Challenge

Hi, greetings to all you great people and crypto enthusiast

I've been here a few days now, created my account on 1st of April (April fool's day, lol) as remarkable as this day, I hope to change the notion on my account as, the day I became wise and futuristic with bitcoin. Sadly, the forum isn't making it any easier. I guess that's how things are around here and I'm so much not loving the experience but then, I see it as a challenge that I must overcome. I've come to realise that there is only one way I can do that (becoming like you guys, the experts) and that is, doing things in the ways of the forum. This is my question of wonder for now. I've had some orientation but, I feel I still need more.

I've tried making a few posts before hand and a few got missing or deleted, I don't know. As much as it discouraged me, it also pointed out the fact that, the forum is highlymoderated and I ain't getting something right and I want to get it right.

The forum is far from nothing easy, especially with my level in the forum now where I'm still trying to adjust frm my regular way doing things and my previous knowledge of bitcoin. Trying to start a fresh and all I want now is for you guys to guide me on my way to becoming pro and in time, I'll be a guide and a motivator of the forum and for bitcoin. Let's go pro and make bitcoin global.

Thanks.
Welcome to Bitcointalk forum firstly, before you start to complain about the forum , I want to ask if you have read the rules guiding these forum first because for every section the are particular rule guiding it and ur posts might have been deleted because you broke some or all the rules in that section of the forum.so I would advice you to read the rules and as some higher member would say watch and read more before posting , again welcome

But binance kyc in terms of registration dey off me .
31  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria Local Board {Official language, Pidgin} on: April 08, 2021, 08:19:32 AM
It all depend on what you mean by the best because all the p2p exchange have there own unique features but in terms of best market price I believe Binance is the best and in terms of secure trading platform Remitano have that. Those are the p2p exchange I like the most but localcoinswap is not included in your list.
I have added localcoinswap, I checked about it, and I see it to be decentralized, have you used the exchange before? Or you know some Nigerians that are using the exchange? Decentralized exchanges are just the best for p2p trading with privacy not compromised.
Decentralized exchange as in how , abeg I been dey offline for long so I no to understand wetin been dey sup , una don start una exchange or the matter still dey in progress ,if una show online make una highlight the matter

What happened there was
Tom was scammed of his Bitcoin, not by the exchange or his wallet but by the ignorance of not further researching more into Bitcoin and understanding it to a certain height, he had no information about wallet or crypto ,he was in for the profit.
2 what did he do wrong and how should he have acted?
Tom was wrong in all aspects , buying what he doesn't know much about, downloading a wallet without no knowledge and transferring his Bitcoin without private key which he never knew about ,Tom would have research further into Bitcoin or cyrpto , which I believe with more research would have introduced him to kinds of wallets, uses of private keys, etc.

36  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone asked me he got $500 to invest in btc, is it the right time to enter? on: February 26, 2021, 10:49:54 PM
For the price of BTC now , I think it's the best time to invest in too it , judging from your statement it seems your friend is new into crypto , I hope you have given him a good run down of the crypto world , especially the investing aspect ...
37  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you heard of p2p trading?. on: February 24, 2021, 09:25:29 AM
most of us use basic wallet like LUNO,
Luno is a centralized exchange that offers custodial wallet services. You basically have an account where you deposit money and the company has full control over it and can some day decide to shut down your account and never give back your money.
When you want to talk about P2P trading then you should also use actual cryptocurrency wallets that you control the keys not some custodial "account".
That my point we need to understand the full implications of what we do, picking luno as a wallet is a very bad idea , their service don't support p2p trading  it's just a buy and sell exchange which provides only few crypto currency
38  Other / Beginners & Help / Have you heard of p2p trading?. on: February 24, 2021, 08:07:12 AM
A friend told me he quits crypto because his government banned financial institutions from assisting the funding of crypto site, he wanted to sell off all his asset with immediate effect then he contacted me about it , it was at that point I knew that most of us rush into crypto without knowing the basics or most of us use basic wallet like LUNO,
I must ask do we know of p2p trading ?

Most high rank member do it here but I had do bring it because of newbie and people that don't know about it.
P2p trading meaning person to person trading , it's a kind of trading where two people with different assets wants to exchange , it might be  crypto -fiat , crypto - crypto or fiat - crypto, and during this trading they will be an escrow who will over see the success of this transactions , most top exchange have this feature and the act as the escrow to ensure a successful transaction , so you quiting crypto because of a government ban is a very funny option because crypto can't be banned.
That was just a brief explanation of p2p trading for those that didn't know about it , you could go read up or research on it for more understanding.

Where is the Gamebets social media account link? as well as your team information.
I saw a red trust in your account, because of the fraud accusation, how do you solve that problem?
Honestly speaking if posting an ANN thread got me a red trust I am speechless at the moment , I am a marketing and advertising part of the site and I was told to post an ANN to infrom people about the casino site which I did and it got me a red flag . It's really unfair that means we could just go up and be giving each other red flags ryt? Without proper investigation .it's not right !!
