Bin in einer ähnlichen Situation wie Willi, aber mit einigen Hickups, die ich nach und nach bereinige.

Zunächst: Mit Bitcoin habe ich in Süditalien ein Haus gekauft mit ziemlich viel Umschwung. Und einem Gästehaus. Und Olivenhain. Und einem Weinberg. Wer jetzt meint, das sei unglaublich viel: Ja, ist es. Aber kostete mich weniger, als in der Schweiz eine popelige Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon.

Anyway. Insgesamt traf ich auf drei Stromkreise:
- Gästehaus
- Haupthaus
- Pool und Grundwasserpumpe

Lediglich der Pool war dreiphasig, war also für den Tesla ohne weitere baulichen Massnahmen geeignet. Das Problem: Die Stromkosten waren horrend. Und ich meine: HORREND. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Wasserpumpe mit 90 kW/h ein Leck hatte. Sie pumpte also pausenlos, aber der grösste Teil des Wassers erreichte nie die Oberfläche. Zudem waren beim Pool die Wasserleitungen undicht.

Als erstes musste also die Wasserpumpe ersetzt werden, was ein ziemlicher Aufwand war. Den Pool liess ich vorläufig wie er war, das lässt sich mit mehr Putzaufwand beheben.

Danach setzte ich auf das Gästehaus eine Solaranlage mit 5 kW/peak. Nicht viel, aber es reicht, um heute die Pumpe zu betreiben und den Tesla aufzuladen (wobei ich den Tesla im September endlich los werde. Nie wieder! Aber das ist eine andere, lange Geschichte). Dazu laufen 24/7 einige kleine Gekko-Miner, die per GSM ans Netz angeschlossen sind. Und trotzdem habe ich noch genug Strom, um ein wenig ins Netz einzuspeisen. Das bringt nicht viel, Italien ist da ziemlich knausrig. Aber nachdem zahlreiche technische Hürden genommen werden mussten, läuft die Anlage stabil. Ein ROI für diese Anlage sollte in ca. vier Jahren erreicht sein, nachdem sie jetzt schon zwei Jahre läuft, wovon lediglich ein Jahr stabil.

Das nächste Projekt, welches im Moment läuft: Am Haupthaus angebaut ist eine Scheune. Die Vorbesitzer benutzten sie nicht, da die Ausnützungsziffer für das gesamte Gelände bereits erreicht worden war - meinten sie. Beim Kauf überprüfte ein Notar jedoch alle Akten, und es stellte sich heraus, dass der Weinberg auf Bauland angelegt ist. Ich darf also zusätzliche Wohnfläche schaffen.

Zunächst wird nun der Dachstock ausgebaut und ein alter Zugang zum Haupthaus wieder freigelegt. Danch folgt der Innenausbau.

Die gesamte Dachfläche sind rund 180 m2. Die Hälfte davon belege ich mit Solarziegeln. Damit komme ich auf eine magere Ausbeute: 1 kW pro 9 m2. Also auf insgesamt rund  10 (realistisch: 9) kW/peak.

Das Problem: Damit werde ich nach italienischem Recht ein Solar-Kleinbetrieb. Vor allem, weil ich plane, ein weiteres Dach mit nochmal 110 m2 mit Solarziegeln auszubauen.

Wofür so viel Strom gebraucht wird?

Nun, ich stelle den ganzen Landwirtschafts-Betrieb auf elektrisch um. Von der Kettensäge über den Traktor soll am Ende alles elektrisch laufen. Was einiges an Strom braucht.

Dazu kommt Wassermangel. Auch wenn die Pumpe läuft und aus 92 Metern Tiefe das Wasser hochholt: Es ist nicht klar, wie lange das noch gut geht.

Nun befindet sich unter meinem Haus ein Höhlensystem aus der Etrusker-Zeit. In dieser Höhle herrschen konstant 15° C und eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ich experimentiere im Moment mit einigen kleineren Solar-Mining-Stationen: Sie minen, die Wärme wird über Ventilator in ein Rohr geblasen, welches durch die Röhre führt. Das Kondenswasser wird aufgefangen und mit solarbetriebenen Pumpen in ein System von Zisternen verteilt.

Im Moment kläre ich noch ab, wie ich zusätzlich eine Wärmepumpe installieren kann. Im "Winter" haben wir einige wenige Nächte nahe am Gefrierpunkt, sonst schwanken die Temperaturen so um die 14 bis 18 Grad. Also muss ich nur wenige Monate heizen. Dazu kommt eine Feuerstelle im Wohnraum, welche zusätzlich Warmwasser für das Heizsystem produziert. Der Rauch wird über eine Filteranlage geschleust und nur gereinigt abgelassen.

