21  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet scammed me for 1BTC on: September 30, 2023, 04:33:32 PM
You should create complaint at LCB, Casino.guru. I had same situation in other casino, but the sum was less - they helped me. However, I don't think that 1BTC is a big deal for Cloudbet.

I don't know whether you are a product owner or just a talking head, but there's one thing that every project manager should know:

"if something can go wrong it will"

Instead of making self-exclusion extremely hard - just do as other casinos do, allow to self-exclude by contacting support or by special technical email.

If this is your point on how to make people tilted - ok, just admit it.
You are trying to pass your fault on others.
We have an automated system for self exclusion. You didn't follow the instructions or you couldn't resist yourself.

We'll see how casino.guru decide. I created complaint there. Hope your rating will be lower than 5 points and nobody will play there.

Ofc it's my fault, that your casino have technical errors.

Even today link you sent me is incorrect or invalid to confirm self-exclusion.

The only one who resist is you. If you would ban my account, you won't got negative review at trustpilot and complaint at casino.guru.
23  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO on: September 30, 2023, 03:46:26 PM

I’m just upset because my deposit was credited instantly using that same payment processor while theres a problem on withdrawal only.
Since you have used local payment methods, please wait some more hours. Local payment methods aren't automated yet for most local. So, it may take few hours more depending on their availability.

Seriously I don’t have problem waiting for a couple of hours but this withdrawal was initiated 20hrs ago while the support tells me that there’s a problem from payment processor which means this not about withdrawal not being automated problem.

You should put a note regarding the withdrawal duration on local currency deposit. I will use crypto instead of fiat in case I know that withdrawal is not instant.

They won't help you. I'm trying for self-exlude there for a week or more. They keep telling that this is my fault, that their system is broken.

Each time when I try to self-exlude even for 24 hours I get "Incorrect or outdated link!"

Absolute scam casino.

I told that I have issue with gambling addication and they really don't care. I'm thinking about writing complaint to regulator regarding this.
24  Economy / Gambling / Plinko Simulation – BitcoinPlinko.com (Medium/Low Volatility) on: September 30, 2023, 09:00:08 AM
So I'm a big fan of the Plinko game. I like Plinko because:

1) It works better than provably fair blackjack for me - in Stake, I had an experience where I lost 6 times in a row.
2) In Plinko, it's much easier to double up little sums and you always have a chance for a big win.

I found an algorithm with same chances as most provably fair Plinkos have, so I launched a website to make it convenient to see my luck before playing with actual money. Website adress:

If someone else want to try, please note that it requires Gmail (so don't use with your real name)!

So there are options to change lines, bet size. Each time when your balance below 10, you can replenish it.

In one day, I'll add affiliate or sell single link there to pay coder in order to change Google Auth to smth else and add high volatility mode.

Coins.game review is published!

Check out my latest Coins.game review. This casino has received a 3.7 out of 5 rating from me. Coins.game is a decent casino with rewarding promos and a non-sticky welcome bonus. The biggest problem though is the rewards calendar, which complicates the receiving of rewards.

Check out the review here

What makes you name casinos as a scam? Unresolved accusation or when you were scammed there?

Because of the biggest problem of COINS.GAME is that they have an IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING policy. They won't block the player, because "you have to do that by your own". And you can't do it on your own because of technical issues.

How do you check casinos at all?

My experience in Sherbet - a withdrawal time of more than 12 hours, Crashino – A withdrawal time of ~2 days.

When I can believe that with Sherbet maybe their website glitched, as it always happens with new casinos - they are big technical glitch. With Crashino a lot of people have withdrawal problems
27  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: September 26, 2023, 07:06:45 AM
So after cooling-off period, I played in that casino again. And in few hours followed that link but OOPS - doesn't work anymore. Another casino with technical glitches.

https://i.gyazo.com/54c711d6d94a3e71de713b1d2528a1fb.mp4
I don't know how it works but the video doesn't show you are logged in. By any chance, were you logged out? Why didn't you record the full screen?

