However the things I do in self-isolation are watching TV, cooking, eating the things i cooked, training 100 pushups, 100 crunches etc.. and every day doing more than the last day.. playing games, trying to improve my Excel skills, read books.. and when I looked up my 14 days was over.

Recently I started a new job and probably from a month I'm skipping the breakfast because I want to sleep more. There is no change in my health for now, I don't see any problems with it. On lunch I'm eating a little bit more and that's all.

If Tesla wasn't killed because and his researches wasn't stolen because I think this is the true behind the story, probably the electricity would be free now and teleportation available. And Elon Musk will have more knowledge and recurses for his experiments and products.

I still remember how one of my friends told me: Let's buy BTC after some years we will get our money back ! And i told him: I'll not pay for something that i can't see or touch. The Btc was something like 100/200usd and i didn't want to trow my money for it... THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE !

Try massages and yoga. My father in his younger ages was practicing yoga and he said to me that this was the best method to make the pain go. Start easy and little and get better. I was having kidney stones and try yoga breathing which massage your internal organs and i think it helped a little.
