@denis coin what will happened to the bonuses that didn’t claim for the scheduled date? I just notice that even monthly rewards is distributed in daily claim which is kinda hassle because that rewards is due to wagering. I will understand if it’s came from the wheel reward but those bonus that claimed and distributed to daily claim doesn’t makes sense. It just prolongs the claiming process and also it will be unfair if those unclaimed bonuses will be loss because not all gambler has the time to claim daily.
I missed few days of claim and I hope that you have some feature to accumulate all unclaimed bonus then claim it at later on.
You have to claim the bonus as scheduled. Monthly bonuses can be claimed after the month as you set or the first week of the month usually, so do the weekly bonuses too. |

3 days ago, I was surprised, with all my balances being reset under the allegation of having cheated on the site and being a bonus hunter.
We don't reset/block legit users without any valid reason. You must have done something which was against our terms and conditions. Otherwise, we wouldn't reset your account. Can you explain the unanswered question about Jet tokens unlock formula? The percentage on the formula doesn’t make sense on where it came from and so on.

I also notice that display total rakebacks and distribute on daily, weekly or instant when you claim it. This delays the claiming process of rakebacks instead of just distributing it directly on specific time frame without the need to claim it on rakeback page. The calendar of rakebacks makes user needs to claim daily even though it should be weekly or monthly claim only.

I shared the issue with Anna. She deserves the thanks. I also want to share my experience with the 'Coins Wheel' I noticed that last week whenever I made a deposit and spun the Coins Wheel I always received unlocked jets or rewards that I could claim or bet immediately. However, this week when I haven't made any deposits I'm consistently getting locked rewards usually just 1 Jet or 1.5 TRX.
That's unfortunate but it has nothing to do with deposit. |

I don't know whether you are a product owner or just a talking head, but there's one thing that every project manager should know:
"if something can go wrong it will"
Instead of making self-exclusion extremely hard - just do as other casinos do, allow to self-exclude by contacting support or by special technical email.
If this is your point on how to make people tilted - ok, just admit it.
