not get it work is unknown or is it real reason.
Specially now after "Cryptsy" fraud it is nice if bter try stay in operation.
If bter think YAC exchange is low - yes it is now extremely low because deposits are disabled.
Fun is still that there can buy and sell YAC and same time they tell YAC wallet do not work and you can not feed in more YAC (deposit closed)

What is going on in pool?:  yac.erlog.pt
It looks like block confirmations do not progress normally.

It looks like this mysterious problem is now repaired. Nice work!

it seems UNOMP is broken for scriptjane Cry

https://github.com/UNOMP/unified-node-open-mining-portal/issues/50

Tomorow i will look into de c code to try to fix myself

I have used 3 workers, 1 i7 CPU (around same hashing power what one 750Ti when N=17) and one rig with Nvidia 3x750Ti  and one rig with Radeon (4x r7 240  4G)

Radeon rig reported 4 blocks (possible also Nvidia rig but this I,m not sure because cudaminer poor information on the screen) but in pool statistics nothing, not founded, not orphans, just 0.

i reallly whant this to star working correctly, because yac need some pools running

Yes!

Lets hope you find solutions. I will keep one CPU mining in this pool just for small piece of  help to your work for diagnose problems.

I think everithing is working Wink

I have turned on two small miners. Hashing works ok but we need more miners (minerd with i7 CPU and cudaminer with some Nvidia GPU.)
Settings are really easy for CPU miner (minerd) or cudaminer. I have not yet tested Yacminer with this pool (amd gpu).

But why this (difficulty)

Username:your yacoin wallet address
Password:anything (what ever)
Algorithm:scrypt-jane
URL (difficulty 4):stratum+tcp://193.136.97.30:3032

Why fixed difficult 4?   My opinion is that it is far too high but for yacminer users it can not be under 1 so this is why most pools (UTC, YAC) use fixed 1 for yacminers.
(or arrange least one port for fixed 1)

Why does what you posted say "Algorithm:scrypt-jane", while the first post of this thread says "Proof of Work: Scrypt-N SHA-3" ?

What algorithm or algorithms does this coin actually use? Has it changed since the first post of the thread without that post being updated accordingly?

-MarkM-

Mining software setting (used library, not exactly true algorithm).  (CPU), minerd: -x64-corei7 -a scrypt-jane .....
Or example with Nvidia GPU, cudaminer:  --algo=scrypt-jane:YAC .....

Guys - before I understand what happened today with my pools I disabled stratums for yac pool. In worst case scenario I am thinking about "closed pool" based on invitations if there is be enough miners.

Hi

My YAC pool is back in business - find it here: https://www2.coinmine.pl/yac/

feeleep

Have you migrated your pool?  I know I used to be a registered user, and my miner doesn't connect to stratum+tcp://yac.coinmine.pl:9088

Same here. It works about one hour and then connection fails, after then very short time on and agen connection fails continuously...   so it looks like there is some severe problem.
But what was nice to see in this around hour mining. Zero orphans! (if it was real)

Do we have now any working  (public)mining pool for YAC ?

Servers are up and running.

can not connect to stratum+tcp://yac.coinmine.pl:9088

Dev contact https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ so they can add UTC there. Its cheap and reliable. I wont invest in this coin until it has working block explorer.

+1

Lets hope UTC and YAC can see there asap.

Why change the NFactor?

As many other peoples also I wonder why?
Perhaps someones do not know what to do but they think something need do or something is nice to do. Unbelievable mistake.  Just like kids start repair something and adjust "everything" and just hope miracle.

But, most important works are still waiting. Lot of disinformation, lot of broken links, Block explorer works sometimes or not...  Even some pools use still 30s block time in block display... perhaps just for fun. Unbelievable high amount of orphans etc.

YAC is now N=16 and going to N=17 just after some days (23th Jun)  and UTC is N=16 and UTC  "dev team" have made decision to return back to N=15 and also reduce block reward from 30 to 10.

This smells like...

Also it is not good to forget history... and what happend to "bumface" and some others...

Missing Block Explorer. Where it is?

Perhaps dev team think block Explorer is "who cares" but it is important part of coin functionality. What you think if someone shut off BTC block Explorer, what happend after then next weeks...

Ultrablocparty pool confirmation email still not work. If it can not work shut off this feature asap.

Hello Qxw, we did get the block explorer working again last week. Check my earlier post for the link. Ultrabex is supposed to be working but for some reason it's still not redirecting to http://ultrabex.tumblingblock.com/ like it should. I will look into this and try to get it resolved ASAP. Also, we are currently on the e-mail functionality of UBP, currently e-mails are being sent to the smaller providers such as hotmail but still continued to be blocked on Gmail and other larger providers. We are currently working on getting this fixed and I will be providing updates when we do.

