21  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 03, 2015, 06:47:38 AM
DaDice's rates are really high. Probably the highest since PrimeDice closed their campaign. On the other hand they are paying per post and the limits are rather high. We can expect a huge wave of spam.

They haven't added an escrow to their campaign yet, so would be hard to say anything right now.
22  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC price manipulation on: March 03, 2015, 06:45:41 AM
If I will launch a big site with BTC/USD rate forecast, will it be cool?
Lot of people will visit this site and see - if it says - buy bitcoins now! - they will buy and price will grow.
When it will turned to sell bitcoins - people will sell, and price will go down. How do you think, should I launch this? Smiley

There are sites which actually try and predict what the price will be in the next few hours. But nobody follows it based on that.
What you seem to be suggesting is a pump and dump group similar to altcoins, but that will not work for bitcoin at all
23  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS How low can they go? on: March 03, 2015, 06:25:54 AM
Wow , that is seriously a new low. Can't believe them being this inhumane .

In that article, it also says: It emerged this weekend that Islamic State militants blindfolded a 'gay' man, threw him from a roof then stoned his corpse in Syria.
24  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US police shoot homeless man dead in Los Angeles on: March 03, 2015, 06:23:28 AM
Just so you know, there is already a thread on this right here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=974137.0
25  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptsy reputable? I'm considering getting Verified on cryptsy. on: March 03, 2015, 06:22:22 AM
Yes Cryptsy is very reputable . Also they are based in the US I think, so that is better than exchanges based in other countries .

27  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BtcLove-Double BTC -Just in 24Hours-Min deposit: 0.005BTC on: March 03, 2015, 06:18:08 AM
hey, no response to our PM's?
We all know your business gone. But at least take your balls and return all payments. Be a man!

Its funny that you still expect to get back your money . Better to let it be a lesson in investing in ponzis.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Startups Bring Rebittance Service to Argentina and Mexico on: March 03, 2015, 06:15:50 AM
Right now WU is dying a slow, painful death by a million pinpricks
This right here is one of them... Cheesy

I don't think they are going down just yet . Even in countries like Philipines, I would be interested in knowing how many people actually shifted to using bitcoins for remittance for the purpose of saving the hefty fees that WU charges.
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin Through Paypal on: March 03, 2015, 06:01:34 AM
Its totally possible, the problem is, How do you plan to trade it ?
Personally, It doesnt matter for me as long I take screenshots/proofs during the operation and if they chargeback, I simply place all the proofs and let paypal judge. (They wont give it back to him if your proofs are valid)
I don't think paypal settles disputes for digital goods. And they have always been anti-bitcoin, so I am guessing it would be worse with it.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why was 21 million coins chose as the total number of bitcoins? on: March 03, 2015, 05:59:51 AM
How did other coins like doge and NXT .ect work out there total coins?

They usually estimate how many coins will be mined, and what will be the time by which they all will be mined.Blockrewards/blocktime etc and all taken into account to come to a number.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment Trust Goes live! This is moon news! on: March 03, 2015, 05:58:33 AM
Moon news has never incentivised people to buy more. The good news has till now, only brought the price down after a small pump. This is the first time we are moving up even after there hasn't any significant development.
32  Economy / Auctions / Re: selling a nitrogensports.eu 3 digit account on: March 03, 2015, 05:57:01 AM
Why are accounts with less digits worth something?

Seems someone just explained it right above your post. There isn't anything that makes it really worth .
33  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTER.com hacked - 7170 BTC stolen [DON'T KEEP YOUR MONEY ON AN EXCHANGE] on: March 03, 2015, 05:53:48 AM
If an exchange loses money in some way, "hacked" or whatever, they simply lose their trust with me.
Once is already too many times.
I think exchanges like bitstamp , still might deserve another chance, as they atleast refunded the members and are now using multisig.
34  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTER.com hacked - 7170 BTC stolen [DON'T KEEP YOUR MONEY ON AN EXCHANGE] on: March 03, 2015, 05:46:51 AM
It seems that BTER will compensate all stolen BTCs. This is theirs last message on Weibo(translate from Chinese):

" we decided to work with partners to reconstruct the background of exchange, solve the problem of virtual currency wallets, provide safe restart of exchange which will offer more features and better services, reimbursement for loss of customers. More details released soon, sincerely thank you for your support."

The important thing they need to do in reimburse. If they are not able to do that, would be hard for anyone to trust them
35  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are faucets profitable on: March 03, 2015, 05:46:06 AM
I have always thought of faucets being waste of time. They are obviously profitable, but not at all worth the time.
Even running a faucet isn't much profitable anymore,as there already exist a lot of them , and not a lot of people now visit them .
36  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do signature campaigns actually work? (for the operator, I mean) on: March 03, 2015, 05:44:56 AM
They definitely do, but they require more targetted adveritising, like gambling sites in forums which are view by gamblers.

One year ago: 50 Bitcoin Experts Reveal (Guess) What Bitcoin Will Be Trading At Within The Next 12 Months

Looks like they are were over their heads. Seems no one even predicted below 1000$. Lets hope to see 300 soon.
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: A day will come .. on: March 03, 2015, 05:37:42 AM
Yes, bear will eventually come to end, and MACD is all green now, we are going to 300$! Tongue

Over $300 by the weekend I think.

Lets just hope the good will continues, and no one decides to get out of the train while its happening.
39  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BIGDOUBLER.com/ | 100% NOT PAYING IF BIG AMOUNT | BE CARREFULLY on: March 03, 2015, 05:34:15 AM
so many ponzi scam coming again and again with new domain but same script, Wink

Yeahh..
We must be carefully before investments,
Invest without research = contribute our money

Even research doesn't help , as scamming for the amount is entirely on the wish of the ponzi runner, so its all a risk,  like you said in the thread topic.
40  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Doubling their coins in just 100 hours, with our team of professionals. on: March 03, 2015, 05:32:22 AM
lol the biggest deposit I seen was .0108 btc. so these people are full of shit

The biggest deposit on most sites doesn't really matter, as they are usually done by the people running it mostly.y
