21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blox Staking - Ethereum 2.0 Fully Non-Custodial Staking on: April 17, 2021, 10:47:11 AM
I’ve been using this platform for some time, but I still don’t understand how CDT2 is burnt. Could anyone please explain?

There’re two stages of burning. First, they buy tokens for $1, then they use them for annual payment. It’s needed to reduce the number of CDT2 to make it possible to use it as a reward for block producers in the future.

Will they keep burning them? Even when these tokens will be used as a reward.

The website says that they will be used to pay network fee, that’s why they are burnt and their value will grow in the future.

I have some CDT2 at the moment, how can I benefit from it in the future?

There should be courses like that, search for them. I’m currently taking the following courses - https://www.education-ecosystem.com/arnoud/Ry5WE-machine-learning-wolfram-language.
There’re a lot of popular topics to study, it makes sense to pay attention to this platform.

Is it paid or are there any free courses? The price isn’t important for me, I’m focused on the quality, but anyway.

What should one start studying blockchain with? Are there any sources? If so, I’d like to learn more about them. I’m especially interested in creation of a cryptocurrency wallet.

If you need a free option, you can use YouTube. There’re a lot of courses that can be very helpful. You’ll have to choose very carefully because many channels offer low-quality content. It’s possible to find some info, but I recommend you to choose specialized platforms, exactly, www.education-ecosystem.com.

Thank you for your recommendation. Are there any good courses teaching what I’m interested in?

The platform allows to control all validators, also, it’s fully local. It also improves operational stability of a validator and minimizes the risks.

Is there any info on how one can influence operation of a validator?

I’m new here, I have a couple of questions about the system. Will I have control over it or will the company manage it, too?

It’s the user to have control over the system. The platform is needed to gather all validators in one place and manage them, it’s also responsible for technical aspects, for example, it helps to organize operation of a validator.

Thanks, but I have one more question. Why is it needed to confirm every action with the help of a validator?

The company isn’t responsible for your activities, that’s why confirmation is needed. Only the user can confirm actions. For example, you will have to confirm validator’s request in your personal account.

How is that level of safety reached?

I agree with all of you. But when it comes to the use of blockchain in online schools, cryptocurrency can help to organize a reward system. Content creators can make money – it’s very relevant during the pandemic because many people had to switch to working from home. This is the main positive aspect, in addition to safety, of course.

How will cryptocurrency motivate students to use, for example, LEDU, not some other service

I heard about a lot of platforms like www.education-ecosystem.com , do they have future? It seems to me that online schools don’t really need blockchain.

Blockchain is a new technology that can be used in many ways. Online schools aren’t an exception. Decentralized systems ensure better safety. The cost of education grows constantly, that’s why it’s important to ensure safety for accounts. Scammers often steal them, it’s a problem for students.

You can ensure safety by using a more complex password. It’s not that hard to remember it and you shouldn’t tell anyone about it. You can use your phone number, too, if so, it’ll be hard to access your account.

I can’t understand the CDT token burning system. How does it work?

There’re two stages. First, the tokens worth of 1 USD at a current exchange rate are bought and then they are burnt as annual payment. The idea is to reduce the supply of CDT to begin to use CDT 2 later. It’ll be used as a reward for block producers.

Will CDT 2 be burnt, too?

What can you get the tokens for?

The program provides you with tokens for promoting the project. You can use Twitter, Reddit, Bitcointalk, Slack, Discord, a website or a video hosting.  There’re specific terms and conditions for every platform, you can check them on the website. I use my Reddit account because it meets the conditions (an account is older than 1 month, is used to post more than 10 messages and has 100 karma points).

If I also want to use Bitcointalk, what will the profit depend on?

It depends on the level of your account and its rating, the higher they are, the more you get. There’re also bonuses for mentioning the program.

I use Twitter now and recommend it to everyone. All in all, requirements for social networks aren’t that strict. For Twitter, it’s enough to have 200 subscribers and post 2 tweets about LEDU program weekly. I think it’s easy. There’re more requirements for a website and low percentage rate, as well as for other options.

As for requirements for a website, there will be few problems for the ones in English. If you have a specialized website (about cryptocurrency and blockchain), you can easily become a participant of the program. When it comes to Twitter, you should always be in touch and talk, sometimes you can’t do that.

For me, it’s not hard to use a smartphone and leave comments with hashtags, so this option is good for me.
