I just looked at your site and would have the following feedback: After setting my browser language to "German", your page immediately jumped to the German translation. I honestly don't know where you got the translation from and if your site is based on a proprietary solution but the translation is very buggy (wrong words, the upper and lower case is wrong, ...) and looks like Google-Translate. This gives a very unpleasant impression to potential players and in the worst case can lead to them seeing your site as a scam attempt. Doesn't really explain much aside treating players like royalty and some not very necessary things

Site has different look on mobile and PC and something missing on mobile version like FAQ, terms & conditions etc. But request desktop version working fine everything. However, I am feeling there is lack of live support/chat, or am I missing something? Do you have plan to add live support to resolve users problems quickly?
