In the previous games, the performance of West Ham hasn't been a good one actually, dey got dealt with by Chelsea with a loss of 5-0 it didn't end there. They also conceded 5 goal from Crystal Palace, and to sum it up their form hasn't been in good shape for a while now. Even their last 2 won matches, they were unable to keep clean sheet, which is an evidence that their defence is weak. However I don't think they can stand up to defeat or make a draw with Manchester city. Arsenal can start preparing for next season rather than placing their hope on West Ham. Though this is football and even the impossible can happen  Today I will watch the Manchester City-West Ham match to watch the championship. Manchester City will not lose any points from here and will most likely become champions. It would be better for Arsenal to start preparing for next year, but I understand that they are upset because they have lost the championship for 2 seasons. They have hopes until the last minutes, but these hopes are nothing more than a desperate wait. |

I agree with what @Frankolala said that Real Madrid will be the UCL champions this season. Yes this is the opinion of most people. Borrusia Dortmund will definitely be a headache to Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League final this season but we should also check the necessary spots which will become one of the top winning. Now this is a final and we will have to say that both teams have equal chances. Although Real Madrid seems to have an advantage on paper, Borussia Dortmund can win after 90 minutes. You're right; Barcelona just needs to identify those positions that made them not to perform well in La Liga this season and look for a good replacement in the summer to help them go back to their winning ways. Barcelona will always be stuck in the same place without being helped with the money. I remind you that the golden era of barcelona has already achieved when the club was giving privilage to the coach in buying the players he wanted. This time is very different compared to that time. Barcelona is not even able in providing good amounts of money for his coach. How can club compete with real madrid? Barcelona may be facing another decline soon. Şimdi benim nasıl başladığıma gelirsek, tartıda artık 3 haneleri görünce - ki boyum 1.90a yakın aslında çok göstermememe rağmen rahatsız oldum- dedim ki artık bir yere kadar.Daha sonra araştırmaya koyuldum.
Öncelikle hayatımdan ekmek ve şekeri çıkardım.Tatlı namına ne varsa rafa attım.Glisemik indekse göre Pirinç yerine Bulgur tercih ettim.Ekmek sıfır ve sabah kahvaltısı haşlanmış yumurta, tuzsuz peynir ve tuzsuz zeytin, domates ile salatalıktan oluştu.Ilk başlarda zorluk yaşasam da şimdi gayet iyi doyuyorum.Elbette her şeyin sınırı var.Yumurta 1 adet, salatalık 1 adet, domates 1 adet küçük, peynir 1 yemek kaşığı lor, zeytin 4-6 tane arası.
Daha sonra ara öğün olarak tokluk verici 1 havuç veya 1 kase yoğurt, öğlen yemeği 1-2 gibi 3-5 yemek kaşığı bulgur, 100 gram tavuk göğsü didiklenmesi.
Akşam öğünü yine 5 kaşık bulgur ve haşlanmış sebze yemeği.Burada limit daha az.Ayrıca salata bolca tüketilebilir.Zeytinyağı ve sirke -elma sirkesi- salataya serbest.
Bu şekilde beslenip günde normal aktiviteleri arttırınca, birazcık da yürüyünce kalori açığı oluşturup doğal yoldan kilo vermiş oluyorsunuz.
Kilo verdikten sonra dizlerimdeki ağrıların azaldığını, daha rahat nefes aldığımı, horlamaların azaldığını ve daha iyi psikolojik durum olduğunu gözlemledim.
Herkese tavsiyem en başta iradeyi sağlayıp sporla olmadan da olsa yiyecek alışkanlıklarınızı değiştirmeniz.İnanın o kadar iyi hissedeceksiniz ki
