Comme on, it's a 60 Darkcoin bounty and some other guy propose to put Darkcoin in the pot too.
Yes, I've three rigs with 290s and each suffers from the same problem. I checked for any option related to sleep mode, dpms, but both are disabled by default in BAMT 1.6 . Others have the same problem with the windows 7 build of that miners... This bug is incredible. Near all the 290 miners are stuck with poor hashrate because of that. For bug-finders: I have 2 others 290 on windows that did not suffer the bug (except from very rare occasion) but they are watercooled. Is it possible that the Darkcoin algo make some part of the card too hot, or too something, and that some part of the card are disabled? Again: in scrypt/keccak/Scrypt-jane there is no problem. Successfully build and tested successfully on:
Quarkcoin (Fully compatible imho),
Animecoin (Fully compatible imho),
Fuguecoin (Fully compatible imho),
Darkcoin (Some problems in calculation BlockDiff and Target as well as sharediff and target imho),
Scrypt is not working at the moment.
I'll still have to check those other coins.

BTW I tried your last version DJstone, with Fugecoin on dwarfpool : no shares. Did you integrate dwarfpools' version for Fugue algo or only the initial one from shp (which do not work on stratum)?

I can't install MinGw on my PC- getting errors  there is groestelcoin.cl in kernel folder. So dunno what u are meaning Downloaded sph-sgminer-DJstone.rar. Extracted: no groestlcoin.cl in kernel catalogue. Running sgminer with -k groestlcoin parameter gives an error in setting -k parameter. What does this mean? It's not compiled from the latest source... I could compile it myself, but can't get MinGw installed maybe i did pack the wrong files. I think I fixed the problem with stratum pools not working for Quark, QubitCoin and Animecoin. Try the latest sources and let me know if there are any problems. Tested on the following pools: ani.cpu-pool.net, mine1.coinmine.pl, mine-pool.net.
Works like a charm. |

If Anybody still is having problems with Quarkcoin but will stilll be able to use Fugue and Anime and Inkcoin with the same build. Try to build from this Repo: https://github.com/DJstone/sph-sgminer.gitIt is merged with the actual sph commit and still has my change to the DM_SELECT macro. I saw some guys started to test it - any results?
Hi! Just registered especially for this theme because of its significance. So, only one of many kernels are working, the quarkcoin one. But it's working well! On my test 7950 it shows 1.500 M avg hashrate with 5.000 M WU. On the site side I see increasing value of my hashrate aiming to WU. After 25 min its amount reached 3.5 M. All diffs are acceptable with no rejects and HW errors. Amount of diffs are 0.5 and 1.0. Good work, Feeleep! But this coin is not profitable even with this results for me. does miner hashrate equals what pool was saying? Hmm.. So to understand correctly: The miner which gets rejected on for example suprnova works well on coinmine now and reports the correct hashrate ? no more fake shares ? and it is fixed by a tweak at stratum on coinmine only  i can confirm that exactly yes - i did not download a new compile, i used the same miner, i used it on a windows machine (only one i have) and its the first download from the topic: works on Feeleeps SRC pool which is the Quark algo as i left it exactly and only changed the pool address . did not work on any other Quark (or clone) pool, and gave back {share target error} ~ < the error Thanks guys for testing. There is still something not correct between cpuminer-gpuminer-stratum so my solution if following: - GPU miners: diff1 = 0x000000ffff000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 - CPU miners: diff1 = 0x00000000ffff0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 but GPU miner share is 256 time less valuable than CPU share - dont ask me why but it works. If there is anyone who have an idea let me know please. I will set up GPU stratum port for all my quark-based coins (Quarks, Securecoin, Particle, Frozen) later today feeleep I'd set up a pull request to sph-sgminer on git, which fixes the "share above target" error on quarkcoin kernel and which calculates the Network diff correct.
