21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: February 04, 2019, 02:40:14 PM
I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it’s way to early to be selling your altcoins. It’s like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

I think people just set their priorities. I do the same. My entire portfolio was reorganized and now it contains only the most promising altcoins, Bitcoin and Tether. At a certain point, I had to sell all the low-liquidity coins (of course, I minimized some losses beforehand, and even earned some profit on others). Personally, I think this is the right step. I'm not one of those people who will just wait for themself to become bankrupt or hopelessly hope that everything will be fine. I diversified my investments and I advise you to do the same.
Of course, I continue to trade if I see a good situation for some coins, but then I transfer my profits to Bitcoin and Tether.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [VITE] [DAG + Smart Contract] Vite | Signature Campaign on: February 03, 2019, 10:29:11 PM
Is the campaign extended to February 7? Or am I confused with dates? I thought it was until January 30th. Now I don't have time to make 10 posts this week. Can I write more than 2 posts in one day? Thanks.

23  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hacker stole my funds from blockchain on: January 30, 2019, 01:00:37 PM
I sympathize with you, it is very sad and unpleasant. I think Blockchain.com is not guilty of having stolen your funds. They don't have access to your account and don't store your private keys. They listed possible reasons why this happened to you.
Unfortunately, all you can really do is secure yourself in the future.
Some tips:
- Never open emails and attachments from unknown senders. Suspicious of any letters with attachments and links. Even if they came from a familiar address, it doesn't guarantee security: it could be hacked.
- Never enter your wallet details on other sites.
- Be sure to check URLs for minor spelling errors.
- Use only secure https connections. The absence of just one letter “s” in the address of the site must alert.
- Don't use open Wi-Fi networks to access your wallet or exchange.
- Wherever possible, install two-factor authentication.
- Install the Cryptonite by MetaCert extension!!!
- Update software. Any good antivirus will automatically detect suspicious activity. Regularly update your browser, operating system, email client and antivirus package.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a religion on: January 30, 2019, 12:28:57 PM
Yes, many market participants don't understand Bitcoin, but simply worship it. I think this is the result of a lack of education among investors. Many of the small investors just want to make money as quickly as possible, so none of them even tries to understand the essence.
Unfortunately, this attitude leads to the fact that during times of rising prices for Bitcoin, the crowds of its worshipers begin to shout that "Bitcoin is perfect", and during the fall of its price, "Bitcoin died, everything was gone."
In order to minimize this phenomenon, we need to talk more about Bitcoin and about technology. Over time, this will lead to more educated investors.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are any of you paid your salary in crypto? What's it like? on: January 30, 2019, 12:15:31 PM
How do your employers buy it?
Have there been scenarios where after they purchased the agreed amount the value increased/decreased substantially before you were paid? If so, how did they react to this?
Today there are services with the help of which you can receive a salary in a crypto currency.
It works quite simply. The Service you choose creates an account number for you (this is a regular bank account). You give this account number to your employer, and he transfers your salary to that account. The Service converts the fiat received into your account into the crypto currency of your choice (at rate of the Exchanger with which the Service has a contract) and transfers this currency to the wallet address you specified. All taxes are already taken into account when exchanging, so you don't need to think about this issue.
As you can see from this, the employer absolutely doesn't care what the rate of Bitcoin, he just pays yours salary in fiat.
26  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: January 29, 2019, 02:50:18 PM
I'm interest in trading and I want to know more about it. So please give me your valuable ideas and opinions. As a beginner I would like to know that Is there any special ways to do trading without losses or in a manner which minimize the losses. Not only that please tell me Is it possible to start trading with a small amount of money at the beginning.
Hope you will help me.
Thank you. Smiley Smiley
Yes, you can start trading with a small amount of money. Moreover, this approach will be more reasonable for you.
First of all, I want to say that it is almost impossible to trade without losses. The main thing is to learn how to reduce these losses and close the losing deals in time.
For successful trading you need to constantly learn a lot of the necessary information about crypto trading. From the basics of technical analysis to a detailed study of trading strategies. Indeed, only after you have mastered all this knowledge in the process of practice you will be able to understand which indicators, strategies and approaches to trading help you to be a successful trader.
Next, you need a lot of practice. Practice on small amounts of money.
After some time (each has a different time interval), you will get the necessary experience. And depending on the conclusions you make during studing and practice, you can become a trader (successful or not).
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the most important thing on: January 29, 2019, 02:35:21 PM
well, I feel that patience in this case also has limits. that means you have to have the principle to sell at a certain price when the price drops dramatically, and maybe sell at a certain price when the price goes up. without it, you are only patient waiting for things that are uncertain. well, this happened to me because of what I did.
I agree. After all, what's the point of waiting patiently until you turn into a bankrupt? First of all, you need to develop for yourself certain trading strategies, following which the trader acts depending on the situations.
In other words, I think that the main thing is the creation of a plan and the ability to manage your emotions (which will include reasonable patience).
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY ANXIOUS ABOUT BITCOIN PRICE? on: January 28, 2019, 08:38:33 PM
My father is anxious pertaining to the fall and rise in bitcoin price. He has four(4) btc and he is afraid to hodl. He wants to sell at a lower rate. Any advice for him?
I think it all depends on what purpose he pursues. Based on this, there are different options:
1. Сonstantly trade their bitcoins. Sell at a higher price, buy back at a lower price. This option requires a lot of knowledge, effort, time, experience and skills.
2. Just hold your bitcoins, but he need to set a goal, that is, at what price he wants to sell it. Until the price reaches the desired point, don't even worry. This is a successful strategy that doesn't require any special knowledge and effort.
3. Sell  bitcoins at a loss and then regret it. Especially in 3-5 years, when the price of bitcoin rises to unimaginable values.

