21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Appeal to Everyone to secure your future on: January 14, 2021, 03:15:56 PM
Bitcoin today is all time high and most of us would have some bitcoin or satoshi with us. Many people would sell the bitcoin at these high prices and mostly new people who do not have bitcoin will still not buy bitcoin because they think bitcoin prices are too high.

I would like that all of us who do not have bitcoins, should buy $200 worth of bitcoins , keep it in some wallet and forget  it. In five to ten years time you will thank me about this investment. Maybe most of the people will have their good retirement life if they just invest $200 worth of bitcoin today.

Please also pass this message to all your near and dear ones. You never know in 10 years time 1 satoshi may be worth 1 dollar.

Do you really think the market value of Bitcoin will be very expensive ? Personally, the potential market value I see Bitcoin attaining within the next 5 years will be between $45k and $50K. And I strongly doubt that in 10 years time to come, there will be a possible of 1 satoshi will be worth a dollar. People just need to understand why they should invest in Bitcoin rather than speculating to them on the possibility that Bitcoin might be worth a million dollar in some years to come. Such speculations will not make people understand the true purpose of the existence of Bitcoin.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need ideas for my Bitcoin Blog on: January 13, 2021, 05:43:30 PM
I have decided I want to make a Bitcoin blog but I need ideas. The site is already live but I want ideas, the blog will mainly contain price analysis, news, tutorials and reviews. I want to talk about how Bitcoin works and it’s advantages. If you have any idea let me know!

(edit) Here is the URL for my blog: https://bitcoinrepublic.blogspot.com/p/home.html

You can start with the generic format by explaining Blockchain technology and differences between decentralization and centralization. And later you explain the general keywords used in the crypto space. You can also focus writing reviews of projects and crypto coins within the top ten of the crypto market. There are a lot of things you can blog about in the crypto ecosystem, considering the number of activities that happens in this ecosystem.

Can you give any rough estimate with regards to how soon this will be? At least a month or two, I would be going for a break and don't want to miss it if it's going to be incentivized Wink
It's really nice to see what you folks are putting together even though it looks very tough to be materialized but I will keep an eye on this.
Merry Xmas to those who celebrate it lol.

@Youghoor

We all wish you a very Christmas as well. There will not be valid under the Christmas tree for you this year Wink
Neither will it happen in the first month or three of next year. But we will update as soon as we have something ready.

Thanks, I will keep an eye on this ANN from time to time. Maybe, i need to join you on telegram in order not to miss it.

See you on https://t.me/TagionChat and on our official forum, https://forum.tagion.org/ - that's where the core devs and the founders are more active.
That's good to know, unlike other projects that you barely get in touch with their CEOs, I realized your team members are very active on the forum as you stated. It's nice getting onboard. Thanks for the invite as well!

This 'one-person-one-node' reminds me of another project, thanks for the response but I'm reading more now on your website, I want to test this project for example download a wallet and test it doing transactions for example on a Testnet network, nice to be part of this thread

@piebeyb there is no wallet yet Wink
The current test net is also not running anymore as we will launch an updated version (AlphaTwo) soon Wink

28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People still don't know about Bitcoin on: December 05, 2020, 08:47:00 AM
Don't be alarmed by the negligence of folks or better still the lack of resources that is still hindering parts of the world from the global change in the economic world. I know several folks who still don't have a clue what cryptocurrencies are. Even folks don't know any thing about electronic payment system that exists at the moment. it's such a pity but I believe we can all do our best in exposing this technology to people whom we know because it's the future.

We will check for accounts that qualify.  Including checking avatars, signature codes, and wallet status.
Tomorrow we will announce and open a spreadsheet and update the thread how many slots are left for each rank.
Thankyou  Smiley
I have applied but for some reason the client wallet takes very long time in synchronizing

31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: July 04, 2020, 11:58:44 PM
That will be a good idea! However, i wish team members can get rid of the perception that bounty participants are the sole reason why tokens and coin dump after listing. remember some investors also dump their share of the coins if they lose faith in the project and this can make the price of the coin crash very hard.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving economy at the cost of what? on: July 02, 2020, 05:28:19 PM
Frankly speaking this pandemic has brought the entire world on its toes and steeped in distress. However, there has to be a double edged solution or else if we decide to kill it at one front the other front will over power us. First of all, total lock down will bring any country on its knees, even the developed countries could not handle it how much more developing ones. So yeah, restrictions have to be lifted so that economic productivity can go on whiles people take care of themselves to prevent catching the disease.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 effect on your country's economy!!! on: July 02, 2020, 02:45:19 PM
Hmm, It has taken a big toll in my country. Initially the country went on a total lockdown but later on the expenses involved in taking care of people was taking quite a huge sum of money from the government coffers that they had to loosen things up but rather ensure that people practice safety measures to curb the spread of this disease.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was your experience trading cryptocurrency? on: July 02, 2020, 02:01:09 PM
This reminds me of the the very first day way back about 3 years ago when i started investing into this industry. The very first coin I bought was Binance Coin and I was a bit skeptical intially that I might not received the coins as many people complained of being scammed in this industry. But all the same it was fun and the knowledge has been so worth it.
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain a Good Career? on: June 29, 2020, 09:25:32 PM
Absolutely! The blockchain industry is a young one and has a huge potential of being massively adopted in future. Once we hit mainstream adoption companies would be looking for the services of developers and other talents beneficial to the blockchain industry. I am currently  shaping my skills in graphics just in case a company wants me to be their graphic designer.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know job/investment related to crypto that provide stable daily income? on: June 27, 2020, 11:59:19 PM
Well, there are several of them but the common ones are crypto day trading and investing on platforms with your bitcoins or ethereum for daily percentages. However, you can run build your own investment portfolio by running masternodes. Examples of coins that are good to look at are Vidulum, Trittium etc.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: June 27, 2020, 11:47:29 PM
Lol, I think this is a rhetorical question in my honest opinion @OP. I mean, who does not love to see his investment grow and mature with profits. Even tiny profits made are appreciated how much more when the returns are great and consistent like running a masternode investment.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would a global recession affect cryptocurrencies? on: June 23, 2020, 11:18:14 PM
A global recession which seems very imminent upon the entire world will really give a boost into crypto industry and might even be the lighter to the long awaited bitcoin bull run. Traditional markets are failing and investing with them comes with a huge risk. I think people will prefer trying new opportunities and crypto investments will surely be a choice.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Movie about SATOSHI Nakamoto on: June 23, 2020, 11:15:57 PM
Well, that's surely a movie to keep an eye on for sure! I just hope they really focus the story line on real facts about Satoshi Nakamoto as he was known in this forum and not just come up with their own ideas. I can't wait to have a glimpse of this piece of creation haha.I am sure it will be launched with the sale of Bitcoin auction.
