We are certainly not trying to "trick" anyone. These are pretty standard terms and the 30x is a lot better than most others out there (that have a requirment)

Until 2 weeks ago, we did have a 50 free spins promotion just for registering (with 15x resgistering). It just required confirming your email and phone. We got 3000 people sign up on the first day...only 3 of them made a deposit.....the rest played the spins and left! It cost us a small fortune.
While we do LOVE to give away money, we do like to make some first to be able to do that

Alas this is not something we can control. The list of prohibited countries (for spins) comes from the plaform provider and licence providers,
It is usually because the countries in question have requested that there are no specific incentives for players from their countries.

Of course not all casinos choose to adhere to the rules.
Which country are you in?

Regards the minimum withdrawals...currently i believe it is $25 but sometimes the fees can take a good chunk of that. We and the platform provider are always looking for new payments providers who can make the process easier, faster and smoother!

The value you see while playing is usually determined by the people who build the games, eg Evolution, Pragmatic etc. so am not sure we can help there

Hiya - we have been helping Veronika at Casino.guru with this query over the past week.

The casino software provider we use has 50+ casino operators.
The player in question has created multiple accounts across those platforms (over the years) and confirmed he has a gambling addiction problem.
He requested self-exclusion from all those sites. When he created his CryptoCasino account, he did not enter all his personal details initially as players do not need to do so.
But when he tried to withdraw the winnings he had to do so and the software provider identified him as the problem gambler and closed the account etc. which is part of their responsible gaming agreement with the licence providers.
