The holders of all the other ''anon'' coins are just flipping out now, beceause now they know that after Cloakcoins PoSA, their coin would be quit worthless beceause it's not fully anon. Thats the reason why they are talking so negative about Cloak.
Dark holders are slowly selling their darks now.
And i'm not thinking this beceause i'm a Cloak holder, its just the actual situation.
I"d say you are thinking that because you are in the darkthread talking shit & causing trouble. But whatever. I'm holding all my dark. So are most. But I hope you make yourself a quick buck at the expense of other crypto believers. --now, with that out of the way, let's take a look at this promising & interesting coin--- There are a couple of little fucktards in here that think it's their business to troll other coins. Our community condemns this. Good to hear. The potential in crypto changing the world is too important for us to resort to hurling insults at each other. It's nice to see cloak has a peaceful & productive thread. It's a full on war zone in the darkthread... P2P decentralized marketplace  Fantastic feature. Great Job everyone ! It needn't be crypto vs crypto as I now hold Dark & Cloak. Happy to join this community, exciting things coming from Cloak Not to mention that trolls with an agenda generally paint a target of weakness on their current investment choice. Historically speaking. Not going to bash on you dutch, or any of the others causing trouble (you know who you are) but I do hope we can all see our way towards thinking "bigger picture". |

I've taken a pretty heavy investment in Cloak. Why? It's simple:
1. Dev team. They are productive and appear to be highly skilled.
2. Technology. While the white papers aren't perfect they show great promise.
3. Branding. They appear to have a pretty talented branding team.
4. Fair start. Speaks for itself.
5. Minimal market manipulation so far. The market is acting rationally right now. Watch out for pumps/dumps. Wait for the real buyers to move in before taking profits. XC is a good example of a coin that took off far too fast before any proof of the valuation it was given. This will make it harder for XC later if it's technology is useful.
6. Forward goals. Dev team has expressed interest in goals beyond that's already publicly known.
It's possible for all this to turn to shit and the coin tanking. Any buying at these levels require some faith and risk. There are only a couple other coins right now that are showing this promise. Let's sit back now and watch the development team execute. As they deliver the market will reward us. If they fail to deliver the market will punish early investors.. it's that simple. It's also pretty obvious Bitcoin is hitting a second wind. If it spikes to $1000 that will encourage people to look for other places to put money into cryptocurrenies.
I think this should be if it "resides" at or near 1000, there is some strength moving in atm, I don't see this as being improbable. |

Personally I think the distribution is interesting and unique enough to be worth further investigation (as per this coin's goals), It looks like with a few implementations this thing is going to take off, it already has the targeted mindset invested, a core foundation, and enough people speaking negatively that there might just be something going on here.

My wallet now shows Balance and 'Staked' portions. Bit worried as I do not know how this exactly works and it 'seems' to lock up part of my available coins which is fine if there is a mechanism to 'unstake' or the like? Staked portion seems roughly 33% of total coins I have. Is the stake locked ? Can it be configured ? Can total balance eg balance & staked be transacted out of the wallet? Anybody know? I did read the 'stake' portion of the whitepaper as per below. No mention of how stakes work as far as I can tell. Stake based mining works great btw. Love the coin. Just a little paranoid...(;-)
As per the whitepaper:
Stake Mining and Anonymization
As part of the stake mining process, the elected node will process the special transaction package from
its memory pool. The anonymization system is a two-pass process flow. If the elected node is
processing Phase 1, it will solve the block and the output will be assigned to an internal address at the
node. The node will earn a fee for this service, and then redeem the input by recursing back to the
election process, to elect a node for Phase 2. The node then constructs an anonymizing transaction
package and broadcasts it to the elected Phase 2 node.
Again in the Phase 2 pass the originator and recipient are not recorded, instead the transaction occurs
between the Phase 1 and Phase 2 nodes.
go in to settings and click on options and configure the reserve, pretty straightforward from there in the gui, but you really don't need to worry. |

+1000 yeah, there are enough people out there who haven't even heard of this coin yet, or honestly i wouldn't be surprised if we've been kinda thrown in with all the PnD scam coins that have gotten big in the last week. i bet some people don't even know that we have working anon, and Tor+ wallettrade by wednesday, then *the big one, fingers crossed* the first decentralised anon system up and running in less than 10 days. basically there's a 10 day countdown to this exploding in price, and it might start before that, with a little boost from the mid week features being added. i bet by July 1st it's going to be pandemonium, this is either going to get huge or crash and burn, lol either way it'll be spectacular. panic buying, panic selling, it's gonna be one hell of a ride. if you've done your homework, then strap in I'm loving the rough start on this coin. First Iconicexpert repelled the crap out of people just by name alone, then Poloniex refusing to add because they are insider traders and didn't understand the coin, and now the anon PnD coinscams are stealing the attention. To be fair tho I have been trolling Godcoin a little so Im equally guilty They are asking for it tho. God is not Coin - Jesus said so himself. Not that Im religious. Anyone who believes in GOD should be poor and give everything into church. Money is the root of all Evil etc. Assuming of course that by using the word 'God' they are talking about Christianity. But I'll save these comments for the GodCoin thread. it's "the love of money" not money itself... just sayin' Fair enough. I never really put God and Money together. Its like Chalk and Cheese. Someone commented that 'religious services everywhere will take godcoin as payment' - Oh how I LOL'ed!!! I can imagine church collection - passing around a Godcoin wallet address on a bit of paper! Not bad considering it was 0.3k a few days ago... 0.3k was a joke start price, this coin should have been launched at 3k directly, we are still in the low league price buzzfeed is still pretty dead too, not a lot of talking about min except in a few trollboxes atm I feel like we are currently in a holding pattern, until the dev comes out with some roadmap I'm happy to wait for that (but not too long, eh??). Anon feature or wallet betting, either will keep me VERY interested in this coin - both, well I would be in hog heaven Do we have a presence in any gamer/competition forums yet? would be better than trollboxes and would be something proactive to do, let some more people in on it before it goes skyward. |

noooo. mission next is features and volume where it is... mintpal will not be good right now it will help to split the volume. we're looking currently at this price at 800btc to buy all the minerals. as much as we can accomplish that with the current exchanges.. more exchanges splitting the volume can only push it higher. we will build the features. minerals is coming!! mintpal, swisscex, agx.io and vault of satoshi our next targets. the dev knows what he;s got to do. if he needs anything from the community all hes got to do is say. That works when a coin has support of current development. spreading volume without spreading bodies to buy is not going to accomplish much unless there is payout to the buzz megaphones, which I don't think is a good idea. This is all just my opinion, but I think keeping a goal of getting to mintpal after a certain phase (and after future development roadmaps are present) would be very good for this coin. |
