Please review Viperbass post above

Well, here is what you want...

Real name: Kiur Köster
Phone number: +372 5598 1119
Skype name: error.420
IRC name (for what its worth) on Freenet: Inception

I dont have his address, but he Lives in Jarvamë-area in Tallinn city, country Estonia.
He also often uses the nickname/username "thekiur". I dont have any e-mail address of him, most of our communication has been through skype or phone.

His picture is here , most like hes much older now.

Are you Kenneth B?  Thanks for your limited and and vastly dilatory information.  If so, you'd better come clean with ANY posts, emails, info, a timeline of your participation, a history of your interest in coinmarket.io, because you STILL DON'T HAVE A PLAUSIBLE AND EXCULPATORY STORY, MY FRIEND.  Until then, you're still a suspect in this.  If this were ever taken to a court of law, unless you were proven to be under legitimate, direct threat, your holding back of this information would be sufficient to indict you as an accomplice in this crime.  Personally, cynic that I am, I fully still believe you are involved and, at the VERY least, received remuneration for your delaying tactics which continue to allow this scam to go on.  If you're completely innocent, I apologize.  Then you're just a simple coward.  Fair enough.

Don't be a retard, that is just part of the information posted by Viperbass, read his post!

Okay, gotcha, sorry to have written it as a reply to you.  My apologies on that. In fact I'm doubly retarded in thinking that Ken B. has the stones to actually post directly into the thread, as little effort as that takes, given his history.

The post, however stands alone as a statement to Kenneth B. and how I see the state of affairs currently.  He's still on the suspect list and it'd take some doing for me not to believe that he's been paid out of this scam either for immediate participation or for facilitation, at least by withholding information outright or delay.

Look can we all agree that this is already a scam?  Is there anybody but Ken's (or whoever's) sock puppet accounts that actually aren't watching this in growing disbelief?  Newbies keep coming in here looking for their coins because NOTHING on the live site mentions any irregularities, and because of the nature of alt-coin community trust, THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY and NO WARNING SITE AT ALL.  The upside to regulation is anonymity  and privacy.  The downside is NO ACCOUNTABILITY unless there is community accountability of some kind.  C3ALL is trying to work with Kenneth through PM's but I think that that is just a escape time delay for Kenneth B.  The police pressure needs to be maintained.  I was late in and early out with all of my crap coins, didn't have time to exchange for BTC before this scam became so obvious WEEKS WEEKS WEEKS ago.  Those three "weeks" were intentional, not a typo.

I posted "Warning! Coinmarket.io scam ongoing" as a new post on bitcointalk and cryptocoin talk, jus to stop the flow of incoming newbies.  I have no immediate financial incentive to worry as I'm out clean.  However, these continuing ongoing scams, if left unpunished, will continue and weaken the entire alt-coin environment, harming all people who've become involved in good faith.  People out a lot of money need to get together and get angry.  I still await C3ALL's report, but won't be disappointed, as I expect zilch, anyway.  Not because C3ALL's at fault, I just think he's chasing an elusive, mendacious coward.

We are testing the new code and are going to process stuck withdrawals tonight. We will post a list of processed withdrawals when it happens.
Before that, all stuck deposits will be credited. We are very sorry that this has taken too much time.

PS: we are trying to get IP address information from CloudFlare, regarding the users who exploited us.

You guys really can't come up with something more entertaining than this?  If you can't think up something a little more convincing, you've stolen so much that you can afford a professional PR person at this point.  I think you owe it to the community.  These posts are insulting, really.
why new account dont say he get his btcs , whats wrong  Huh Huh Huh

What's wrong is that this is an ongoing scam and nobody's getting BTC back.

I posted this to bitcointalk and cryptocointalk.

