I am trying to understand the origin of my stress. Writing it on the pice of paper or typing on the laptop can help you to discuss this problem with yourself. It is really important to reflex such things not to have them again.

Well, may be you have to start doing sport. Because I am always feel myself much better and more active when I am starting to do sports. I become tired less, and feel very healthy. But if you are (just as me) work really much, and you always feel tired for this reason, then you should reduce all your load to maximum, and relax as much as you can. Christmas is soon!

I think it is perfect to live when you can work and relax in equal proportions. Because I do not have a possibility to work and relax when I want, when I feel that it is necessary. I am obliged to work much and to relax quite small amount of time. And this is really sad, because I can not enjoy what I do simply because I am dying to sleep.

I real want to learn French bu the end of this year, or at list just start to learn it. Also, I really want to win one tai-boxing competition. It is really hard, but everything is possible.

Well, firstly you should get rid of the reason of your depression. I know that it is easy to say and very difficult to solve, but you really should think of the origin of problem.

Reading is very important to every person now, in the past and in the future. Reading broadens your horizon, it is a possibility to live threw life of so different characters.

Now I sleep about 7 or 8 hours and this is really not enough for me. I am very active, do so many things during the day that I need to have a longer time for the rest. And I feel it really good, because my body is very tired after a week.

Now I am dying to travel to Austria. I adore mountain skiing, for me there is nothing better than skiing. It is such an esthetically and healthy joy.

The only way is to eat at home. Or cook at home and take the food for the hole day, if you won't have a possibility to run home. Because, everything you eat even in not luxurious restaurants is anyway more expensive than eating at home

I think to become successful you should know exactly what you want, in which sphere you can become successful. Know what you want is very important in achieving any desire. Also, you should understand that success is not what can be obtained in one second, so be patient and don't give up.

I really like healthy but tasty food. Often I feel very bad after food full of fats. So, I prefer something with vegetables and without oil. But sometimes I am as an ordinary person like to eat chips.

Oh I would like to be a cat. Really they do nothing, and they don't look bored. They just enjoy their life.

Sleeping is very important to me. If I want to sleep fully, I have to sleep about 10 hours and not less. Otherwise, I will be very sleepy all the day. And I can't say that I am "owl". No, usually I go to sleep quite early.

I think that higher education will always worth if is a real education. I mean if you were really studying in university, no just doing there anything. Talking about the job... Well, you can find job also without a higher education , but I really wouldn't like to live and understand that I don't know so many things. Studying is very interesting, and if you have a possibility, you should use it.

I think it's our near future, and not because this technology is more powerful or faster, but we cannot use cars on oil anymore. Our planet is already harmed so much that we should start thinking about it right now.

This is a really good thing! Such a mixture of sport and psychology. You relax not only your body, but also minds. It would be cool if I could do meditation.

I want to start learning new language until 2019. I really want, but don't have that much time.
