Actually I have done it many times in real life.  Sadly, the people I know in real life don't have the alts that I need.  I have done the same deal many times in real life.

If I am to escrow the BTCs, then there's not much of a risk.  I don't need more than 2 BTCs worth, so whoever will be the first will be the only one to take advantage of my offer.  I have over 100 BTCs myself, I am sponsored by a well known Poker Site named Betfair and have over half a million in tournament winnings in poker (which isn't my bread and butter).   I have many well known friends in the poker community that would vouch for me (which are known world wide).

No, sorry I did not mention this but I guarantee a profit.  No matter what happens you will get a profit and the profit is normally about 2-3% per day.  It varies depending on the volume.  No matter what happens the coins will be returned when requested, in full.

It's really funny how people yell out scam without knowing anything.  I am also ready to escrow the equivalent in BTC to someone we can both agree on.

I also don't understand why you say you would make more holding on to the coin?  You will be making close to 1% on the coin each day (this is payable in btc, not CLOAK however), so you will have your initial coins plus the profits in btc which you can buy more CLOAK if you wish.

5% monthly interest is low?

How can we be the only ones with this problem. =\

I get the same error on my PC and my cell.

Giving 5% for DRK and XC and will return coins within 8-10 hours of being asked.  Does not have to be a whole month.  However, the interest will be calculated accordingly.

Ok but the difference is that I am borrowing a coin and returning the same coin.  No matter if the price of the coin goes down a lot or up a lot, I still return that coin.

I expected people to be hostile, people always are at first until someone has a track record.  This is why I want to get this track record started on here (even though in real life I have done countless transactions each of 4-5 digites numbers) so I can get the ball rolling.

Another good question.  To provide a quick answer.  I do not wish to invest in these coins (Even though, I have on the most part to a certain extent), or should I say invest more into them.  However, I do wish to trade them, so what I am providing is a way of people who want to hold on to a coin long term a way to get interest while I can trade with it.

As for proof, I can provide this obviously.  I guess the easiest way is a picture?  Or I am open to ideas.  I have facebook/twitter as well which can be verified as a confirmed identity.

Great question, yes I can provide screen shots (unless you have a better way) of transaction amounts.  Right now, I do about 50 bitcoins worth of trading per day.

What I have to offer:

I will update the original post with new interest rates/coins needed.

I will give you monthly interest to borrow some of your coins.  The interest rate varies per coin and the amount of coins vaires as well.  The monthly interest is compound which means that if after a month we both agree to keep going, you will receive X% interest on the coins you lent me + the coins you got from the previous month's interest.

The coins loaned are for one month, the coins can not be returned before the end of the 30 day contract unless both parties agree. Each loan is based on a full month loan unless otherwise stated.

If both parties agree to end the deal early or change the terms, this can obviously be done.

My trading is done on Mintpal, so if Mintpal all of a sudden closes down or the coin itself is somehow destroyed, altered, or value goes down to zero, this is not my responsibility.  Basically anything that would happen if you had your coins on your own Mintpal account is not my responsiblity.

For instance, I get BCs deposited in my wallet a few times a day for the POS of my BCs that I have on there.
