21  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: February 15, 2014, 01:01:15 PM
On 6th of February, Bitmine AG increased it's share capital from CHF 500'000 to 1'000'000.

http://ti.powernet.ch/webservices/inet/HRG/HRG.asmx/getHRGHTML?chnr=5013017896&amt=501&toBeModified=0&validOnly=0&lang=1&sort=0

I don't know who the shareholders are, nor what the reasons for this increase is or where the money comes from.

In general, the main reasons for an increase of share capital are:

need of capital resources due to elimination of liquidity shortage / financial recovery / or extending business activity.

Of course there are other (posotiv) reasons for such an increase. But since Bitmine AG doesn't give a sh** about informing their customers, I assume that speculations are appropriate.

Thats the mystery chinese investor. He is getting now the miners from the production until Mai. Its all contracted and signed. With that money bitmine is refund their customers, but there is to less money there.

Probably the same when you want to withdraw money from mtgox.com. useless.

Scary. I'm going to order an extract from the debt enforcement office to figure out if they even pay their bills. Costs about CHF 20 (USD 18). I think it's worth it regarding the amount of money we gave them. Soon it's time to involve law enforcement (criminal complaint against Bitmine AG / Giorgio Massarotto / Christian Anselmi / Reto Vogel etc.) I don't know if they are liable to prosecution, LE will figure it out.

Anyone among us who could work as a translator English / German --> Italian?

I am from Germany. Since Switzerland hast 4 official languages (German, French, Itallian, Retro Romanian) one of the mshould be enough. Aren't you from switzerland yourself?

And what the heck is this???

Look at the Bottom, Kurtisi Zefir, Member of Bitmine AG? Is this the Zefir Guy in the forum talking about the chips, promoting them, doing group buys?

OK NOW

everyone is pissed, that's what I wanted to achieve.

What we need to do now is to group up.

As I would suggest everyone who wants to participate in a lawsuit should pm me.
This is no place for this since there is too much other stuff being talked and hey, we can't see what they are doing so they shouldn't see what we are doing, right?

I am going to build a database where you can enter your  purchased Item Address, Name, Email, Cost, delivery date stated by Bitmine. This will be for calculating all the damage done due to BTC Mining loss/ Bitmines Profit for mining with your hardware. You will need to send me your bank receipt and invoice or Blockchain info and invoice to prevent false entries.

This will be the first step, information gathering.

Well thank you that it has been appreciated.

They say, whether it can be trusted or not, that it will be shipped  at the end of february.

I must say a few of you guys are completely retarded in my opinion.
U get pissed, decide to sue them, then they throw a bone to you about bla bla we will ship it this week and then everyone forgets everything.

That's the most retarded thing ever. They will continue to dance on your nose for another two to three weeks. I mean wtf???

It's pissing me off how they just keep their customers misinformed intentionally, lying.

The first miners should be on their way back in December... Don't you know that you are missing out on big mining? For those people it would have been over 30 BTC for that timeframe until now...

I'ts obvious what's going on here.
These Profits go to their pockets since I believe the miners production started way earlier and, they are mining with customer hardware.

Even if this is not the case they just stated a false Delivery Date they knew they couldn't handle anyways. In both ways it's fraud against the customer since all of us, if we had known that they wouldn't deliver until now, never would have made that investment.

It's written in the stars if we barely get even with these miners now.

And don't come to me saying that I should know the risks and everything.

We are in Europe, not in Russia or somewhere else, which is why I chose this company. And I don't care if a dump like BFL messes arround with their customers. Just that it still turned out profitable in the end because of BTC rising doesn't mean it's ok. I live near to Switzerland and that's not how businiess is done in this corner.

This is a firm in Switzerland, they promised delivery Dates which was the single and only thing that gave their product the value.

They are not giving us something for free, they get 4200€ for a fucking piece of hardware. They are earning their asses of alone due to the fact of that,
not taking BTC Mining with our hardware even in consideration.

