Still no reply from Cloudbet or their Support.
I am a longtime online casinoplayer and I know (!) how online casino support should be. Quick and solid!
I don't care about your timezone, weekends, holidays or whatever, its a 24 hour business about MONEY! don't make your problem, my problem.
I give Cloudbet 48 hours from now (which is too long) to resolve my problem and credit my account with the deposit+winnings. If not, I will give full disclosure about my case within the gambling communities.
Lets see if your reputation is worth more than 0.3 BTC.
Thanks Cloudbet, this issue has been resolved correctly. Although I do understand that systems can have a glitch sometimes, you really need to understand that supporttickets should have high priorities. The BTC casino's are not as "regulated" as the long time known fiat casino's, so when an error occurs and we hear nothing from you guys for a few days, that gives a very uncomfortable feeling. Just a friendly advice, please track the reason of my problems and give more speedy attention to tickets. Will still play at you guys. |

I place a confirmed bet in your live casino....I did not dealt into the hand and the system registers it as a loss and took my bet!?

I deposit 200mBTC and play live blackjack with 50mBTC bet. I lose one and win one, but the system didn't payout! I bet the last 100mBTC and win.....no payout and have a zero balance! Now what?! hey blackshibe. I have had a similar problem before, and you should contact the chat/support available while you are playing in the live casino. I did and the only answer I got back all the time was "I cannot do anything for you, contact your operator!" Its the first time that a Support let me down like this and I played on many skins from known live providers before. I got all screenshots and noted the 3 hand ID's, hope Cloudbet will figure this out. |

i made a deposit over an hour ago and it says instant deposit. This is not my first and I contacted support with no reply.

Its in your interest as well to avoid this kind of problems in the future. That onsite support cannot help me, as he was an employee of the serviceprovider and can not alter account balances. He blamed me for using W7 as an OS and Google Chrome......come on. |

Just a rough guess, but I think the 24hr volume will be in the 250-500BTC range to start out with. Just give the bigger players some time to notice this coin.

Lol, i admit, i just panic bought to increase stock before the shit gets on. I was waiting on a btc transfer into POLO when the announcement came out. I must have refreshed 200 times while it was going up, waiting for my btc to show up. Bought in for more at the 5500 point. Should be a fun ride to .01 btc! Yeah same here, bought in at 56xx....doesn't matter if you buy it in the 4xxx - 6xxx range.....thats pocketchange soon. |

Price will go down when the miners start to dump soon Just need to sell at the right moment and buy back in at the bottom. Maybe @1500 Sat. Miners mostly instadump after pool payout to cover expenses and don't wait till the end. They know what they will get NOW and won't take the risk. |

This coin is going nowhere than up! I have to admit that I'm surprised that the price is going up during the 2nd PoW stage, but when this is hitting Mintpal I expect the price go to 30k sat at least!