The 2nd image doesn't show any date of the email. In the email, it says, if you don't follow the link within a few days, you have to follow the procedure once again. How do we know that you aren't sharing the actual truth?

What's the point of sharing not the truth? I won more there than lost at the moment.

The issue is that I CAN'T follow the procedure once again. Even if it took a few hours for that link to expire. And their useless support (having support that could be replaced by AI is normal for new casinos) talking about screenshots, etc. I would rather spend time on talking here, then helping them to fix their bugs for free. I'm not their QA.

COINS.GAME is one of the best casinos that newly came to the casino space and one of the best thing a casino can do to attract customers is the smoothly withdrawal without stressing gambler for any identification. Though asking for ID is good but don't use it to create drama.

Do you mean self exclusion? What’s the big deal on faulty self exclusion? You can always create new account to access again the casino even if you self exclude your previous account. An addicted gambler will always find a way to gamble unless they keep you sending notifications through email while you are totally avoiding gambling through self exclusion. Why will you try to login your account anyway if you knew that it was self excluded?

There's a rule - duplicate account, ban. So I never create duplicate accounts. Even in NO-KYC casinos such as LTC Casino or Games Bitcoin Com, because I'm afraid of that rule. I'll gamble in new casino, but I won't make $2k dep to casino I don't trust. I will dep $300 and see how it goes.
29  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: September 25, 2023, 03:59:09 PM
Isn't that a scam? I successfully withdrew money there, and when I'll get a salary, I'll load big sums there and lose it because this is the way of gamblers. Read the complaint I provided as an example. This is the way they rip off gamblers. I never saw that in other crypto casinos, in most cases support can block if me, if no - I can write them through email and they'll block me later.

If you ask for my opinion. No, this is not a scam. This is just a technical issue that the casino should fix as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you have to try to stop yourself from gambling. I gamble, too. If you get your account blocked from one casino and you still want to gamble, you already know there are a bunch of others waiting for you. I am not supporting them. But it's not a scam.

I won't even talk if they had NO-KYC policy. But they asked me for ID and Selfie. So they CAN block my account. But their goal is to make me lose there.
If their goal is to make you lose, why would they block you? You just said they asked for KYC so that they can block you. Every casino on the market want their players to lose money and that's why they make profit. Right?

Closing player's account is the easiest thing to do. It doesn't require rocket-science and a bunch of code just to close a player's account. They got that function in their white-label whatsoever platform.

Well, from my experience in gambling in over 50 casinos, only shady casinos have issues with closing players' accounts. For example, Stake, BC.Game, Bitcasino and other big crypto casinos were able to block my account in a matter of minutes. Because they respect their players and care about reputation.
30  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: September 25, 2023, 09:50:27 AM
You have an option to not play so that you will lose your money. This case is not easy to resolved since how can you prove that you are not using this glitch as insurance for your lose bet.

So you self-exclude and manage to play again due to this technical glitch. This will give you an idea that if you will lose then you can file a complain about the self exclusion not working but if you win then you can walk away without a problem.

I'm not telling that you really take advantage on it but this is one of the possibility which casino can view your issue. Don't gamble if you can't control yourself.

When you tell support that you have a gambling addiction they should block you. This is the license rule. Same, as KYC rules. Casinos should follow all of the rules, not a few ones.

I tried to self-exclude right after winning - didn't work out. I played again and won. Tried to self-exclude again. Didn't work out. Now in a few days, I'm trying to do that again. I know where it goes. As I have wide gambling experience.

Don't gamble if you can't control yourself. - I got it, you are not a gambler. Don't give any tips to us, gamblers if you are not aware of what is gambling at all.

32  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: COINS.GAME – IRRESPONSIBLE GAMBLING on: September 25, 2023, 09:34:25 AM
So, you decided to create a scam accusation thread?
I thought the definition of a scam was something else. I thought players create scam accusation only if some platform confiscate their winnings and deposits or freeze their accounts. You can clearly see that they have a technical error and may need some time to fix it. But you are creating a scam accusation thread instead of cooperating with them. For now, try to stay away if possible and create another ticket requesting to close your account. I hope they will take care of it. @Little Mouse may be able to help you as well. Try contacting him.

