Why is all of us discussing things here. Doesn't anyone feel that Cloudbet has already vanished from here. Am just concerned that my 25086 USDT plus I don't know who all have been facing this issue. Cloudbet has gone guys so let's stop discussing whose fault whose not as its clearly evident they have stated to SCAM. 25000 USDT isn't a small amount and they have gone away with maybe not one but many more like these.
no one knows how many people they have working in such a verification department and and how many cases are verify, so it is difficult to accuse them of taking too long to solve this problem on purpose and with this time of pandemic it could be that the technicians were sick or very busy with someone of the family. Anyway maybe give 2 more weeks and if they don't solve it you could resort to creating a scam accusations and creating a flag Its strange many people try to give excuses to cloudbet. Cloudbet have been coming online everyday so possible that they read the messages but don't care to even reply here. Also the same automated messages when I email them. I guess they have started now to cheat people and take money from them and run away. I really hope everyone here sees this before its too late for some people other than me. If they were serious about the business they should have replied here or a proper reply on emails would have been better.

Maybe you're right but I guess that's a hell lot of time already taken.. Because I know my account/s there were never so many bets that it would take more than a day to investigate for sure. Already its been more than a month and I guess if it was a small amount it wouldn't have taken much time but 25000 USDT which is stuck with them I know how it feels as it's my money which I cannot even use for the last 33 days.

Problem isn't verification or withdrawal but 32 days for an investigation for the account/s that were not used for more than 20 days. What kind of investigation is that? Isn't it already too much? Being suspicious is one thing and ignoring someone and not giving your customer an answer and keeping his money is another.
Agreed. I already said that it is very long, however, my question was have Cloudbet asked you to upload your KYC documents or not? @bbc.reporter I was talking about stake.com
They never asked anyone a verification. Neither either denied someone a withdrawal.
Btw : last month a player with username bitcoinerz won 5million dollars in stake.com.
I would love to see any evidence that 2 unverified accounts in stake.com will cause you trouble . Like some post of some user denied withdrawal or being asked to send documents.
Are you telling everyone that Stake will allow users with unverified accounts to create new accounts and withdraw more than $10,000 from them anytime without questions asked? Okay so firstly the first account which was the only account I had till 14th February had a withdrawal of about 30000 usdt and I was still never asked a kyc for that one also. However, my problem is not the account or anything but it is that the investigation shouldnt take this long. I have only made a new account on 21st February and the account/s were locked on the 12th March so how does account which was made only for a few days has an investigation for more than a month?

At least consider the fact that I have lost so much and I gave you so much money. I have lost a lot playing with you. Please give me my withdrawal of 25086 USDT. Stop finding excuses please as there's no investigation which should go on for this long. People trust you as you always solve these kind of issues so kindly do that again I just need my money that's it.

Also, you would have lost your money using any account. It was the withdrawal that made Cloudbet notice your account.
Thank you for your understanding. Its not really about the investigation as is but it's a month now since the withdrawal request. Even there was a small withdrawal of 7700 usdt from my other account which was not noticed or I would have been alarmed and could have been more cautious. It only created a problem when it was 25086 USDT withdrawal and hence I came to know about a lot of things. I just don't know what's the main problem as it would have been an investigation which shouldn't have taken this long. And I have been replying immediately without any delays to any facts asked by Cloudbet without fail. I hope they complete the investigation and shall give me a solution soon. This is a common rule with banks and it might be a common rule with sportsbooks that any amount moved that exceeds over or aggregated daily over $10,000 should be marked or reported. It might appear to everyone that Cloudbet might be taking advantage of the situation, however, those terms of service were created to also protect themselves from money laundering, cheating and other criminal acts from cheaters. I symphatize with the user, however, I also understand the sportsbook’s actions.
Hello, I understand the same that's the reason I never put any allegations as such on them.. However I just find two concerns here with my issue and those are: 1. Investigation is going on since about a month now with no decisions as I have been very cooperative when cloudbet asked me anything like documents or details of any account. I have given all facts timely just to ensure that there is no delay in investigation from there side so it can be a fair situation from both sides. 2. When I was loosing all the money Cloudbet never got suspicious and I was never warned where I would have obviously stopped if I knew about the terms and my mistake is that there are some pages of terms and very difficult to read each and every point which I shall keep in mind now atleast. Also I have deposited around 42000 usdt and 3.54 Eth in the irregular account/s(two accounts) and also there's a withdrawal of around 7700 usdt and I wasn't even informed or alarmed then. I have been seen suspicious and alarmed only when I recovered some money and tried to withdraw this 25086 USDT. I still feel the decision will be fair but just that a lot of money is stuck and I feel any investigation should have been done by now.. Am still hopeful that it would be done soon. |

