ken can have as many shares as he wants. he can put 50million shares up if he wants he's the ceo. The only thing that could stop that would be CT checks - and they might not have any in this area.

once the refunds are done there will be no money left.

OK so Ken has gone and now so has Zum. Disappeared. That's convenient.

It looks like he has given the password to crumbs/mirceau. Anyone see my post the other day before it was deleted where I showed how zum was building bridges to Mirceau? He said he was happy to 'work together' or something. Then notlambchop/mirceau posted a pm from zum asking him to post MORE in this thread.

And now suddenly mirceau has the password. Anyone think that is suspicious? It tells me zum sees this as his way out. He may have taken a few btc for the password, more than his shares are worth now. Who knows but this is scammer Kens best buddy we are talking about so.....anything is possible.

edit- zum so the mods agreed not to use opinionated language but you don't even know who the mods are or how many there are? how did you agree on something with mods you don't even know of? something fishy indeed. this could be just a mod who had enough of zums shit - like he said.
24  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 10:00:59 PM
yeah so you care that much about security Mr zumzero that you handed out the password to ANYONE who asked??

JESUS.

I said only a select few should have it, like Vince who I invited because you can see he's open and trustworthy.

Hey before you go zum tell us - where is your best buddy Ken? Are you in touch with him. And more important - have you ever received money from Ken?Huh

Well?
25  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 09:52:22 PM
This is my last post until the thread gets sorted out by the bct mods.

Do you -really- think anyone gives a shit? I'm sure we will work that out when you don't post anymore - duh. bye bye. Don't come back.

PS - you constantly talk shit, you did 98% of all deleting (you said above what you deleted and that was 98% of what was removed)  and you deleted 2 weeks of my posts in 20 mins yesterday.
26  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 08, 2014, 09:39:50 PM
If Ken has now disappeared I guess that means he is in the process of liquidating the company? I tried to find out if he would need to make a notification about that to Missouri State but he's registered this company in Belize (unlike his previous company's).

So will he need to notify the Companies register in Belize?
27  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 09:18:30 PM
mud slinging isn't my thing.

lol no? You just delete shareholders and call them 'butthurt and revengeful' and list their names.  And then there's the amount of mud you continue to throw at DTS which is disgusting. You are a vile hypocrite.

28  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 09:09:19 PM
zumzero you are a complete moron and looser, no-one wants to see you back as mod - did you notice? The Trolls would actually do a better job than you have done with your superiority complex and constant pissing of everyone off. How many genuine shareholders have you deleted and banned? What gave YOU the right to do that? Arrogant arsehole.

So everyone you deleted was 'butthurt and revengeful'? Now you come on crying about getting deleted/locked out?! Pathetic creature. Eat your own medicine little man.

we don't know how much he really paid eAsic

I recently emailed Jasbinder Bhoot at eASIC (he's the VP of marketing and he got back to me in November when I contacted them about the progress of the 28nm) to remind him that Ken is still displaying their press release on the website. He hasn't got back yet but I would think they would be just a bit concerned about a scammer still using their name.

It might help if a few other people email him too and ask him if he still has ANY contact with Ken and if a refund was ever given to ACTM:

22/11/2013
Dear Sirs,

Although I am not a direct customer of eASIC I am a large investor in the ACtM (VMC) IPO which was used to fund the 28nm chip you have helped to develop for bitcoin mining purposes.

I'm contacting you in good faith just to ask simply if the ACtM eASIC 28nm chips are:

1) broadly on schedule and almost ready to ship
2) need 'X' amount of time for more development.

I simply cannot get this information from K Slaughter CEO so have to ask you directly.

I know you will say I need to contact ACtM but an NDA apparently prevents the CEO from answering any eASIC related questions.  If you can not give out details that's understandable but if you for example said everything is 'looking good' on your end, that would be enough to allay my concerns.

Many thanks for your understanding,

#####

Hello ####,

Thank you for your email. You are absolutely correct, and unfortunately we are not able to provide you with any details due to confidentiality reasons. I am sure you appreciate that we must strictly adhere to these conditions and we certainly do not want to set any expectations one way or the other. I will however, forward your email to Ken.

Thanks

Jazz

Will you shut up all you have done is bitch since you were kicked from the thread.

You are wrong Jimmy. Only 10% of what I've posted has been complaining about the ban - and that was to press the point that a Mod team/member who would ban one of the biggest supports and a fellow Mod (me/minerpart) has something to hide. That ban told me everything I needed to know about this company and where it was going. Complaining about it was to tell people it was a massive red flag and that was pretty clear? Remember I was banned and removed from the Mod team (where I regularly put in several hours a day deleting Trolls) because I complained in two PM's to this Mod (swore at him) about repeatedly deleting a valid post of mine. In retrospect, the ban was so quick I think he was just baiting me to have the excuse to ban me.

The other 90% of what I've been posting is directly about this scam, about Ken's criminality, his past liquidated companies, about the website being a joke, about no cards being sold, about the DC, and how we can get our money back.

Yes I was a big supporter as we all were at one point or another - isn't that why we are all shareholders?? Ken conned me into thinking he was genuine and needed support on here. Yes I was wrong to back Ken for so long, you suggest I'm a hypocrite but I was just conned.