Currently coinmarket.io is still taking new registrations and deposits but not allowing ANY withdrawals of BTC and is throttling shitcoin withdrawals allowing just enough to dribble through to maintain some plausibility for the most desperate and/or gullible.  There is almost no communication going on in the forum other than sock-puppet posts from brand new posters saying that they've gotten their coins.   There has been NO verifiable data given to prove that this site is other than a scam and it CONTINUES ON.   This situation has been on-going for weeks and there is no information as to all of these problems on the site itself, in order to induce more deposits before the scammers vacate.  The site itself is pretending to be a fully functioning live site with no issues whatsoever.  Thus, newbies end up on the forum asking for their coins and then have to read back through WEEKS of complaints and find out that they are screwed. This is a mini-Mt.Gox and is just another black eye for the alt-coin community.  Nobody wants regulation, but there has to be some community process/central communication point so that people are aware in REAL-TIME.

New account? Check!
Defending the exchange? Check!
Claim to have received BTC? Check!

HI KENNETH! Aren't you supposed to be on vacation with your family?

I'm surprised by the amount of "people" who felt the need to make an account with BTCtalk to defend Kenneth or make claims of receiving their BTC in the past few weeks, but I guess that's normal. Right?

I just wish he'd have a little more fun with these fake sock-puppet accounts, you know?  Really come out and throw down or something, not just this soft, semi-polite "all's well, leave him alone".  Maybe it's the Norwegian in him.  He's gotta channel some mafia/psycho anger and get really mega-angry on all of us cynical people who don't trust somebody who's provided no information and no tangible evidence that he's not the boring coward that appears to be.

Guys what the hell ?

Had about 3BC worth of altcoins on that exchange. I bought for a friend a few weeks ago and tried to withdraw at the moment. Now finding this thread.

I'm from slavic origin as well and this guy is making me feeling ashamed.

If you read this be sure I'll pray for your death. Believe it you'll catch colorectal cancer you scum.

Hey, LawBC,

Don't get into any Slavic self-guilt over this yet!  There are so MANY lies and stories going on, there's no telling where the real villain is yet!  The number one suspect is actually Norwegian, so far.

I'm happy to be the contact with Kenneth bjorke if anyone else wants me to be?

I have already contacted police in Oslo and if it turns out that Kenneth is telling us the truth, I can email the contact there advising that we no longer wish to pursue Kenneth.

I appreciate that for some it is unlikely that a person would continue to keep the details of the real operator of the site secret when they fear for the safety if their family etc.  But what else have we got to go on?

We get a tweet every few days, promises from coinmarket.io that coins will be returned etc, and we never get any closer to getting our money back, so we may as well try this contact with Kenneth.  We can't exactly lose any more than we already have by trying.

I am happy to be the contact with Kenneth if others would like me to be?

If you are happy for me to be the contact and keep people updated on this thread, please send a message to Kenneth with the title "C3ALL is the contact".  I guess Kenneth will have a lot of messages and this will make it easier to spot in the list of messages he will have been sent.

If enough people are happy to do that, I'll contact Kenneth and see if we can't get a bit closer to resolving these issues.

Regards,
Chris.

While I feel that Kenneth B's post and offer to communicate (delayed due to something so strenuous that he won't be able to even email for 3 days) is pretty much a continuation of the smokescreen,  I think the offer HAS to be taken up and C3ALL is willing (and I think capable) to do the job.

Alright guys, put down the pitchforks everything seems to be in order told ya so! Smiley

Lets wait for everyone to get whats theres, then we need to compensate the host which everyone threatened. Coinmarket.io if you could get in contact with the host, and have him post a BTC address or something we can send our appologize to. People need to understand that behind these computer screens are REAL people with familys and other issues and commitments such as JOBS.

You're easily pacified. "told you so"? I don't see that everything's "in order".  You may be correct that this is still not a scam, whether from the beginning or due to unfortunate circumstances.  However, have you seen manifested ANY proof of real "people" or "families"? Right now we have verbal ether, unproven assertions.  Either it is a scam or it was an unfortunate set of circumstances that befell a person or persons with the most horrible PR skills I've experienced in my life (I'm 47).  The level of opacity and skulking on the part of whoever is/was running the exchange is the cause of all of the anger, which, to be honest, is of a lot lower level than I believe is warranted.
The only people who would be hard to defend are those advocating non-judicial, private vengeance.  People who have been calling for investigation are well within their rights and I believe are the only ones who have given cm.io reason to communicate at all.
