We do have private investors that have some stake of SURE between 0.01-0.2% of all the circulation supply. 95% of the all tokens are locked by the system for future insurance plans and insurance claims payouts. The rest of the tokens are held by the exchanges.
This becomes more confusing than before. From what i can understand the insurance claims payouts will be made using the allocated tokens 95% of total supply created and held by the system. This means you created a token, sell it to those willing to use it, and once you have to pay an insurance you use the token as a reserve. With the actual token price and the 0,2% bought by private investors, do you have enough budget to finance the development of the platform? All your marketing programs are to promote the token, despite you claim not to run a fundrise ICO/IEO. We will be running a 20% Bonus campaign while it is still reasonable and doesn't harm the community's investments as a whole.
Did you consider how the bonus program may infect the token value? And why not you show in your website a graphic of how the token supply is supposed to work? I am not that convinced by your model until i read more opinions from other experienced users . Hi this is not the model of the project itself, these are just the means to incentivize early adopters and expand our community in a healthy way. The bounty and bonuses have the limited offer - these were extra measures that we accepted during the bearish market. We also have resources in BTC and ETH to keep the value on the same level even after bounties and bonuses that will be shared with early adopters. The main purpose of inSure token is to be a way to track the insurances and be the means to conduct the insurance claim payments from our risk pool. This entire insurance thing is a crock, and doesnt seem to be in line with how legit insurance companies work. Insurance businesses do pool funds from individuals whereby their client's payout is insured in the event of a disaster / deleterious influence of natural orgin to which clients may be exposed. Now, these guys have no reserve fund and will most likely default on payments when / if it ever it comes to that. With insurance agreement in place, ppl normally have 100% guarantee of being paid. It all boils down to credibility which these guys hasnt got. Insurance scams proliferate across the globe, especially in underdeveloped countries.
This is what i thought at first, but i preffered to seek more arguments, due to that this announcement thread is two years aged and didn't find accusations or bad review about the platform supposed to be running actually. It is a voluntary effort of insuring the whole community from unexpected losses. The Bonus Program has been created to give incentives to newcomers and early adopters of the project (it is the same as if you are joining a Start-Up early you will be getting a bigger part of the project/company than if you decide to join the project later). We have Bounty and Marketing funds that are used for Bonuses campaign too (since it is a part of Marketing campaign as a whole). If your portfolio was affected by scam, drastic devaluation or stolen funds (exchange closure) we will be happy to reimburse your losses based on the plan chosen by you. Whats more retarded is that nobody could prove their wallet was plundered. Thus cant be entitled for a compensation. Even if someones shit got stolen they wont get anything from u because u are financially incapacitated. Also, inSure project doesn't insure funds that are stolen from the private wallets (your assumption is correct, it is impossible to prove if the customer simply didn't transfer the funds to another wallet). inSure System will only approve claims for the stolen funds if the funds were stolen by the centralized exchange (example Quadriga that happened almost 2 years ago). We also have team members that currently work in insurance companies, and you understanding that the insurance companies guarantee 100% of the claim to be paid. It all depends on the insurance plan and the legitimacy of the claim. We understand that all the projects have to be tested by time. Hi! Thank you for you question. We have started operation a little over a month ago and most of the clients have joined at the end of February, currently we don’t have any insurance claims pending on our side. It is also would have been very suspicious if the client files the claim after couple of days of acquiring the insurance plan. (It also could have been a genuine claim but the probability of it as you understand is small). In the nutshell: inSure system works as a collaboration of traders (insurance sellers) and inSure System customers (both of the roles can be used by the same person). We believe that through the collaboration of all traders we can all benefit as a whole. It is simple logic - If each and every community member cares about others then the whole community cares about him. |
