Bitcoin can be lot more tough to kill especially with the amount of miners mining bTC and the no of transactions going on everyday.

CC is used everywhere and BTC isn't. If you use debit card then company also gives you bonus points which you can redeem later

I never lost even a penny. I keep my account secure. I have known people who have lost few coins as they forgot password/private keys.