Isn't that a scam? I successfully withdrew money there, and when I'll get a salary, I'll load big sums there and lose it because this is the way of gamblers. Another new crypto casino, where each player should be QA and report bugs to them.

Casinos topic - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465749.0

This scam accusation was created because the casino won't close an account due to gambling addiction. It extremely hurts players like me. Because If I have a successful withdrawal in a casino, I'll dep there big sums soon and lose them.

So this is their tactic - nobody can be self-excluded from their casinos. Why I think this is SCAM and huge RED FLAG:

1) Their statement that you can self-exclude by yourself:

https://i.gyazo.com/3b7793e99103f4d3064996f678dbfcb6.png

2) You have that option but only for 24 hours - if you want more, you should wait that period and follow the link in the email. It looks like:

https://i.gyazo.com/c26b0c33899f2d53636ffd1736b04b05.png

So after cooling-off period, I played in that casino again. And in few hours followed that link but OOPS - doesn't work anymore. Another casino with technical glitches.

https://i.gyazo.com/54c711d6d94a3e71de713b1d2528a1fb.mp4

3) Their tech support (not ordinary support) told that it'll be fixed in few days. In a few days, I can't confirm even 24-hours cooling-off period:

https://i.gyazo.com/84606414ba7d9296e5ca69cfb50f6523.png

So in the casino's opinion, I should give a damn about my self-exclusion and help them to do everything to fix that.

For people who telling that this is not scam. IT IS SCAM, just look for some guy's complaining about same issue. But he lost his money already:

Well, just letting people know that they have some KYC. National ID + selfie.

Also, they can't close your account. I mean, I tried it - so buggy. Can't recommend it to anyone.
35  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 BITRUBY.IO 🚀 - The Future of Crypto Gaming 💰 Double Your Deposit Up to 200% on: September 21, 2023, 04:52:22 PM
Just tried your casino, and got 220x in Plinko, very big luck. Now here's my experience in details:

1) Each round of game currency changes to RBC (casino's currency) which is very annoying.
2) I don't understand whether I got a bonus or no (I prefer not to have any bonuses).
3) I bought lottery tickets and what should happen next?
4) Rocket game connecting - couldn't even try it.
5) I can't verify email (no lists from you).

Now I am trying to withdraw funds, hope you do fast withdrawals (it is like you mentioned up to 30 mins, which is a good amount of time). However, you have a lot to fix. For example, your codders should not allow negative balance and return to player error (I accidentally double withdrew because there was no response at my first request).

Good casino with instant withdrawals, 700 withdrawal was even without confirming email. with $1k i had to confirm it. However, everything went smoothly. Glad they have Yggdrasil, Push, Netent. It is rare for casinos to have all of them.

2. Half of games are unavailable even with VPN (Pragmatic Play, Evolution).

Using VPN to bypass games that restricted your will make your account in jeopardy once you caught. Tilting on the casino that protecting you to avoid violating the ToS is not fair if you think about it. You should avoid playing games that restrict you using your normal IP because the casino can seize your profit once they find out that you are supposed to be restricted on these providers.

Please share your experience of playing in crypto casinos that you found here.

You play most on new casino or not that popular probably due to chasing down good bonuses. If you want a hassle free casino then try the well known brand such as Livecasino, Bitcasino and Sportsbet. These casino is my personal choice aside that I’m promoting it on my signature space. I play on these casino most of the time because I trust their superb service.

I'm self-excluded from their casinos. Actually, from bitcasino, but they ban you in all network. Livecasino doesn't accept players from my country. I'm self-excluded in all big, and 90% of mid-sized casinos. So tha'ts why I look for new casinos, constantly.
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are no KYC casinos taking risks? on: September 20, 2023, 05:41:48 PM
KYC is not the point to determine whether it is risky or not. KYC is required by companies, but some casinos do not require full identity KYC beyond email and name. Share email and name this should not be a problem for not daily gamblers. I don't register at many casinos, but the casino I chose only requires an email number as a minimum KYC requirement for a maximum withdrawal of $8,000.

