23  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Would you like to publish your programming work? on: February 22, 2020, 01:56:01 AM
I am looking for programmers and coders who would like to publish works, portfolio, abilities, share opinions and insights to general programming and coding audiences.

I offer you to publish your article for free on https://programmingmax.com/

However, if you want an article to be written for you, we also offer high-quality article writing services.

Who needs an article?

Honestly, if you've got a solid github account showing off your chops, that speaks volumes more than somebody who's good at writing articles.
Nobody cares if you are an orator, if you've proven yourself in real life. Wink

What sort of traffic does your site get, anyhow?
I guess it could be a bit different if you get huge traffic everyday, but judging by your site, I'm guessing this is some sort of a business startup for you. Correct?
i agree that github is good for that.

Hi here is my site that you asked me for: http://adjade.com I took off shortlinks yesterday. i still use popups but not from bad ones. I use free bootstrap templates that i customize for my index and other pages. My BTC faucet is at this link: http://adjade.com/BTC/ and i use (Script Name hidden. Dont use anymore. Dont recommend) for my faucet. i made a script that is called ltc games and its on that site too. no shortlinks are there but members have to complete offers like ptc ads. there is no registration on my site (only have to enter crypto address). my second faucet still has short links so i dont know if ill keep them.

@pubdigindex actually they banned me because I told them I found several bugs in 15 minutes and I did provided them some advices. I was looking for a good FaucetHub alternative to integrate into my products, the result was easy, they banned my account, the reason was simple, the admin didn't liked the fact that I told him I found those bugs and to give him advices. Just because is paying, doesn't mean it is worth using it. If admin doesn't like anything (maybe you have beard and he don't like beards), he can ban you easy as that. This website is operated by some very arrogant and unprofessional person.
Im always nice in their chat and admin finds ways to harass me and when i dont laugh he says it was a joke. i left and went to faucetpay to use my faucet.

33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending minimum in Electrum LTC on: September 05, 2019, 07:28:56 PM
Hi, I have another question. In electrum btc I sometimes get a message about fee rounding when i send coins. I would increase the fee when i see that message because i get scared that my transaction will be lost. Is it necessary to increase my fee? It claims it's for privacy but i wonder if that message only shows up when sending amount is too low? i cant find much info in google. thanks

Oh, you mean "Output value rounding".
It's actually there to just round up the amount to nearest hundred satoshi.
You can send it as it is without rounding & it will still go through but it's better to round up the amount.
The code for it is here: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/3.1.1/lib/coinchooser.py#L160

Yes im referring to that. Thank you very much Grin.

thanks for the help guys!
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Block.io api wallet on: September 01, 2019, 12:25:43 AM
You don't need ssl to connect via it, block.io will have it (if not its a reason not to use it). Juat be sure all links to them start with https and not http.

They should have documentation for working with php and if not it should be somewhere on a place like github (but anyone can upload anything so be careful and make sure you understand the code before running it).

thanks ill look for other wallet sites that uses ssl. i didnt know that ssl was useful like that. i heard that there are many negative reviews about block.io which is sad since they do use ssl. ill be doing manual payouts instead and look for php codes on web programming sites that verifies crypto addresses.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Block.io api wallet on: August 31, 2019, 11:15:12 PM
Here is a block.io related general feedback thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5111856.0

Thank you so much for this link!. I just read some stuff over there and I decided to only use it to verify addresses and then i'll just pay members myself with my cold wallets like electrum.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Sending minimum in Electrum LTC on: August 31, 2019, 06:55:30 PM
Hi, what is the minimum we're allowed to send please? and the max amount of addresses that can be used in mass payout?. For example can i send to 1000 people at the same time and give them all 0.00002 ltc? Do you know if network fees can stay below $0.05 usd with mass payouts?. I havent make a deposit as yet so it won't let me check. thanks
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Block.io api wallet on: August 31, 2019, 05:52:49 PM
Remember to use ssl connections to the api server so people can't scan for your api keys and don't store too much of your users funds on hot wallets. Generally something small enough to replace should be put in wallets like this (such as 10% of your users' funds/earnings - just in case someone manages to gain access to the keys).
Thanks for your tip!. Sadly, I dont have ssl. I was going to set up instant withdraw on my site but it's too risky. Private ips dont work on shared hosting at my host called zotohost even though they sell it as part of the packages. it only works on their dedicated servers. i'll have to find a new host that accepts gpt and faucet sites.

block.io mentioned using nonce=value parameter (where value is an alpha-numeric string between 1 and 64 characters long) with our withdrawal requests to prevent multiple requests. do you know where i can find a php code example on the web?. i dont know where we are suppose to put the code and what the code looks like. thanks
