Played for a bonus, won a little. I decided to withdraw and the support told me to make a minimum deposit of $1. Having made the minimum deposit, as it turned out, it has already become $20! The support claims that I made a cheat to deceive the payment system. I have all the correspondence with support and screenshots of the history of the deposit, where it is clearly visible that the deposit was originally 1 dollar. I strongly advise you not to play in this casino, the rules are changed on the go so as not to pay.
Hello Sir, That is not right. We told you that you need to make minimum one deposit to can make withdrawals. Also we told you that the minimum of deposit is 20 USD. You try to cheat with make request to deposit 20 usd and deposit 1 usd. The system recognize that i you are not able to do withdrawal. But why .xyz extension? Are you out of option naming your domain? Having .xyz extension is always suspicious, its like you're just a random unlicensed gambling website.
Do you have terms of service/use? I see nothing on the website (in mobile mode). Also, is the website licensed? I found nothing too.

What is the diffrent between .xyz , .io, .org etc We have terms of use you can check it on first page on login popup , also in botton left corner. The same thought, it's the first thing that I've ever thought upon seeing the thread. .xyz as a domain doesn't really a good one if it's a business like this casino. The owner should have taken a better extension than .xyz because it's known as a sort of random website that doesn't really have a sense.
