Considering how much exchanges usually charge for withdrawals, I'm curious why Bitstamp uses such a low fee (0.00015933BTC for 5565 bytes)!We have had an extended chat with Bitstamp including a person from a complains department. It was 100% stonewalling. Thank you for your patience, we will check, etc.
https://www.bitstamp.net/fee-schedule/#bitcoinWithdrawal 0.0005 BTC. There were 14 inputs which seems to mean each input is a transaction from a wallet. That makes
fee received 0.007BTC or 49,70 usd approx.
Bitstamp have paid 1usd plus. And it was sent to localbitcoins - no way to spend 0 confirms txt unless localbitcoin support agrees which would of taken ages.
I think I will contact fellow bistamp customers and we may collect money for a press article to let people know. Will it prompt Bitstamp to change?