Im Sommer jedoch, wo wir - wie dieses Jahr schon während zwei Wochen - Temperaturen über 40° haben, muss gekühlt werden.

Das Hauptproblem ist jedoch, hier einen Anbieter zu finden, der einen nicht übers Ohr haut. Eine erste Offerte, die ich bisher bekam, belief sich auf 70k. Einfach unverschämt zu viel. Für das Geld könnte ich mir Material und Handwerker aus der Schweiz kommen lassen, die in Rom in einem Fünfsterne-Hotel einquartieren, jeden Morgen zu mir fahren lassen - und es käme mich immer noch günstiger zu stehen.

Am Ende des Tages, jedenfalls, will ist geplant, sämtlichen überschüssigen Strom in Mining-Wasserproduktion zu stecken.

ROI für den zweiten Teil der Anlage: Ich rechne mal mit 150'000 Jahren - jedenfalls eine Zeitspanne, die ich kaum mehr erleben werde, auch wenn der Staat mir bis zu 90k Umbaukosten rückerstatten wird.

I am not entirely sure about Madrid vs City game but I can definitely look at Inter vs Milan game and say that Inter will be at the finals, that much seems like the biggest possibility. Maybe I am wrong and maybe they won't be but it feels like they are going to be for sure. In the end, UCL is a tough competition and not everyone plays with their best, sometimes they do, sometimes they play worse and that is why I believe that we should be focusing a bit more towards daily situations.

Such as injuries, momentum, bookings, any rumors from locker room, all of that matters. That will result with you finally figuring out what you can see and who you could bet on. I think so far it looks like Inter again, but wait until last day and you can have a clearer image.

I think the team is the one that I am having the hardest time, I get that people like the team and their work but I still find it too shady. Why shady? Because they keep promoting that 65k TPS thing all the time and as soon as there is a bit of overload, they have hard time, if you are having hard time then it means you do not have that much TPS, I think it is going to end up with something a bit more serious for sure.

I think it is important to just focus on how we could move further this and do a lot better, it will help us in the end. I think it will be something we could promote and enjoy, it will definitely end up with a good result in the long run, I know it is going to be tough time to stop trusting something you like so much, but people should be doubtful about it's future.

There are so many things that go into calculating how much you will receive, they do not share the calculation so that people wouldn't abuse it, and they are definitely looking for a way to stop distributing this as well but too many people love it so they are having hard time. Think about being so big that you are the biggest online casino in rankings, the most visited website ever, and you have to distribute free money to all of them? That is just beyond bonkers and obviously not something cheap, but that same ranking allows you to make profit from gamblers so I guess they are fine.

I think they may do it after eddie as well, not sure, but if they do, that could be worse, before eddie would allow people to go gamble and probably lose it back to them anyway.

I think it is important to remember that Kane has a part in this leaving if it happens as much as Spurs does as well. Spurs may realize that even with son and kane they are not going to win anything and this team was a failure, they have seen a UCL finals and that's it, the yare not going to win anything while those players are getting older.

So maybe it's time to blow up the team, sell everyone who worths anything decent, keep the rest, and use that money to get younger players to see if they would be able to actually do anything. That won't happen, that's not even in the discussions and I am sure that it is not going to happen. The only thing that could potentially happen is Lens becoming second, that's it, not get passed by Marseille is their aim right now and they may do it or they may fail it I am not sure which one will be second, but that's the only aim.

Even if Lens wins all 4 games, I am 100% sure, not even 99.99% sure, I am 100% sure that we are going to end up seeing that change a lot, we are going to see PSG win most of those games and not lose too many points to lose the top spot, that is guaranteed at this point. However, we could see Lens and Marseille fight for the last spot until the very last day, that is something we may end up seeing for sure.

I think that is the risk they are taking with their life as much as with others money as well. Because when they do something this silly, as we can see from the example they could get jailed as well. The best thing to do with money is to buy bitcoin at this moment but if it is someone else's money I would not be able to put it in anything, maybe like bank interest or just treasury bonds as well. Sure you are going to be beaten by the inflation but at least you are not going to lose anyone's money, that would be a lot worse.

What if I risk it and get something even small risk, like buying gold, and then it ends up going down? Or like some huge amount of gold is figured out? I do not want to be part of that and I rather just focus on what I can trust, something guaranteed.

