I agree that he is clearly making a scene with bad information. I do however, recommend you remove the shady rule if you plan on doing this again. Waiting 10 minutes for the deposit amounts doesn't do anyone any good.

Definitely a shady operator, asked multiple times for a SS of the order before the transactions were confirmed yet you ignored us and answered other's questions at the same time.