Since I do daily trading and make profit on this, my advice would be to study trading and start trading.
But a person doesn’t always want to do it, so I consider holding as the second acceptable option.
The third option, in the situation with bitcoin, I consider stupid and unacceptable.
But let your father make the decision.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warnings for token hodlers on: January 26, 2019, 11:09:36 PM
We are in the final quarter of the year
Everyone should be at alert now, lots of projects will suddenly collapse, pump and dump, with plans to collect people's btc and ethereum and cash out money for the end of the year
Then they will run away and get away with funds.....

A word is enough for the wise
2018 showed us many weak projects. But many projects remain viable to this day. How their future will develop is difficult to say for sure. I generally view this bearish trend as a great time for several reasons:
- the ability to buy promising coins at very low prices;
- an opportunity to practice well, since the movement in the market is rather slow, that is, there is enough time for analysis;
- during the period of the bearish trend, most of the weak, lifeless and scam projects will leave the market.
Therefore, to some extent I enjoy this time, and delusional and negative thoughts about the end of crypto currencies don't attend me.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.. on: January 26, 2019, 10:59:24 PM
It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?
You're right, in fact, none of us can know for sure if the chosen campaign will be fraudulent. The rights of the bounty hunters, as well as the rights of those who take part of the ICO are not protected. We all just have to hope for the best.
Of course, we can partially protect ourselves by analyzing the project, finding out more information about the development team and the funds that are investing in this project. But still it can not protect us for sure.

32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever exist in currency notes? on: January 25, 2019, 02:45:26 PM
maybe in the future it will happen that we can withdraw our bitcoin into a fiat or deposit our fiat into deposit instantly using Bitcoin ATM, but fir right now it will not happen, because of the policy in all country in the world
What are you talking about? Already there are many bitcoin ATMs in different countries across the globe. With their help, you can buy bitcoins (like some other crypto currencies) and withdraw your bitcoins (and some other crypto currencies) to fiat. So this is not a ghostly future this is the real reality.
Here is a link where you can find more information on this issue.

