21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CHARONscoin (CHCO) sha256d, scrypt, x11, x13 , scrypt on: July 05, 2014, 02:35:31 AM
Seems like it can't hurt to throw some CPU at this one while it is so new and see what happens.

While it may be silent the dev seems to have done a better job than many of these other coins as the wallet actually works and there is a valid .conf to get it connected and updated.

Getting a bunch of new coins that aren't worth anything is always fun...
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]LOTUSCOIN♥LTS♥POW♥POS♥BEAUTIFUL WALLET♥BOUNTY♥ UPDATE v0.9.8.8!! ♥ on: July 05, 2014, 01:46:12 AM
I just downloaded the newest windows version of the wallet and used the .conf information in a file called lotuscoin.conf and the wallet started to sync.

It took a few minutes, but I was able to get the entire sync finished with 10 connections to the network and get a transaction to complete to the wallet.

This is one of the coolest wallets I have used, I love the exchange information right in the wallet..great idea
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Global Denomination (GDN) X11 + DigiShield + Social Network + More on: July 05, 2014, 01:19:22 AM
I checked on their de-listing thread, but it doesn't say anything new.  I have some GDN on there right now and the market is still active (with the price trending up Smiley) and a healthy number of buys and sells open right now.  So hopefully they will see that and decide to let it keep its place..
24  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: 1Zerobit: Signup Successfully, and get $50 on: July 05, 2014, 12:17:04 AM
This looks interesting but it looks like it could be very difficult to get your $$ out even if you are above the $500 threshold as it looks like the withdrawl requests are going to be done with a manual process that could take 4 biz days (provided that there are no staff issues).  And when you do get it processed there is a $25 wire fee?

At least if I am speculating on coins on the other exchanges at worst I can transfer my coins to somewhere I can turn them into Fiat if I need to.  Maybe if you put in coin transfers (above your stated limits) this would be a more appealing offer.

That said I am going to sign up and see what happens Smiley

May be interested in 1 of the RMA returns you have.  Would like to know what the part numbers are and what output connectors are on the cards.  I actually would like to use it as a video card as anything remotely near the higher end is almost impossible to find in the area I have to call home.

Seems like the addition to IPOMiner is bringing a decent amount of hashing power for a new launch.  Looks like it is the coin currently being mined by their multipool at about 4GH/s.

Will certainly be holding mine to see this one head higher...
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Be co-owner of the first community owned cocktail bar in the world! on: July 04, 2014, 11:17:54 PM
Have you done the work to ensure that you will be able to legally due this in your country and that you meet any requirements of laws for owning such an establishment?  Licensing, etc.?

Certainly interested and think that a good twitter campaign along with facebook would help this get traction.  Also maybe this would qualify at some crowd funding site and the crypto stock could be the actual reward.

I like the wallet and the concept for this coin.  This type of distribution will hopefully keep this one from having a huge coin dump right away.

I agree with other users thoughts on the exchanges, finding your way on to bittrex would be terrific.

This one seems interesting and people will certainly mine it as nothing else is making any $ right now.  But not only is the name a clone the symbol is already being actively used for Black Dragon Coin.   Huh

I have been trying to help you mine some on hasharder, but it looks like there is only 1 other miner that has a great amount of hashing power and I am getting a ton of errors about bad site addresses.  I know the software and GPU are all good as I was mining another coin right before moving over.  If I can find another working pool I will try to throw some more hashing power your way.
31  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BitcoinWisdom.com - Live Bitcoin/LiteCoin Charts on: July 04, 2014, 10:15:50 PM
nice system.  Have you had any thoughts on putting in alerting emails or txt messages if one of the coins hits a target on an exchange.  Would be nice to get alerted if there are big price swings or something hits a level you have been waiting for to act on, when you may not necessarily be online looking at the interface to see it happening.

Is there someplace on the exchange to view what the payout amounts up to this point have looked like?
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LATIUM on: July 04, 2014, 04:11:08 PM
Yeah  that hitbtc site looks like it is still trying to get off the ground, not many coins and it says you can only vote twice if you click on anything to vote for.  I voted for another coin several days ago and tried to vote for this one, but no dice.  I would think about trading on there, but if the voting app doesn't work, I wonder how the transfer and trading parts work..
34  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: QoinPro.com - Sign-up and get Free BTC, LTC, FTC every 24 hours automatically on: July 04, 2014, 03:15:49 PM
Is there any information posted somewhere that lists the levels you must hit before requesting a payout?

I poked around the website, but didn't see them anywhere obvious.

I would think with all the S3s that are about to show they wiil be busy filling new orders.  I will certainly be picking up a couple more as soon as they are back in stock as my S1 setup is working great with this board.

Thanks for the great product..
36  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [4000 TH] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + VarDiff on: July 04, 2014, 07:14:08 AM
I have noticed the same thing as MINER 1 the last couple of days, but Slush's pool just keeps marching on....
37  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Buying Jalapeno's and some Block Eruptors on: July 04, 2014, 07:01:49 AM
I have a 10GH/s jalapeno that I bought new, been used in my climate controlled computer room and was working perfectly when I shut it down.  Original power supply, usb cable and box available.  Case has never been opened.

I also have 5 block eruptors..3 336MH, 2 antminer U1 1.6GH (I should have the cases and they were working with no issues when I pulled them)

A 60GH BFL with no power supply (working on a regular PSU right now)

If you are interested in any of them please let me know.

Thanks

39  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (30/30) Overclocked Gridseeds $50 .09BTC PAYPAL ACCEPTED *ESCROW ACCEPTED* on: July 04, 2014, 06:15:46 AM
Zighash..Can you provide any details on the over clocking, resister changes, thermal paste?  Will they run at 500MH/s
If they will run at 500 MH/s I am interested in 5 of them being shipped to 72712

What payment forms are you open to for a $$ transaction?
40  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: HASHRA - LUNAR SERIES - ASIC SCRYPT MINERS on: July 04, 2014, 05:46:08 AM
Curious if anyone that has received these units has taken any actual measurements in real world conditions for power consumption, noise levels and heat generation.  Interested in jumping up from my gridseed miners, but they are quiet and don't draw a ton of power and I am tight on how much more heat I can add to my computer room with my BTC rigs running in there right now.

Thanks for any info..
