21  Other / Off-topic / Re: Coronavirus Prediction Thread on: September 09, 2020, 06:40:19 AM
Done voting. Not necessarily end, but this will significantly subside within the second quarter of this year. I've already read a few great developments in terms of coming up with an effective drug against it. Although still at the testing stage, for sure it will not take another quarter for these promising drugs to finally hit the market. The virus will continue to exist, of course, and will probably continue to mutate but it will certainly be less pathogenic in the coming months, God willing.
It's September now. Unfortunately, in lots of countries, it hasn't subsided. I'm betting eradication would be in 2022.
22  Other / Off-topic / Re: What if you bought bitcoin in the early days? on: September 09, 2020, 06:38:48 AM
I'm probably super rich by now. Probably living in Miami or LA.
23  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will religion save you? on: September 09, 2020, 06:37:00 AM
I'm an atheist, so I don't think religion could "save" you since there's nothing to save you from in the first place, y'know?
24  Other / Off-topic / Re: What’s your favorite Nike sneaker? on: September 09, 2020, 06:35:26 AM
Air force for sure. Although i don't really use Nike so maybe I haven't found a better one yet?
25  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anime on: September 09, 2020, 06:33:47 AM
I used to LOVE Dragon Ball, but aside from that, I don't I've watched any other anime. Maybe Naruto for a short while?
26  Other / Off-topic / Re: Robots to massage my head, neck and limbs? on: September 09, 2020, 06:32:14 AM
I mean, massage chairs are technically "robots", so you could maybe by that (it feels amazing btw)
27  Other / Off-topic / Re: What should one do in bad situation on: September 09, 2020, 06:30:41 AM
This is super vague. Maybe you wanna be more spesific on what the bad situation is?
I would say the most important is to not run away from it, but instead, solve the issue. Running away from problem creates new problems.
28  Other / Off-topic / Re: Thank you Bitcoin community. on: September 09, 2020, 06:29:09 AM
I'm so overwhelmed by how positive everyone is in this community... wow, positive vibes everywhere
29  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's the longest shift you've ever worked? on: September 09, 2020, 06:27:37 AM
This wasn't work, but I covered an internship shift at my college for 27 hours straight. It was a nightmare, to say the very least.
30  Other / Off-topic / Re: They attack "birds" struggling to get out of their cages on: September 09, 2020, 06:27:21 AM
We build our own cages. I hope that I have managed to escape from mine.
I'm not super sure if i understand this analogy... How do we build our own cages?
31  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Abortion should be banned. on: September 09, 2020, 06:25:50 AM
It shouldn't be banned. There are many reasons as to why people go through abortion. It's better to abort then to neglect a child, some people aren't ready to become parents.
32  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does a modern woman marry for love or for securities(money and the likes)? on: September 09, 2020, 06:24:19 AM
It really depends. You should probably know tho, since I'd assume you guys have been dating for a while before you decide to get married. Marriage should be built on love, that's the foundation. But, we do live in reality, so financial security comes a long as well
33  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much does an iPhone cost in your country? on: September 09, 2020, 06:22:47 AM
About $1,250 USD... I'm not sure if that's above or below the original selling price in the US
34  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you Find Cats annoying? (Almost killed mine) on: September 09, 2020, 06:20:50 AM
I personally prefer dogs. Dogs are more playful, whereas cats are super chill and posh. But, I'm a couch potato, so having a cat would be more fitting since I wouldn't have to take them on walks ahaha
35  Other / Off-topic / Re: 5,400,000 people bitten by snakes every year on: September 09, 2020, 06:19:21 AM
This is very sad, but what can the govt and people do to reduce snake bites and Aldo yo reduce the casualties?
I guess the only way to reduce snake bites is to just not live near the forest.... But that's not quite possible since a lot of people do live in the forest
36  Other / Off-topic / Re: What I do while the world is in lockdown... on: September 09, 2020, 06:17:46 AM
I study different topics. My favorite is conspiracy theories. I can say that many conspiracy theories are not theories at all.
Falling down the conspiracy theories rabbit hole is super fun, honestly.
37  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ergonomic Chairs on: September 09, 2020, 06:16:16 AM
Oh wow... I never thought chairs could be that expensive Sad I was planning on buying a new pc chair since my current one is super stiff and makes my back hurt but I guess i'm just gonna have to kiss that new chair goodbye.
38  Other / Off-topic / Re: How can I get traffic to my website? on: September 09, 2020, 06:14:45 AM
Learn about SEO, make good content, promote.
39  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, you can see the comet! on: September 09, 2020, 06:12:59 AM
Still, you will have to have a very good telescope to detect that alien shuttle-craft coming out of the comet, and landing on the earth.

Cool
I'm imagining a disheveled person looking through their telescope and seeing an actual UFO haha, I don't think anyone would believe him
40  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of promoted users and their shared stories on their ways to rank up on: September 09, 2020, 06:09:48 AM
18 months ago, you could make money taking part in bounty campaigns.
Having a better rank could give you more money.
Today, the profit from bounties is near zero, so ranking up has no meaning.

I guess you could still make some change money doing bounty tasks, it's not worth it tho...
