21  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Win Five Bitcoins with CoinTelegrah and Share The Bitcoin on: April 13, 2015, 09:12:55 AM
Not making any videos myself but curious to view the other people's ones.
When are you going to selct the winners? Is there a vote?
22  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cointelegraph's First Anniversary Auction - great chance to advertise on: February 25, 2015, 02:40:11 PM
Does CoinTelegraph really mean bet, or do they mean bid? I don't know if any reputable company would be interested in 'betting' for advertising slots.

Bid is a more proper term of course.

Anyway, 20 BTC is a fair price for such a great list of advertising services.

If only BitcoinLand was blessed with a master woodcarver. Imagine the possibilities.

BTW, is it just me or are there facial images above each knee as well as above the belt line on the belly?

There's definitely something wrong with those knees.

Otherwise the art is pretty cool.
24  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Win 2 BTC and $500 - Predict the Price of Bitcoin at Christmas! on: December 24, 2014, 03:31:54 PM
1BTC = $345

Sorry to say that, but you're kinda late with this.
25  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Win 2 BTC and $500 - Predict the Price of Bitcoin at Christmas! on: December 24, 2014, 10:51:56 AM
A guy on Reddit says he’s taking part and is going to post a hundred predictions in small increments. Would you do it for 2 BTC?

lol

How hard can it be to trace him unless he has 100 different BTC address..I don't think he can get away with it. They'll probably disqualify him. It's unfair to the guy who is playing by the rules. Imagine 100 people posting 100 predictions each.  Tongue

no more predictions are being accepted? that's BS   Angry

100 predictions - that does not seem fair
26  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Win 2 BTC and $500 - Predict the Price of Bitcoin at Christmas! on: December 04, 2014, 05:47:42 PM
I wonder how close the closest prediction will be to the actual rate.
It can be very close actually, I would say within $ 0.5

What do you think?

within $ 0.5 - not a single chance, at least $5.
I'll follow this thread to find out.
27  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Tell CoinTelegraph Your Banking Horror Stories by November 28 and win 3BTC! on: November 27, 2014, 12:19:53 PM
This one: https://transferwise.com/blog/2014-01/banking-scars-a-money-transfer-horror-story/

has not exactly told me something I didn’t know existed or happened it’s just shown once more
how obsolete and screwed up the modern banking system is in many ways.

Yet a few more reasons to stay away from classical banking and fiat money.

As if we could totally stay away from banks - it would take decades for crypto money to get a noticeable share of payments.
But what should happen will happen, slowly as it might.
28  Economy / Services / Re: look for the person, capable to cash money on: October 31, 2014, 11:40:29 AM
How exactly do you want this to work out?
Please explain. We could possibly do it.
29  Economy / Gambling / Re: FairProof - the simplest provably fair bitcoin lottery (1.9 house fee) on: October 15, 2014, 07:20:11 AM
The last time I played at fairproof.com (I played a total of 3 or 4 times) I also had a problem cashing out.

I wrote to the support and was able to withdraw my money.

The fact that you find my old message which obviously shows my path, you still have nothing to answer on my question. You are crazy about BCN. I also think that you are being paranoid.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (XMR) Speculation thread on: August 11, 2014, 02:00:40 PM
The Bytecoin community consists of
Why you guys are discussing BCN community in the Monero speculation thread? Does XMR economy depends on it? Or you just have nothing to do when XMR is cheap?
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (XMR) Speculation thread on: August 09, 2014, 03:19:42 PM
Hi folks, check out my idea for twitter petitioning Cryptsy on Monero (XMR)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731365.0
Funny that huge and profitable alternative currency like XMR need for twitter reposting to say "Hello World!"

It's just an idea, it certainly wouldn't hurt our cause and could prove the strength of our community to the site.
Are you sure about that? I mean XMR reputation should solve this type of problems, not you and me.

I'm happy to have found this thread. I'm holding some XMR and this is a great resource!
Soon you will become a rich man with a great wealth! You have made the right decision.
Your information is quite doubtful. How did you get that? Explain please.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (MRO) Speculation thread on: July 29, 2014, 02:24:19 PM
Thats one of the most incoherent replies Ive ever seen. I cant tell whether your shilling for bytecoin or actually answering my point, care to rephrase?
I'm sorry if I mislead you and I don't want to look like a Bytecoin bot but I want to say that if we are talking about stability we should judge impartially. That is why I suggest you to use other altcoins (especially BCN) for drawing a true picture of how we can exchange altcoins to BTC. That is what I was talking about.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero (MRO) Speculation thread on: July 29, 2014, 01:49:01 PM
Whats btc's stability got to do with alts? Alts are insanely volatile.
Yeah, every altcoin is insanely volatile and maybe (just maybe) Monero is the most volatile. So if you want to talk about stability and bitcoin exchange you should don't forget about others altcoin like Bytecoin which is volatile too but using the Bytecoin will give you a real picture of how you can transfer your altcoin into Bitcoin.

40  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-07-18] Trust Will Kill Bitcoin on: July 18, 2014, 06:54:56 PM
This article sounds all fancy, but it misses the context of 'Trust'. In crypto world, we dont need intangible trust as it built into the paradigm, effectively replacing an intangible trust into something calculable and tangible.