So get your Ass up and stop acting like a beggar waiting for someone to throw some bread in your cup.

25  Economy / Computer hardware / Coincraft Desk Preorder, 1 TH or 1500 TH in Turbo Mode on: February 12, 2014, 12:38:51 PM
Hi,

I don't know if you even will take me serious since I only have one post and never have been active in this forum, nevertheless I try.

I may want to sell my Coincraft Desk preorder #34xx for BTC. It has already been paid in November 29th, was paid by Bankwire and in EUR 4175,12.

It is a Unit which has 5 Modules á 200 GHs in normal Mode. The whole Device is supposed to mine at 1 TH/s or 1.5 TH/s in Turbo Mode, burning 1875W. It also has an Eco Mode where it is supposed to mine with 400W at a nominal speed of 750GH/s giving you more GH/s for later to still be profitable.

Specs from their Website

Quote
Control unit based on Raspberry Pi board with ARM11 700MHz CPU, 512 MB RAM and 8GB flash storage.
Custom Linux operating system with Web based interface for easy configuration without any command line skills needed.
    Front display with 16×2 characters.
Proprietary PowerTune technology allows for both low power and high performance operation.
From 1 to 5 modules of 200 GH/s each (nominal).
    Hashing speed in power-save mode of 150 / 300 / 450 / 600 / 750 GH/s.
    Hashing speed in turbo mode up to 300 / 600 / 900 / 1200 / 1500 GH/s.
    Total maximum power usage in power-save mode of 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 W.
    Total maximum power usage in turbo mode: 375 / 750 / 1125 / 1500 / 1875 W.
Uses a standard ATX power supply (included).

Quite frankly the reason I want to sell it is that it was supposed to come one week ago since it was February Week 1 Batch#2 delivery. The Device still has not come yet and my plan was to mine for a few weeks, and then sell it because electricity in Germany is quite expensive (I am paying about 0,3€ per KWH because all the environmental stuff going on with renewable energy and everything). Additionally I have to pay 19% German VAT when the device arrives as I found out.

Also I don't know when they will exactly ship as they are not saying anything specific and I am honest with you guys here.

Nevertheless Bitmine is giving 10% additional Hashing Power for every 10 Days they are late. More Hashing Power means more expensive electricity consumption for me which will cut my profit even more, even that it kind of compensates the difficulty raise a bit.

I have Screenshots of Order Email,Bankwire Transfer, Invoice and Webinterface of Bitmine Account, censored of course.

note: first intention was to pick it up locally, since i live 80km of the Swiss Border, later found out that in this case Swiss VAT also needs to be paid, therefor  changed from pickup to Intl. shipping

Selling Process would be like this: You send me BTC and I change the Account Details ( Email, Password, Shipping Address, Billing Address) or you send it to an Escrow and the Escrow changes Account Details, then sends me the BTC. I won't pay Escrow fees.

Let me know if you are interested.

In my opinion it's time to have an organized lawsuit.

I paid over 4000€ for this and if a company is not able to deliver on time there needs to be full transparancy but  there aint. A company, especially a swiss one, needs to inform me  that and why my product isn't finished and ready for delivery yet. Instead I had to read tons of spam in a shabby thread to see why my device is not in my hands yet. Despite the fact that the information given is not proven by anyone in any way. (unofficial)

They could just mine BTC with the devices somewhere in itally, where the modules are "produced" and give all this excuses.  In the end I don't care what they do or what they don't.  The only thing I know is that I paid over 4000€ and still have nothing but some iphone pictures  and some vague  excuses. And each Day that passes I lose another 200€.

Sit and wait attitude is not OK.
In my opinion it's time to have an organized lawsuit.

First of all we need someone who lives in Switzerland and also ordered a device and is comitted in doing this. I think people are willing to spend some BTC for this.
Maybe it could even end up profitably for the guy organizing the lawsuit because there are many people.

I hope to hear from you people of the forum in a constructive way in this matter.
