cgminer shut pc down once started, any idea? windows7 did detect 4 video cards

4 video card MSI r9 270

4 unpowered riser cable

any idea what could be the problem?

anyone can help me msi r9 270 (non x) to undervolt and what line for cgminer scrypt mining, what wattage are you getting?