Sincerely,

ultrablockparty still does not work... !

no cash out, email problem remains unresolved  Sad

UP !!!

Yup, plz ppl pay attention to this, the pool still reports to have some hashrate, that's strange.

Autopay still works just normally. (If you have set it before confirmation email stop working)

35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ultracoin] [Est. Feb 2014] ~ ASIC Resistant & Ultrafast 6 Second Transactions! on: June 03, 2015, 07:31:08 AM
Ultrablockparty

Orphan %
Last 7 days 16.3%
Last 24h   26%
Last hour 53.3%

Conf email do not work

pools takes several times some kind of "hick-up" situations.
frequently short or some times looong time periods only fast repeating reset work messages from pool repeating around up to 10 times per second. This situation happend often and some times it last loger and some times just some seconds, also some times very fastly repeating  "new block" messages.
Some external attacks or pool server have something really wrong?

Anyone wake up?
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ultracoin] [Est. Feb 2014] ~ ASIC Resistant & Ultrafast 6 Second Transactions! on: May 31, 2015, 07:01:47 AM
Hey ppl!

Does anyone know how to contact ultrablockparty.com 's team? It seems the pool's email gateway is not working, so i can't make withdrawals, nor change my account settings, and the contact form also throws an error saying there was a problem sending the message, so i'm stuck and can't contact the team to inform it.

Best regards!

Same problem here. I have tried several times. Just for see confirmation email do not still work.

Also pool have very strange symptoms. Some times long long time only fast repeating work rest start messages and "unknown" block finder's and some times unbelievable high amount of orphans. Something is wrong. Also it seems that tumblingblock and ultrablockparty do same.

Also my workers have find blocks in one ultracoin pool and generated coins in quite long time:
blocks  coins
1558    46,740
1514    45,420
325    9,750
64    1,920
41    1,230
19    570

Earnings
All Time    55,594.46309121
Around half what my workers have generated in long term.
I have tried how to get more earnings than my workers have generated by find block but I have not found any adjustment for this. I have tried with one worker with different settings. If I can not find situation where one mining machine earn more than generate in long term, how this is possible? So, there must be some who get average more than find blocks also this is acceptable in "democratic" pool but.. too much in long term is least strange. Small amount is possible but long term big difference is - rising question?

If it is from short time but this is long time. Of course statistics math go so that in short time there may be big difference but in long time I think it need balance.

Personally I do not understand at all this hassle with N.
There was sheduled N change. All know what day and hour next N change. But now, it is like "who knows, it depends weathers"

Now someones want manipulate this N. Perhaps soon some peoples are not satisfied and other day other peoples are not satisfied and then agen N change out from original schedule. Who can trust and what?

YAC coin  have changet to N15 as scheduled, then it have changed to N16 and no problem, works like charm. Just aftrer some days it is going to N17.

Why N16 is problem with UTC?  Perhaps next day some group of peoples want change algoritm also. After this N factor game who can trust what is coming next. After UTC launch there have been N time schedule. Today it can think this schedule was "perhaps" schedule or just fake schedule. When some "insider" group start adjust coin for them selves it do not promise very good for future.

My opinion is that this game with N value is mistake.

How about hockey where you should change the rules mid-game. Or, if a hockey goal, the location could abruptly change if someone wants.

I am not sure a 280x card can mine NF16?!

Of course it can. Is it wise depends many things.

It looks like Bter YAC trading works agen. It was not new Mt Gox...

Also tested deposit YAC to Bter. Works but from pool to real credit in Bter account YAC balance some amount more slow than previously. (yesterday one test and 3.5hour but it is not suprise if thi nk what kind of hassle this all have been)

Also what is surprise Bter have returned (small amount) of BTC's. (under 10% at this first phase and it looks like they try return all....  if they really can recover and build all agen and even better than previously and peoples get (slowly) back loosed BTC's it is really nice and it also give really strong signal that Bter is not what ever bullshit exchange  )

R9 280x 3 GB:
yacminer.exe --scrypt-chacha -o stratum+tcp://stratum2.tumblingblock.com:5555 -u worker.1 -p password -R 2560 -g 1 -w 128 --buffer-size 2590 --lookup-gap 24 --gpu-engine 1200 --gpu-memclock 1500 --temp-cutoff 85 --nfmin 4 --nfmax 30 --starttime 1388361600

this setting gives 1,174kh/s, lookup-gap 8 also works

Hi, What is your setting for the R9 280x?

N=15  -> 8M
8/24= 0.3333

0.3333 * 2560 = 853.8

What is idea with this lookup-gap 24  with this buffer size and with This Raw intensity?
(exept that result is still not so bad if also real accepted works are nearly 1.2kh/s