31  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 10:21:32 AM
Finally we can speak the truth in here. I've had over 200 posts deleted, the truth has been twisted and killed. I asked the Mod team to ban zum weeks ago, this is too little too late but welcome.

We need to organise either an SEC fraud investigation or a Wood Law fraud investigation. There is nothing else we can do now.

btw - I don't know why you are telling zumzero he can still post, he deleted all my historic posts going back through weeks of pages and ruthlessly banned me with no warning or reply to pms - all for expressing my valid views. He has done too much harm already and acted like a complete Fascist.
32  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 06, 2014, 09:54:12 PM
Please zum, please support any of the faeces throwing you have done with evidence so that it can be treated as fact.  This friggin guy is so pretentious and smug in his assertions as if you SHOULD take them as fact and he doesn't require any supporting backup.  However, you lowly fuckers require backup to your facts because they do not align with his dreamworld, and you must present them because he says so.  If you do not, you are just a troll.

Yep and you get deleted. He's scum and he's pissing over everyone who's been ripped off here.

As you say he has NOTHING factual to base his 'Buy more shares we are heading to the Moon' shit. His lover-man Ken has fucked-off never to be seen again - but Zum will still be here in 2 months saying 'Just give it 2 more months  Wink'. Sickening.

He could well be getting paid by Ken, or got free cards off him. Or he's lost everything, but unlike DTS who has also lost everything, zumzero has no dignity or morality or conscience left. For his backing of Ken and attempts to get even more people ripped off here he should be punished. At the very least he's pumping this dead stock to sell his holdings to newbies/dreamers. Which is just as scammy as what Ken is doing.

33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Millionaire" is a fiat-based term on: June 05, 2014, 09:55:37 PM
What about a 10+

If you are a 1+ you have over a coin and if btc goes to 100k being a 1+ will make you rich.

So a 10+ would be todays millionaire with btc over 100k.

34  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 05, 2014, 01:59:44 PM
but actually pay for a lawyer and litigate?  Dollars to donuts says nah.

No upfront fees are required with firms like Wood Law for class-action suits. They take a cut of the court ordered compensation so this will cost us nothing but a bit of time.

edit----

Lorenzo has made some progress with the MSD. We should give them time to get back with more details about the reimbursement amount before proceeding with the courts. See main thread and get in touch by phone or email with the MSD.
35  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 05, 2014, 01:28:07 PM
Lol, just stop.  You bought some crack from a skeezy finance crack dealer, got burned, and now you run to the cops.  This is exactly the sort of embarrassment Bitcoin doesn't need, exactly the thing I try to prevent by asking you to stop sending coin to every scammer who promises you the world and a ring on your finger.

Really, stop.
Stop embarrassing yourself and Bitcoin by association.  Pool's closed.  Everybody go home.

Can't see why you are bothered. We are going to go ahead. Thanks for the advice but again I don't see why you would bother trying to put us off.

There is nothing embarrassing to Bitcoin here it's will be good for Bitcoin if people are warned about these scams. What would be bad is more and more and more of these scams being allowed to happen until one day the Press realise Bitcoin is infested with criminals. We should be cutting this cancer out of Bitcoin startups everywhere it occurs.
36  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 05, 2014, 01:05:50 PM
MSD are not working for you, their job is to keep MO rat population down and help MO finance.

Our countries are rightly very close when it comes to tackling crime. Taking down people just like Ken 6 years ago:

In a statement released by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, he added: "Thousands of British people have fallen victim to this crime - in this inquiry alone, we estimate that around 15,000 mostly elderly people have lost money."

He said the arrests demonstrated the power of international collaboration to bring to justice those suspected of crimes, even if based overseas.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/7295536.stm

In addition, the assets do not need to be in Ken's name to be confiscated as the proceeds of crime. Look at the section called 'Burden of Proof'. The US government when procecuting only need to make the case that assets are likely criminal proceeds.
http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/white_collar/asset-forfeiture

If this isn't the same in a civil case we may need to lobby the State of MO to prosecute Ken. In that case we may or may not get a share of these proceeds. At the very least Ken will loose everything.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay CEO: "We will have to integrate digital currencies..." on: June 05, 2014, 12:58:44 PM
Once they start paying tax on these coins Governments around the world are going to become more accepting of digital currency.
38  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 05, 2014, 12:39:41 PM
Why not  Belize? Cheesy

An MO attorney will do the best job here. All of Ken's assets are likely in MO.

Just because you invest in BTC doesn't mean you forfeit your legal rights - as the MSD stated in their ruling, hence the reimbursement.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: eBay CEO: "We will have to integrate digital currencies..." on: June 05, 2014, 12:25:42 PM
Great news. Lets say Bitcoin in a year from now represents 10% of ebay sales - that would be about 1.6Billion dollars of BTC going through paypal each year.

The demand for BTC to use as a currency on ebay could push the price up to double what it is today?

If there is then broader acceptance with the real-world stores taking btc on their online sites then we could see 5-10k per coin in a year from now?

40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC In Afghanistan? ... it's 100% ripe right now on: June 05, 2014, 12:15:02 PM
I can see the headlines now: 'Bitcoin funds al qaeda'

I agree. Unfortunately it would do more harm than good to push Bitcoin in Afghan right now. The government is in talks with the Taliban who may soon be power-sharing.

Sub Saharan Africa and small independent States are better options if you are trying to encourage Bitcoin use as a major part of a country's economy.
