21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BitConnect recover? on: February 08, 2018, 01:51:17 PM
I think it cannot recover anymore because the trust they gave to the public has already been gone. Getting back trust of a person is hard and i think people are almost like that so there's no chance of recovery in my opinion.

Yeah they will not recover their losses on that scam coin and their would no people will buy that one again since the chaos they bring is so serious which can turn off the people badly. And I must say that the people who seeking to recover some of their capitals on that coin must seek an another option to trade on since Bitconnect is no good anymore it will die anytime.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Most Undervalued Coin of 2017! on: August 29, 2017, 03:14:15 PM
CV2 is very undervalued, there is a swap in 2 weeks, a pivx dev is working on this coin and masternodes will be coming out soon with a reduced supply.

Agreed cv2 has alot of room to grow, even if the growth is the beginning of COLX.

I'm also looking for that coin for quite while and I can say that the price for now is so undervalued for its possible potential and might this time is best to buy and stake for longterm and maybe we can earn more money if cv2 will go to the moon.

26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Lykke - a global marketplace on: September 30, 2016, 10:24:04 PM

I just saw this in ETHtrader reddit,  did a bunch of reading on the Lykke platform, and just downloaded the Android wallet.

Have not installed it currently, was wondering if ETH funding is already integrated into it.

Thanks!

It's already possible to buy LKK with ETH. I'm on IOS but I believe it's the same:

1. My Lykke
2. Buy Lykke

...and Ethereum can be chosen as currency to buy LKK.

Thanks for the quick reply Tempus, I will get everything set up and report back,
I love how fast the crypto world moves these days.

so whats the mining like on eth...
suppose I have 15 gpu's  280x's and 7970's

can I expect to do well mining this?

Just a little perspective, fire up your rigs as soon as possible you might get a few months of mining in tops.  Difficulty was under 7th's at the start of Feb. and is currently just over 20th's  https://ethstats.net/

cheers
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Vitalik flee the country after the Eth scheme implodes? on: March 13, 2016, 12:48:26 PM
When Mark Karpeles performed a magic trick and made $500 million dollars in investor money disappear, people showed up at his doorstep looking for him.  Eth has now been pumped to this same amount of money in an artificial bubble by some type of VC or bank fund manager involvement.  All evidence points to the fact that Eth can't function as a commercially viable product without partitioning, yet they have not solved the required problems, which are likely unsolvable, to make Eth function in such a partitioned system.

We now have the current reality of:

1)  lack of fundamentals
2)  artificially pumped bubble
3)  anyone who holds alts during the coming BTC halving rise will be slaughtered anyway

This is a perfect storm to wipe out millions of dollars and it looks like Vitalik is on the verge of pulling the same magic trick as Karpeles in making $500 million dollars vaporize from sight.  Due to the fact that most Eth speculators I've seen on the Bologniex casino have literally no idea how any cryptocurrency functions at all, the eth insiders might believe they're safe and don't have to run and can just string people along for eternity and say, "yea yea, we're working on it, we'll fix Eth someday."

Quoted for a discussion when halving happens, this one will be fun to revisit.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth pump is just part of the ongoing coordinated attack on bitcoin.... on: March 13, 2016, 12:24:43 PM
My logic would tell me that you missed out on Ether and are raging...... haha enjoy the rage quite big lad......... Grin
Foolish ad hominem. You have no arguments to defend your position. I don't know why I expected anything valuable from people who invest in shitcoins.

I dont think so. Eth pump is a sign that open crypto world is growing.
You mean Bitcoin holders buying another Altcoin == crypto world is growing? This doesn't add up. The traded volume ETH/Fiat is low.

Bitcoins problems are pseudo developers and nervous community
ETH problems (for example) are centralized planning, lower security (POS), inflation If you've come along to Bitcoin for the right reasons, you would not consider getting involved in ETH. People need to calm down, ETH can have its own place next to Bitcoin, but that's it.

Lets revisit these points at the end of the year, quoted for posterity.

This reminds me of paycoin XPY scam at this time, all ETH offers is a bus ride for the whales to manipulate the price & rip BTC out of the idiots......I have sold my ETH & have no wishes to return to buying them ever again.....no matter how cheap they may be.

Crypto is just a game for the rich to rip off the poor...anyone involved in ETH should be ashamed of this project its not going to work...as for a valuation of $10 like some have quoted its got no chance at all

My be the DEVS should call Josh Garza may be he could think up some good news to pump the price he was rather good at giving out Bull Shit to pump & then dump his coins

I love coming back to posts like these a few years out...for posterity!

You folks are still buying mining gear?  You did not sell out 500-900 range?  Time to rethink that strategy!
34  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [∞ YH] solo.ckpool.org 0.5% fee anonymous solo bitcoin and free testnet mining! on: November 21, 2014, 07:19:30 PM
Congrats!!!  Now for some real fun let's see a sub 500gh/s solve one.

You wish be done.  One of my s1's found a block within 4 1/2 days of Nov. 17th.  An 81 billion block, this is the second block I have found on these s1's, running 8, within a 12 month window.
Granted they were found in a big pool mining diff data, none the less it is possible.  I am now running all my machines here until they blow up!

Will post if it happens again.

the alleged hacker is a high school kid.

The problem with black hat people is they are usually misguided script kiddies who lack discipline.

Lastly, they are usually loudmouths who boast about committing crimes

Great work ninja!

Glad to see you have come to your senses!  All these coins have and will end up in the same place, no matter how much the super  'dev' team adds new, newer, newest, features.
Bitcoin is the king due to the blockchain and support for this chain by a massive community.

Welcome back.
