I don't believe in Ripple because it was a centralized cryptocurrency, plain and simple. You need to be really good crypto and have something unique in feature to make holders interest and tolerant your centralized.
You might not like ripples because of the system of the platform. but ripple still has a large market and a community that I think is quite large. I used to like a ripple, but now that the price has been destroyed, I no longer see any significant development of this asset. I'm the same, used to have a lot of Ripple too because even with a centralized feature, it has a good history of going upset in the market. That id the main point I willing to tolerant its downside but after a lot bad news about founder sold his Ripple bag, fail to meet up the hype, I don't hold it anymore. A lot of investors have left this coin and if you choose to invest it will certainly only take your time. I have lost interest in the coin a few years ago, and since the bear market has returned, the coin has only dropped, making most investors here lose money. Out of five exchanges mentioned by OP, I have been familiar with only binance and coinbase.
I have used coinbase as a wallet services and never had any exchange there. I hold active account with binance as I do see lots of my preferred altcoins are being traded there with high liquidation.
Huobi, OKEx are some known exchanges but they are not providing me any reasons to check with them. (I am having the habit of opening account with an exchange when a trading pair, I am looking to trade is available there with decent volume).
BitMEX is the derivative exchange. Once I planned to start futures trading with at least 10x leverage then as per this community opinion, I have dropped that idea. Still, I am gathering information and strategies to sustain in futures trading, if I find anything support me to be profitable in futures trading, then I will go for bitmex to trade with.
Most of the exchanges you list are ones that have a good reputation and certainly when you deposit here you can feel more comfortable to use. Personally, I just prefer to use Huobi because this exchange has been with me for a long time and can switch to Fiat easily and until now there haven't been any issues that have occurred to me. I also use Binance like everyone else but since this exchange was hacked, I have stopped using it because there is a risk here. |

HITBTC, stole my money, so Hitbtc, blacklist. They ask to go through KYC, but they do not give the withdrawal of money!
indeed this exchange is a scam, in 2018 I had tried to make an altcoin deposit and tried to sell it there but my altcoin did not enter their wallet at all, when I opened ticket the reason for my altcoin was not entered because wallet was under maintenance but until a few months did not enter too and when I tried to make tickets again the reason my altcoin didn't come in because they did this delist was totally absurd but I'm thankful altcoin only estimated $20 I have also had a big problem with HitBTC and this exchange is not safe when you choose to invest. I lost over 0.01 BTC here and when sending the ticket, they only answered this money was sent. I was surprised at that time because the address I entered was so accurate. After that, I never use HitBTC again because this exchange is not as prestigious as before so please consider when depositing here. |