Even though you didn't cheat anything and have a valid reason why you created a new account still you voided their terms of service and you cannot say that you don't know their terms because it's your responsibility to read them before using it. At least you should be asked the support team about the account creation before depositing any money with the reason why you wanted the second account so now the chances of getting back any money from them are very low. Okay so what you mean is that was my responsibility but I didn't deny or hide ever as whenever they asked me about these things you can check about it in the album I just said it straight away. Unknowingly it was done that was probably my fault -snip- It wasn't a problem when I lost everything no-one obviously told me this thing as I was only loosing but when I recovered some and tried to withdraw then I became all wrong.1) This is not just like " probably your fault". This is a " Serious Fault" in this Business. 2) Yes it is quiet natural, most of the time Gambling platform asks KYC for investigation when user tried to withdraw big amount of funds. Although I wish you got your money back but you have really made a big mistake. Not only in the case of Cloudbet, if you did the same fault on any other gambling platform they would freeze your account. Your event is a lesson to everyone, under no circumstances should multiple accounts be opened on gambling platforms. If for any reason you have trouble accessing the account, you should contact the support team. Hopefully, Cloudbet will do you justice if you are honest. I know now it was a big mistake but I have always replied to them in a timely manner so that this gets resolved quickly and fairly. The only thing here is I came to realise my mistake when I recovered some of my losses and till I was or would have been loosing money it didn't come to my notice and also a small withdrawal was made from the irregular account even then it never came up. The moment I realised that those are the terms of cloudbet as they asked me if any other account used I sent them an email of any account I used and also the timings of those accounts. Anyways to cut short I think I have given my every evidence/proof/facts to them and here so better that I should just wait now for the decision. Thanks everyone.  |

We would like to remind the player and the wider community about our terms around account usage:
7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended, or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen.
Account verifications may take longer in case of a breach in our Terms & Conditions, but we are doing everything we can to successfully finalize the process and inform the player at the earliest convenience.
But this user questioned that he was never met such block before when he lost his money so this all terms are used to freeze the funds only if the user won bets? And I am not accusing you of scamming but it should be better to give the response faster about what you guys are looking, in case he violated the terms then just go with your user agreements. I guess as that was my fault and first hand I informed them about whatever the case was my problem is that now it's going to be a month and it's little too much here. I read some cases like mine in which they have voided the bets(all winning or loosing ones) from the irregular accounts. Also I appreciate as to what decisions they have made i.e. returning the deposits in cases like these but I still want just what I fairly recovered. As you said they shall go with the user agreements so in there Terms I also read the below: 9.14. Should Cloudbet become aware that you have placed a number of bets from different accounts you have irregularly opened, all bets will be voidable at the unfettered discretion of Cloudbet. Cloudbet retains the right to take further action as it deems necessary.. All I can see here is that as I have played and lost almost everything I had i.e. more than 42000 usdt everything was fine but as I recovered some and wanted to withdraw it just all backfired. I request everyone to help me in this case, even I always wanted to co-operate with CloudBet and never blamed them except the slow process and keeping me wait. I guess things like these can happen with anyone just that when it happens with someone only that person knows the pain.