After all, many people think that KYC means sending national identity and a photo. even though sharing your email and name when registering is part of KYC. is there a casino that doesn't require minimal KYC like this?
As I'm aware, LTC Casino and Bitkong allow you to register under a fake name. I mean the real no KYC, when no one cares who you are and how much you win.

Also, there are some weird KYC procedures in new crypto casinos, and I'm not sure - do they really check you or not. For example, in Metaspins I experienced the same KYC as on Binance - passport + selfie check. I completed it in a few minutes, not sure what is the point of it - check if you are robot, or verify you.

The worst thing when you are looking for NO KYC casino - are affiliates, who tell you that bc.game is no kyc, metaspins no kyc, etc. For reactive gamblers, like me, it's a huge problem, as I register, play, and never check t&c. That's why I came to this forum - to get real reviews, not "high-standard" affiliate bs
39  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are no KYC casinos taking risks? on: September 20, 2023, 02:30:33 PM

Do you think your casino can be regulated without the AML policy? The requirements says it's all, so is it possible that those casinos doing their no KYC stuffs are not even registered?

I have not known of a casino that is regulated without the AML policy, it is their protection from people who will use their platform to wash their money it happened in the past and the casino industry will not let it happen again.

The gambling industry is a multi-billion dollar industry, and it needs protection, the AML policy is their protection so if you want to be in a safe environment you should play in a casino that is regulated, we have to accept KYC because it is part of being protected, and for the casino to protect themselves from cheaters.

NO KYC casinos may apply the following to protect themselves:
1) dumb x5-x10 (live) wager to your deposit rule
2) no bonuses rule

I think the first can be better than AML, and it's easy to spot for casino. For example, when someone dep $10k and play plinko for $1 bet for hours and then withdraw same amount and repeats this action every day for a month - casino'll probably lock that account.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Share Your Experience About Casinos You Found Here on: September 20, 2023, 02:14:56 PM
You wont really be finding yourself get scammed if you do make out some research my friend. The only ones that i do know
basing up on the list is Blackjack.fun,Sherbet and vBetFTN(New) and the rest i havent heard of or simply i just missed them.
Casino experiences would really be totally that opposite and that what differs them and why people would make out choices because they do have reasons to neither stay or would
be finding for another one.

If you do really want to have some testing on more legit sites then you could always check out the ff sites;
https://www.btcgosu.com
https://gamblingbro.com

They do have reviews and these sites are really that been known into this forum and one that would be recommended
in terms of real time or legit reviews and feedback or suggestions.

I can't trust any affiliate website without live-reviews by real players there. As such webistes are not aware of all gambling business issues. For example, I'm from Ukraine, and all SoftSwiss-based casinos with Curacao license are prohibited from accepting me as a player (by white-label itself) and one of this site tells that Bitstarz accepts Ukrainian players. It could cost me at least 300 usdt (which I dep to test casino, before dealing with them).

I rather trust casino.guru, because they really helped me a few times to get my money back after "Our final decision is not to pay you, as you violated our rules.".

of all the popular casinos on this forum, I have tried them and have had almost no problems, even withdrawals and deposits are always smooth and without problems.
the reason I never had this problem is because before I try to register and start depositing my budget to the casino I always carefully do research and almost all the casinos I try already have trust and good research from several trusted members here so there are no doubts and never had this problem.

It seems like its a lesson for you after I read the whole thing It seems like you had a little disappointment after being tricked by a new casino and yeah it was your bad luck but its a valuable lesson that you can use in the future to always be careful with new casinos. BTW, on this forum there are many choices of trusted casinos, so instead of risking a new casino, its better to gamble at an old casino that has been around for a long time with great trust from its users, such as Stake.com.

Can you please share, how much of them offered "instant withdrawal"? I mean without manual approval, you withdraw and get link to your transaction instantly?