I think Barcelona doesn't care about anything anymore. One thing that Barcelona needs to focus on right now is their finances, they did some wild moves last season to build this team, but they can't keep this team going, some of the players will want a raise and the more contracts that end, the bigger trouble they will be in and they will have to constantly end up getting new players when old ones leave and they are going to have hard time doing that.

Paying for players was a mistake, they paid Torres 50 million the moment Xavi got there and that was a money they couldn't afford to spend already. The only thing to care about right now is economy and if they can do better job of that and recover, that may get a lot better for them.

I think Mbappe would have been insane, but I still think that Madrid needs better wing backs. Carvajal could be a player that has been around for a while, and I know they love him, but he is not a good wing back at the time and getting older and they are ignoring that. They also need a better defender as well, Militao and Rudiger may look like enough but they really are not, they may get someone better for that position as well and would definitely be a good change for them.

All in all this is just a situation where we are talking about something that is not focusing on what they could do with the weak positions but instead focusing on already great positions with better players, that is not going to improve them all that much.

I think you are forgetting that they are a business first and foremost. Obviously they should be caring about the customers they already have and they should try to keep them happy, but if enough people are happy and they are doing fine, then I do not think that they will stop doing the marketing and sponsorships anytime soon.

The only way they could realize if there is something wrong with the website or not would be people leaving, if suddenly too many people left or there are less wagering amount per day, then we are going to see them start considering that, but if we all get together and gamble like crazy here, how could they think that they are doing anything wrong? Not that I think they are doing anything wrong, because it seems like they care enough to make me stay.

I think regulators are already doing their work as much as they possibly could, and in most major nations there are regulations regarding exchanges and trading. Which means that you are capable of trading, maybe the usage needs some more regulations, because going to a restaurant and paying with crypto is still not fully regulated in some cases, in most nations at least and that could definitely be worked on and can be considered a bit better.

But that doesn't mean that we should be doing something so synical and assume that it is not adopted. Think about it this way, 5+ years ago it was less than a million people, today it is tens of millions of people who owned bitcoin at least once, that difference is mass adoption, and if exponentially grew, that would make it hundreds of millions of people in 10 years as well. That's good mass adoption trajectory so far.

People think about it for one direction and not think about it for the other direction. What happens when Americans or Canadians or Mexicans wanted to watch the games? Not like these three nations combined make a little amount, we are talking about hundreds of millions of people, and when it was at Qatar, you think they all watched at prime time? Of course not, they watched it at horrible times, either very early in the morning or even at night after midnight as well.

This means that when you make it on the east, it is good for east but bad for west, when you make it further west, then it is bad for east. You have to just realize that one way or another, you are going to make some parts of the world not watch it at ideal time zone, that's just the reality. But they may make it at proper hours to get it at least to a decent time.

I think it would cost a lot, that's the worry. Like they got Jack Grealish, he is a great player but they had to spend 100 million to get him, did he worth 100 million? I am not entirely sure, he is amazing don't get me wrong, I have nothing against him, dude is a great player, but 100 million is so much money, you have to look at it from financial point of view as well.

If you are going to spend 100 million on Declan Rice as well then he doesn't worth it, if you are going to get him for 50 million then he worths it, so they need to make sure to check it like that and see if they could get something working for him, otherwise it makes no sense. I personally prefer to get someone cheaper if they are going to end up overpaying for him, no team should overpay for any player just because they need him.

Exactly, and when it comes to addictions, gambling addiction is one of the most deadliest and dangerous addictions one could ever have, not only gambling but any addiction that involves money will never end up being good and the addict will end up doing things that no one in the world might have expected them to be doing, just like what the old guy did.

So, it's obviously true that excess of everything can be devastating for a person and one should always do things in the limit, whether it's a hobby, a habit, a desire, or anything in general, do it in a way that doesn't make you have the urge to do it very quickly again.

I know we are all sad that it has gone under 28k and the fact that it is not doing that well this past week or so makes us all upset. But we are still at the start of the month, we are barely out of the first week, there is a good chance that we could end up with a good increase this month for sure. I am not saying that it will go on for a long time and keep decreasing, I feel like it could go back up, and see above 30k finally again. It has seen that last month and ever since that we have failed so far, and I feel like we could see that again this time around.

The best thing about it is the fact that we are going to end up with a lot of new people who will be in profit, all those people who bought now under 30k will be able to profit when the price goes back above 30k yet again.
