Awesome question! We have already raised our softcap, which means We have the funds to start the EE platform. Our current focus is to get this platform better and better and acquire some first properties so that we can really kick-off well shaped. As the finalized real estate will be advertised also on local newspapers and media in general, this will create demand on ELES tokens as it will be used as exclusive means of payment on the ELES platform. So besides our existing community we mainly count also on this general public to start using our ELES platform. To give you a short reminder, because of buying with discounts, and doing modern properties, we will also sell them with certain discount, which will give additional boost for quicker flip overs. The process of renting will be simple also for general public. All that an individual without ELES tokens will have to do after finding the right real estate for his/her needs is to create an account on ELES platform and exchange the fiat money for ELES tokens that are than used for paying the rent.
