Dear All, I m new to Bitcointalk forum as a member but I was referring it since more than a year for many topics   . Finally I thought It is a good time to connect with here as a member  . I want to know how do we earn merits  ? What should I do? What are the limitations of Bitcointalk forum ? Highly appreciate your replies here.  You are highly welcome to the Forum. We all live in a place and an environment which we deem fit for us,
We care for it in our capacity and with the little way we can in making it better.
These couple with others has made some people classified the society in their
own way or normal societal way, so how should the society be referred, that will
make it more better for the entity living in it?
Should it be referred to as "MY SOCIETY" in personal terms or
"OUR SOCIETY" for the benefit of all?

The first post I made on this forum was a post of my introduction and also my set aside goals I want to achieve on the forum. I got from the reply enough advise, Knowledge and guidance Like Frequent asked questions https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0And rules guiding the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0 that has been very useful to me so far and I know if I continue to abide by them I will keep on going in the right track. With that said, Prior to my first post I never had any interest or any excitement of merits, in fact I had basic knowledge of it but as I found out I got more than 10merits on that particular post. I found out about merits from posts I see from Newbie's like me searching and crying for merits, saying merits are not shared properly, or wanting to know about merits so soon without even participating in the forum or reading the forums rules and regulations. Citing myself as an example with my first post on the forum, I have come to realise that searching for knowledge should come first before any other thing in the forum. CONCLUSIONAll these being said, I wish to advise my fellow newbie's to seek for knowledge first before talking about merits. Merits should come when you make a good post, so focus on making quality and educating posts than looking for merits. Personal perception is what drives you to this I guess, but am sure also that others do not have the same mindset that you had, so to you "KNOWLEDGE" is the greatest, while to others the merit and other incentives are the vital aspects why they are here. |

To anyone that is into bitcointalk for a long time, what can you advice for new accounts that will be releasing "New Crypto Projects"
First of all, you are welcome. You must have a target in mind the reason or reasons why you become a member of the forum, as that will guide you on the path to follow, either you decide to come into the forum for better insight of what the crypto world is all about and bitcoin itself, or you want to rank-up and be engage in more profitable and reliable source of income or call it passive income while you offer your opinion on topic raised or the one you created. Is there a way to increase one's account rank by talking to a moderator and providing the legitimacy of your project?
plagiarized work (copy & Paste), and irrelevant post to topic or replies will not earn you the merit sorted for, or rank up needed, rather *Genuity and quality contents or post, replies, will go a long way for you. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Be yourself, read a given topic of interest to your understanding before offering or sending replies, as good reply might be of immense help to someone in the forum, not minding your rank, be it newbie or Lagendary. |

Even simple things I start to learn here people are wrong about them.
Clearly I see that schoold education is not enough People finished schools are saying so many wrong things they don't know even simple fundamentals.
Me myself I Don't have much of the school education but when im speaking with someone who got quite good educational base from the school.... it makes me think.....
No wonder why so many people can get themselfes in hopless situations.
First things what I discovered here people talk about inflation and money!!
Its all so wrong the fundamentals the very base of knowledge that's shame!!
Now its time to ask who was your teacher?
Im glad I didnt finish the school!!
Where we all get it wrong is believing that our teachers are the overall and as that, whatever they said stands, The same misconception is seen in our Religious sphere of life if I must diversify to that aspect, where most people believe that what the religious leader, pastor, Imam said is true. But its bad when we ourself fail to impact our own lives by trying to go above what our teachers said. the basic fundamentals which we ough to know could best be outlined and well understood and used properly when we do a background check on oursels of what we have before looking forward to what the teacher is to offer us. So in my opinion, the check shouldn't be to the teachers alone but to us which is the most important one. |

What have you noticed lately about the price fluctuation of our dear bitcoin?
Something tells me it is a good time to buy, preferably *stock it* depending
on the trading style you choose, as there has been an impromptu decline in
the rate and monetary value.
Though I'm optimistic that a reversal, upward trend awaits the bitcoin price
and I see it going to a 52-55k upward trend when this happens.
Let's see what it has to offer us in its next movement.

Everyone’s wish is to have a good and dream future which is more brighter than any other thing else, but by so doing, some loose the ones they have gotten already while others tends to gain more and add to their fortunes, thereby making them more famous and relevant. The Bible said “Hold thou fast which thou has” so there is no justification for you to loose the things you have gotten but this don’t always stand as some people are ready to gain even the one which you have accumulated for yourself. In my life, I feel better to gain than loss because;
1.Winning and gaining is what am in this life for
2. Gaining will make me more relevant in all endeavors than to loose
3. For me to get engaged in many things, then my mindset is determined already
on gains
4. I say yes to the pains because no pain then no gain, therefore I should have
more.

You will agree with me that patience is what drives someone to achieve good things in their endeavors.
This patience is seen from when one is introduced to an organization and forum that has rules & Regulations,
Do (s) & Don't, generally referred to as Instructions.
To excel as a newbie, then you have to:
1. Get yourself familiar with what the platform is all about by reading about it first in your own language,
or being enlightened by the person that introduce you (if you were).
2. Read all the rules that govern such a forum so as not to fall victim to some which attract punishments.
3. Acknowledge a problem that you feel is persistent and seen occurring daily and be able to prefer solution
to it in your own way.
4. Understand a given problem stated by someone so as to know the best contribution you can add to them.
5. Always bear at the back of your mind that, there is a reward for good works, and such come when there are
positive contributions and not on hasty basis.
6. The best you can do is to choose someone to follow, whose step and footprint in the forum is what you wish to
attain, then you see what he/she does so that you attain that.
7. When their is understanding and good knowledge, then one can prosper in the bitcoin and crypto world, so
you will see that patience will make you attain more desired heights. |

The truth is that information is power, and it is necessary and vital, the information I had and misinterpreted made me lose some bitcoin I accumulated for quite some time, by selling it at relatively low prices and there was great regret from me when there was a spike in the price of bitcoin and the increased value of bitcoin. SO information heard, and utilized is of immense importance. |

“Are knowledge or keys necessary”
A key is a unique or special “element, factor or substance” which can provide solution to a specific problem or situation. It might not be able to provide this desired solution to other similar problems or situations but to a specific one.
People in all their life endeavors seek to have a specific key which can grant them access to most things they wish to get in life. Some have found one for a specific problem and are okay with it, others have gotten one but keeps pushing for more “keys” to be able to get access to many other things. Others seeks to take the single one you have gotten from you, as biblically, its stated that even what you have can be taken from you to another if its not guided with all you have. And that comes when you know the value of what you have.
A key which most people even we on this platform are looking for are;
1. Good or grounded knowledge about Bitcoin
2. Some of us are looking for keys for effective investment and profit
actualization
3. Others are looking for keys to be highly innovative in the way they have
chosen
4. While some has gotten the keys to problems stated in (1-3) above and are
willing to issue it out to you, but how can you get it and add up to the one
you have?
Patience, Eagerness, persistence, Sacrifice, and Consistency which are all the required virtue is what will help you get a key that will unlock your desire in life and will be of immense benefit to you and your unborn generations to come also.
