I lost my password and recovery phrase. I do however have my wallet.dat and private key saved and was able to regenerate my wallet with the wallet.dat file and my coin was still there after resyncing. The thing is I cannot transfer any coin or execute any commands in the console without my passphrase. Is there a way to finish recovering the wallet with the private key I have saved or am I just out of luck?
As mentioned previously, wallet.dat you won't need. Just pick a trusted BTC wallet and import it. Ravencoin private key won't work in a BTC wallet, OP needs to check out wallets that are available for ravencoin either windows or mobile, sorry I've not even decide whether to mine ravencoin or not...do some research yourself. |

Have some God damn patience  BTC smart contract is in work but in a very slow progress that's why taproot was integrated some weeks ago, smart contract on BTC network is coming but I doubt it will receive the best audience since we have others available already. |

3. Stake your coins to grow your portfolio, a wallet with 1000 coins will remain the same after years if you don't stake.
4. If the coin you hold reach a new ATH it's wise to take profit and wait for correction to buy back, this will increase the number of coins your have.

Is paper wallet still up and running for crypto coins today? Why aren't new altcoins using paper wallet? The last one I saw was electroneum in 2017 since then no other coin use paper wallet anymore, no matter how hard I think about it paper wallet feels safer what about you?