As well as a quick visual hint:
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever exist in currency notes? on: January 23, 2019, 09:19:09 AM
It might interest you to note that the bitcoin policy has been accepted and implemented by some banks. Not long ago, I read a post on this platform which stressed on the facts that there are bitcoin ATMs in some parts of the Europe and United States.

The question is " how will these ATMs  operate?" Will customers withdraw money in the form of Bitcoin notes or fiat??? Please share your views on this topic. I need clarifications.
If bitcoins will print in banknotes then they lose their meaning.
Bitcoin and remains a digital currency, despite the fact that operations with it can be carried out using an ATM.
In the ATM there is an opportunity to replenish your bitcoin wallet. You simply pay by fiat (or make a transfer in fiat currency) at the current rate (offered by an ATM) and you are credited with bitcoins in your wallet. If you don't have a bitcoin wallet, then an some of ATM will offer you to generate it.
Some ATM models may require you to upload any personal data, scans of documents or photos, and even fingerprints. All this depends on the laws that are installed at the location of the  ATM.
So as you can see there is no need to issue paper bitcoins to you  Cheesy.
If you are interested in how using Bitcoin you can get a salary or pay for goods and services, then there are special services for this (can be found on the Internet).
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cannot Die. It is Impossible. Under Any Circumstances. on: January 22, 2019, 07:52:54 PM
I would put it differently.
At the beginning was just an idea. Over time, this idea was implemented and the product of this idea was called Bitcoin.
As an idea, a bitcoin will live for a very long time (in my opinion), but there is always a chance that a new idea will emerge that will better meet the needs of that time. And then, over time, the Bitcoin idea will go into oblivion.
The Bitcoin product itself, in my opinion, will have a shorter lifespan. Let's face it and recognize that humanity is evolving all the time. Over time, the needs of mankind are changing, the quality of requirements increases. That is why we always live in incessant progress. And it’s absolutely normal that in time the Bitcoin product and Bitcoin idea will no longer meet the requirements of humanity.
So all the same, I tend to think that Bitcoin will die sooner or later.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Open your eyes! on: January 22, 2019, 07:38:52 PM
Of course I understand that. The more valuable Bitcoin will be, the smaller number of ordinary people will have it. Large investors are already accumulating it. Therefore, I believe that you should not lose the opportunity to earn money on Bitcoin now and gradually accumulate it.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is less stable than some ALTs ! on: January 21, 2019, 04:52:15 PM
The truth is that altcoins are more unstable than bitcoins. Therefore, I think your conclusion is wrong. pooya87 have already indicated an error in your calculations, which only proves once again the incorrectness of your statement.
And the analysis itself should be done in a different way. In my opinion, you need to take a longer period of time, which will be evaluated. To draw conclusions only by one day is wrong.
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: January...The Next Few Weeks Will Be Crucial on: January 21, 2019, 04:40:04 PM
The problem is that the head of the White House sent the federal government to the "shutdown". During the "shutdown" continue to work only those civil servants whose position, according to US law, is considered "critical."
That is, the work of the ETF is also suspended. Accordingly, they will not be able to make any decision at this time. An exception will be only if the decision on this issue was made before the moment "shutdown" was installed. But I strongly doubt it.
So most likely this decision we will have to wait even longer than we all expected. In any case, even if the decision of the commission is negative, this is not a reason to worry much. It will take some time and the price of Bitcoin will recover and continue to grow.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holders will betray bitcoin one day on: January 20, 2019, 04:18:28 PM
I don't see anything terrible in that at some point the Bitcoin holders will sell them. Bitcoin is a technological breakthrough. At the moment, nothing new has been created that would overshadow this. But if in the future something real, more important and interesting than Bitcoin is created that will be of great importance for the world, then it will be absolutely normal for all of us to be interested in a novelty and in the course of time Bitcoin can turn just into history.

We take into account all time zones when calculating, don't worry

Thanks.
