has the dev team given any other timelines other than the one posted on the 12th about the wallet?

Im a bag holder too, i had high hopes for this coin, hopefully something happens soon.

i agree, I've been mining this coin since the release and have high hopes for it. i really want to see more done with it. the distribution is cool but i feel like its very time consuming for the devs.

Is there any word on what the dev are working on with this coin? its tough to follow this thread as its mostly been all about distribution?

Do we know around what block we will be forking?

Is there anyplace to get updated from dev without having to read all these posts?

i was having an issue with that last night right after i updated, i would have to quit command in task manager, then delete blockchain data and it would restart.

all my coins are on my miners page or at an exchange so I'm not overly concerned with the wallet right now. Id would be and am much more concerned about the blockchain and getting the network back up and running. I'm sure once that is fixed the dev will then be able to focus on the wallet. doesn't make much sense to fix the wallet with the network isn't running right.

I've been asleep for while but that list was the last list posted by devs, i believe. but again I've been asleep for past 9 hours

Educate me as to why what wallet.dat file i have determines wether or not the QT will update

Ive had no issues with my wallet so i don't see how it won't help, i have a strong connection and a wallet that isn't stuck, just letting people know what i did.

I have not had an issue wit the windows wallet at all over the past 12 hours. This is what worked for me.

1. Downloaded the new wallet (i used exe file)
2. Deleted all old data in the %appdata% folder (i didn't have any coins in my wallet yet so i deleted the wallet.dat file but i don't recommend that)
3. Made a syscoin.conf file added the nodes the dev recommended ill post below
4. Relaunched and all has been fine I'm at block 2276

i bought some today, I'm pointing my miners at the x-hash pool. it dosent look like any of the pools are up yet, atlases from what i can see. atlases x-hash will point the miners at via until they get there pool running. i trust them...

NVM fixed my own problem, had to delete old data again.

Somehow adding these nodes has messed up my GUI and it will not restart at all. any ideas? the guy worked fine until i updated node list.

Cant wait to be back up and running. having the Devs stick around to fix all this gives me hope for a good Altcoin. Too much crap out there. Thumbs up Devs. Its much more promising to see a coin with a few issues and you sick around vs a coin that launches perfect and dev just sneak out.
