The Bank of Russia called operations with cryptocurrency a potentially dangerous, because it can be used for terrorist financing or money laundering. Russian law enforcements are also have this in mind.

So the ruble has never been used for financing terrorism or money laundering? The least these governments can do is come up with better scare tactics.
Of course, rubble, as any other currency can be used for financing terrorism, but any transaction with real currency is much easier, than absolutely anonymous operations without person behind it and without permanent IP.
