I don't think so! Litecoin price is increasing because the whole crypto market is pushing up with the Bitcoin! Except this, I didn't find any big update in Litecoin that can help the LTC price! Basically libra is backed up by it's owners, by big companies , at the same time Libra is something that can face legal consequences if it was being used for something not right.
