im waiting since 6 days for my BTC after opening a ticket it is processed for 5 days without answer.....
never had problems before with tickets but now it is annoying an poloniex lost me as customer.

BTW. Developer answered on some questions about premine here on the forum. Is there meaning to write about this again? Yes but you cant expect newcommers to read every page maybe put it in the op either? other topic: the guys of cryptopia werent amused about not beeing informed regarding the fork. and they wrote something like removing IEC from their exchange....markets of IEC arent there at the moment and the pool also...just withdrawed my coins yesterday to be safe. do you know more? 1|This will be done as soon as the bulk of the work is completed. 2|We know about this issue. I still can't believe how heavily undervalued this coin is right now especially with people receiving their orders and the block halving coming again shortly!! This coin is a steal at 4k a coin!!!
I think we are reaching a critical mass. After that will be Big Bara Boom! this coin with 100M at rate for mining with good price 100M will be in ~46 years. Now available on the market 654'246 coins. You can forget about the fact that there 60M premine. It can not be spent. I know many details about it. BTW! Less than 3,000 blocks to the level of 1.6 per coin  please enlighten us!!! why the premine cant be spend? what are the details? this would be nice to know, also for outsiders! because everyone i talk with about IEC is turned off because of the premine.
