How can we be sure this is legitimate? Could just be a fake fundraiser...I'm too lazy to check the block explorers at the moment, heck those addresses could even be compromised. I have contacted the dev and asked about my LTC balances - no response. I provided detailed screenshots and tried via Twitter and Email. Nothing. Does anyone know what happened to these balances and what are the chances to get it back? I thought only Bitcoin was affected by the hack. I've also tried asking about this here on BTCTalk several times, in this thread and Espers thread, but nobody even bothered to react to my questions.  Except the Espers dev asking why I had become interested in ESP again. Stay tuned, he'll get back to you when he catch up on all the questions. Yes, BTC was where the trouble started, then those bitcoins were used in other markets and spreading the contamination. At the same time, normal trades occured, withdrawals, deposits, and so forth, shuffling the fake btc around. After some days of investigation, and all users withdrawals, the damage became much more clear, and as it stands now 3.82 BTC, 270 LTC and 303951671 ESP is what is missing. Best regards, Bejjan |

It was never and will never ever be their intention to scam anyone. Look how well they are dealing with this situation.
The hack was indeed real and also very unfortunate, yet they are doing everything they can to restore and recover.
The delays in withdrawals is also easily explained, some of them requires manual review. You all want it to be correct, yea ?
